I've given this three stars because when I first got the 2015 Ford edge SUV, there was a couple of…read morethings wrong with the vehicle, the back handle of the trunk completely fell off, and the sunroof was stuck, of course they told me to bring it in and they fixed it which I'm glad they did, but now it's been about three or four months later and the radio is acting funky, the back up camera doesn't always work and glitches a lot, I have to go buy a new radio, but my biggest problem now was the brakes, I'm not the type of person to slam my brakes everywhere I go since I'm very soft When doing it, but they told me that they inspected everything to make sure it was in tiptop shape, but in reality that was not the case. If you guys ever want to get a car or truck or something luxurious from this place, make sure to bring a mechanic with you to make sure everything they're saying is factual, they did tell me that my SUV has been lying around for a little bit. Some of these corner shops will do anything they can to sell you a vehicle, but they will not truly inspect to see if anything is wrong, for anyone wanting to get a vehicle, go to an actual dealership, I will say, though that they were very nice, but are they 100% trustable? To be brutally honest, no.

I took it back to the dealer and they promised they would fix it. The car was there for a couple of days and I had to figure out transportation. When I got the car back , the same thing kept happening. I took it to a mechanic and he said the engine motors are bad. I took it back to the dealer and they kept my car for another week. The problem was fixed but when I got my car back there was a racial slurs on the back of my car. Here we are two and a half months later , and guess what ...the vibration is back which means they just did a half assed job. I am so tired of dishonest mechanics and dealers. What happened to being good human beings? Now I have to figure out how much this is going to cost me. Shame on you.
