We had an appointment in the afternoon which when we walked in, it was pretty busy. I was surprised to see how busy it was mid week during the day. Pretty much all of the seats were occupied in the waiting area. We checked in and were told it'll be a little wait but actually was called right away. We had an appointment just to see what the value of our car is and what we could get for it. Even if we didn't go through with it, it was nice to know what it would be. While we chatting with one of the sales associate, he gave us a low down on the procedure. It would normally take about half an hour for the inspection so we took a little wander through the lot. The back/side part of the property is where all the cars are placed. They seemed to be arranged by make and brand of cars. What they have on site was quite nice. All sorts of cars from lower line to the higher line. It was nice to browse and see what they had. They all had the information on the window with the QR code if you wanted more information. Prices are quoted to make it easy. Not haggling needed. I don't know how often cars come in to the lot but what they had was quite nice. Service was quite nice. Staff were all pretty friendly and checking in was very easy. We didn't have to wait long which is also a plus. Maybe it's because of the appointment, but we'll take the fast service.

Additionally, one of their employees kept calling me after the purchase, asking me intrusive personal questions. I told them about the issues, he offered me to pay $800 for warranty and that if I wait a week or two their mechanics can fix it with a $500 deductible per service. Sounds like a good deal until you realize their mechanics will mess up your car more. The employee who kept calling me, who claims to be manager, would even call 9pm, 10pm, 11pm. Send text to check up on me. Shower me with compliments and even offered me a job(?). Made me uncomfortable to even bring my car to them. They have no morals or pride in their work.

On top of that when I first got it I didn't realize it had so many things that were broken. I also didn't realize that the seats were really stain due to the tinted windows so it was dark inside so I then had to spend another $180 to get it a clean from the inside. It was so bad that one of my kids got a really huge body rash and they "Tony" did not do anything about it. Over all these people lie to sell you whatever they can. They might come off as religious and concern for your family but at the end of the day once they have your money they don't care they don't know you.
