He consulted with me about the placement of the shower, wand, grab bars, and shelves. Danny Allen (the installer) was great. Showed up on time both days, kept me informed of his progress, and finished as promised. A perfect job, IMO. From the start - Sales - everything was smooth. They made a mistake in the measurements and asked how to proceed. There was no charge to increase the floor (base) of the new shower beyond the original plan, since it was their mistake. Great - advance - customer service. The local sales person, Joseph Andrade, was delightful to work with and followed up with a phone call after the job was done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And just one BTW: another company, asked for a quote at the same time I started with BathFitter... called YESTERDAY to offer me that quote - more than a month later!!! Ha!

I had a unit fail... water getting in between original tub, the bathfitter insert, forcing water to seep onto the floor. The "5Year" commercial warranty had expired, and I would have to pay for a whole new intakkn not even credit for some work that would not have to be repeated . I plan on calling a contractor, have the entire unit pulled out and pay for a real bathtub and tile. Will have to do them one at a time as I expect the rest to have the same problem. I'm almost. 80, and I'm sure it's buried in the install paperwork, but one thing I know for sure, the sales consultant did not tell me about the exclusion and in fact told me how it would be such a comfort to have all the baths coverd for lifetime. Also, their TV ADVERTISEMENTS talk about the lifetime warranty, with no verbal exclusion. That is probably included in the micro miniature print that flashes on the screen. I'm in the dark why a tub in a one bedroom I bath apartment would receive any more wear than in a house that probably has more people and more wear. I had hoped they would consider a goodwill repair but didn't, and email and calls to corporate were never returned. That's another piece of info they don't tell you up front? But each Local Bathfitters is independently owned. Just disappointed.

I contacted Alex on Friday 3/27 and he stated there was no warranty in effect, which I knew was likely. However, he said he would take care of us. He came out this morning, Monday 3/30, and repaired the bubble area, and even a blemish we caused. He did not charge us anything for the repair, even though he spent quite a bit of time on it. It is a rarity in this day and age when a service provider far exceeds your expectations. Most companies are looking for any reason to tell you it is not their problem. Not ReNew Refinishing. They take care of their customers even when it is not their responsibility. An amazing company!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had a 40 year old sink, very deep sink, in a laundry room that was in need of refinishing, not to mention a new faucet. The sink was a drop in sink in a tiled countertop. Serge arrived this morning, on time, and was very friendly and professional. I had attempted to turn off the angle stops, but the hot water valve seemed frozen. The handle wouldn't easily turn and I was afraid to put too much pressure on it for fear of creating and even bigger problem. So, I turned the water off, in order to remove the supply hoses to the faucet and remove the faucet. In discussing this with Serge, he stated that sometimes applying a little force will break the 'seal' and allow the valve to be closed. At that point, I felt I was probably going to have to call a plumber to replace the valve, so I had nothing to lose. He broke it free and the valve seated properly with no leaking. In my view, Serge saved me a tremendous amount of hassle, not to mention a lot of money. Now, as to the refinishing job done on our sink this picture says it all! The variations of 'color' in the picture are due to lighting and shadows resulting from the lighting. The sink is totally bright white! He did a fabulous job and we are extremely pleased with the result! ReNew's price was quite a bit lower than the other quote I received. I can, without reservation, highly recommend ReNew for any refinishing needs you might have. First class service! Deep laundry room sink

You make an appointement at Lowes, then they send your info to Miracle Method. They tell you Miracle Method will call you within 2 days. I went into Lowe's on 3/12 at 10 am. By 3/19 (1 week) I still had not been called. So I called Miracle Method. I was told that my info had been sent to the wrong location, she had to transfer my data and someone would call me. One week later I received a call. Total so far, 2 weeks. I scheduled an appointment at my house for 4/7. Ernie Franco was my estimator. He arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. During this appointment, he was very professional and took very detailed measurements. This was a Tuesday, and he said I would have the quote by Friday. Well that did not happen. A week and a half later (4/17), I called Ernie looking for my quote. He did not answer so I left a message and also sent an email. Still nothing. On April 23 (another week) I called and again he did not answer. So this time, as it had now been over a month since I started this process, I left a message saying that I guess you did not want my business as you have never resonded back to me. Wow shocker, this time he called back. This was a Thursday. He said that he was sorry that his manager had gotten a concussion and she was not able to produce any quotes. Sorry, but you only have 1 person that can write a quote and for over 2 weeks she was not able to do that? He said that he would write the quote himself and send it to me by Monday 4/27. Well this is now 5/9 (almost 2 more weeks) and still no quote. I did stay in contact with my Lowe's rep (she was awesome) and kept her in the loop as to what was happening. She said she would notify her managers as Miracel Method was a new company Lowe's starting working with and obviously this was not the customer service that they were looking for as well. So basically 2 months from starting, I still have no quote.

Instead of being welcomed, we were completely ignored. 3 volunteers stood together laughing, talking loudly, and watching a YouTube video on a phone while clearly noticing us and other visitors. No greeting nor acknowledgment--just uncomfortable looks as if we were bothering them when they're the ones who chose to volunteer. Ironic? When we tried to look at the cats, the behavior continued. One volunteer deliberately blocked our view, and there was zero effort to engage or provide information. We watched other potential adopters walk away as well. I hope PetSmart will reconsider which organization hosts their adoptions, because this was such a bad look for PetSmart and Fat Kitty City Humane Society. The store employees were genuinely kind and helpful, and when I raised the issue, a PetSmart associate even suggested looking into Front Street Shelter or Bradshaw Shelter instead, mentioning that she has heard similar complaints from other customers about these same volunteers. Unfortunately, these 3 volunteers are just tarnishing Fat Kitty City's purpose and goals.

Unfortunately she didn't make it, but the kindness that Insight showed us was above and beyond. They didn't charge us for the visit at all, but provided us with a doctor to check on my dog (confirming she had passed), cleaned her up, and gave us a room to say goodbye for an hour. We were not a patient of theirs, yet they showed us so much kindness. On top of all this, they handled connecting her with a pet cremation service, and even wrote a very sweet card along with her paw prints which they mailed to us after. Everyone in their office signed the card and wrote really sweet notes. All in all, they didn't need to exhibit so much kindness to us strangers, but the fact they not only did and then went above and beyond afterwards says so much about who they are! If we lived nearby we would definitely be switching our care to this hospital. Thank you, Insight, and all your doctors and staff for shining a light on us in times of darkness and distress.
