0/5 STARS!!!! (if only I could) I was really looking forward to visiting Daniel's Jewelry, but unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. I couldn't even browse without feeling pressured or embarrassed. One of the workers approached me with an attitude and asked if I needed help. When I politely responded with, "Excuse me?" she ignored me and continued giving me attitude, even making an ugly face that made me feel uncomfortable. The interaction was so off-putting that I quickly rushed out of the store, feeling upset and disappointed. I was genuinely excited to look at the jewelry, but instead, I left feeling sad and disrespected. This happened on Thursday, March 6, 2025, between 2:20-2:38 PM. Customer service should make people feel valued, not unwelcome. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. read more

So I rolled into Daniel's jewelers at the Northridge Mall on the Saturday before Christmas, their busiest day of the season, looking for a specific piece of jewelry, to surprise my fiancé with for Christmas. Patty helped me in the past and of course I waited for her to be free to help me again. They did not have it in stock, and actually there are very few left of this specific piece in any of the stores. Patty went above and beyond and got me the piece on Christmas Eve... We stopped by Daniels jewelry and met with CeCe. She is the manager and she was very kind. There are these diamond earrings that are to die for. The price was marked at $800 but we are able to have $200 removed. That's a blessing. I love the customer service here and the atmosphere. read more

My boyfriend Christian and I ran into the mall two minutes before it closed and got to Daniel's Jewelers just in time. We were looking for something special to show our love for each other and met Marilou. regardless of the fact that they were just about to close, Marilou took her time with us and we were able to get the perfect symbol for our love for each other. The deals and the service were so good we ended up getting a few more things. Marilou, Patty and Isabel worked like they were close family. We are so happy with everything we bought. Patty came to help with the application she has such a great spirit about her and very kind and sweet I have never felt love or gotten great service from anybody than I have from these two beautiful ladies. This was my first time actually shopping at Daniel's. I liked the sales they had, the women were very helpful and patient with me and my screaming nephew. They were very knowledgable and really took the time to show me all they had and provided helpful insight. I love their honesty when it came to selecting the jewelry that was best for me. Don't know where to start, Linda helped me out and she was very easy going, extremely nice, professional with a great personality! She made the process for me to buy my Gold nugget bracelet that I've been wanting for so LONG super easy! Ive purchased a necklace here in the past. Today I called and asked if they had a 14k cuban link chain in stock. The lady on the phone told me yes. So I drove over there to check out the necklace and then she tells me that she has to order it. I specifically asked if you had it in stock before I drive over. She basically lied to me just to get me to come in. I wasted my time driving over there. The reason I called was to make sure they have it before I drive over there. Then my buddy decided to purchase a ring he liked. He asked if he could size his finger. While he was sizing his finger she literally asked him "How long are you going to take?" That was Extremely rude of her and I believe she is the owner of the store. All their gold is very cheap quality. 10k gold that is mixed with silver so over time it gets faded and doesn't look as good as the day you purchased it. I do not recommend purchasing any jewelry here unless you don't mind low quality jewelry and rude customer service read more

Me and my fiancé went in just to look at rings and some prices it was our first time ever looking for rings ... we came pretty late we got attended by some nice lady Patty but since it was late they were closing we told her we would be back the following day.. the next day we went back Patty told us she would be there and she was , we found the rings we wanted and the pricing was affordable ... We also got attended by the store manager Cece she was very nice and attentive she made sure we liked our rings, we had to resize our rings .. they told us they would be ready Friday we went in a day early to check and Cece made some phone calls and got our rings that day... They have a bitch named baby who after two hours of being an ass to me and flirting with my fiancé On top of being incompetent and still wasn't able to help us. The lady that asked if we needed assists, was so disrespectful and rude to other customers already being helped and very pushy. An elder couple was sitting waiting for their credit receipt and she told them to move because they were where the rings we were interested in were at. She kept showing the same kind of ring to us after we told her we didn't like the "halo" rings. She offered my son a balloon but told him he couldn't play with it inside the store. Pushed to fill out a credit check even though we were going to pay cash. We told her were going to walk around and she slammed the door to go behind the counter. So disappointed. read more

UHHH, if you're going to sell something to someone, you might as well let them know "hey we dunno that your chemistry might be off so it could possibly chip your gold plate." I was immediately greeted by employee (Gabriel). Gabriel was very courteous and helpful. In the middle of our conversation a very rude and disrespectful (manager-Raquel) walked towards Gabriel while he was helping my wife and myself out. Raquel was disrespectful not only to her employee but to us as customers.. Raquel walked over with another customer and interrupted our conversation and told Gabriel "You need to learn how to fix this, look!". Raquel began to discipline Gabriel in the middle of his sale. Raquel then laughed about it with the customer she was helping. Raquel was extremely unprofessional and demeaning towards her subordinate. I felt so embarrassed for Gabriel because he turned red and started stuttering. I am appalled that someone of her character could hold a position with her lack of professionalism. read more

And here is the story ... It all started with a question and a credit offer, I left the store with a pair of black diamond earrings and happy like a bunny. Great customer service and smiles, I almost got a back massage for free. I packed and left to my home country for vacations. Suddenly and while far away from home I notice that one of them was gone from my left ear. I blamed myself of how stupid I was by not been careful. Well things happen I thought, and came back home, anxious to wear the other one that i left secured with some other pieces i own. Two days later and on the shower, I felt something running down with the water and i caught it before it hit the tiles. Whats this ??? Oh what ??? The earring ??? how this happened ??? The back piece holding the front one was never found, and I called the store and explain what happened, they suggested for me to go over there, I was going to receive half of the money towards my next purchase, after all ... It wasn't a bad idea ! or at least that's what I thought. Once there I asked for the store manager who happened to be a different person I spoke to over the phone. And after telling him what happened and why I was there for... The adventure :" I am sorry but there is nothing I can do for you " Just like that and straight out of the can. The sales lady who was very smiley while selling me the pieces, didn't have the smile anymore. I had on my hands "The last of the Mohecans" a coupon for $60 discount and the hope to get something more secure. You don't want to wear something valuable that might fall anytime and get lost forever. After me loosing the cool totally and all customers listening to the drama, he send the sales lady to get me something better, she started to smile again, (Please note that at that point she was smiling again) There was a beautiful white diamond earring for $399 minus the $125 minus $60 plus Tax I was going to pay like $80 or so. I was like why not ? ... The Unexpected: While looking to try the new piece on, we both notice that the back piece of it, was completely loose, and then I checked couple of more ... and there ... the back pieces were bad designed allowing the front piece (the one holding the rock) to fall out... it seems like with the daily movements, friction Etc... Your Diamond Will Fall From Your Ears ! Conclusion: I am STUPID, yes I am. First for trusting Fake smiles, second for buying from a company (If you can call them that) that WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE and third for trying to buy something else from them once more. I have rated this people with 1 star because there are no 0 stars Be Really Careful and Check what you buy, at least on this particular store. And don't call customer service...
