In July 2023, we purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz from Brothers Motors, but unfortunately, our experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing. Right from the start, our troubles began. We've spent over $3,000 on repairs just to get the car to run properly. When we received the pink slip, we noticed that the dealership had misrepresented the car's mileage by 1,000 miles. Even worse, the process of getting the new car registration was a nightmare. The dealership informed us that they had received the new registration and would mail it to us. However, it took countless text messages and phone calls before they finally sent us the registration stickers after three weeks. Before finalizing the purchase, we had requested that the dealership take care of a few necessary repairs to ensure the car was legal to sell. They agreed to these repairs, but it took them a frustrating two weeks to complete them. To add to the disappointment, when we scheduled an appointment for the purchase and arrived on time, the salesman showed up 20 minutes late. Despite all this, we signed the papers and paid for the car. Within just a week, the check engine light came on, forcing us to pay for replacements of spark plugs and coils. It became evident that Brothers Motors had done a shoddy job on the repairs to make a sale. Further issues arose with the car within the same week, we had to repair cracked ribs and resew the seats. The final straw was when we noticed the paint on the car hood chipping away. Our own body repair shop confirmed that the dealership had cut corners with cheap paint, resulting in the poor paint job. Taking everything into account, I cannot in good conscience recommend Brothers Motors to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and the subpar condition of the car make them a dealership to avoid. read more

Theres mixed emotions when it comes to reviews. But we never know untill we get there. I bought a car on 129/25 and the6 did all the paperwork for registration. I called the DMV and sure enough im just waiting for my real license plates. I l9ved how they were honest and didnt rush me. And even to the point that they cared more of what I felt and wanted and not them. 5hat shows volume on how they work and a organization. I love my car and it runs good and get me to both my jobs and places as with my family. The guys and ladies there didnt bug me and let me decide if I want to move forward or not. They never once told me I have to get the car or else. And that I l9ve cuz it gave me time to think on what I wanted to do. The car I got runs good and yes of course I gotta do maintenance as like all cars do after a certain mileage and years. But thats all dealership. Whether you go here for a car or elsewhere no matter what we got to prepare ourselves as they are used cars. But im happy with my car and glad they helped me and even with a deal where I can afford. So thank you to everyone that works there and thank you for continuing on helping ppl get a car they love and feel comfortable with. I even put a Raider logo on my back bumper. I lost my car in this process as well. I had resigned to getting a $4-5K clunker. Alex at Brother's Motors took amazing car of me! Got me into an SUV with 70K miles on it. New tires breaks recently serviced tuned up, perfect AC and a killer radio. Rides perfect! He ran my credit over the phone and came up with option right away. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 weeks ago, the purchasing process was quite different from other dealerships, while I originally told them that I was not ready to purchase, they still offered me a warm coffee, allowed me to drive multiple cars and spent an hour to answer all my questions. The second time I went there, they welcomed me with the same smile, and we looked at my financing options and still kindly understood that I was weighting my options while not willing to buy right away. The third time, the day I bought the car, I was offered a 3-month complementary warranty without even asking for it. That's what I call state of the art customer service! He will tell you if there is anything wrong with the used car he is selling you so that you know what may need to be repaired in the future. He has great cars, they are all in great condition, mechanically and cosmetically. My son bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz E 350 from him, that was in excellent condition, inside and out. Engine was clean, breaks were good, interior was spotless and looked almost brand new. My experience with Alexander was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my entire life! Major engine issues appeared almost immediately after driving it for a short time. When we went back to ask for help, they did not want to take responsibility or offer any real solution. We feel the condition of the vehicle was not honestly disclosed before the sale. Future buyers, please be very careful. Have any vehicle fully inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing from this dealer. In our experience, this turned into a very stressful and expensive situation.
