Ben is awesome! Our kitchen faucet was old and leaky. Decided it was time to get a new one and thought it'd be best to have a plumber install it for us. We were able to get some plumbing quotes through Yelp's easy messaging system. Ben responded quickly and his price was a good one. Plus he said he'd be able to install it in the next few days. He gave us the time frame of 2-5pm but said he might finish earlier and would it be ok to call/text if he could come by earlier. We said definitely, the sooner the better! On the day of our appointment (today), sure enough, he called and texted around 11:40am and was able to stop by around noon. This early afternoon our kitchen sink backed up... it wasn't dripping or leaking, it was just gross... and obviously, I couldn't do stuff I needed to do with all grossness there. Not an emergency, just not a "wait until tomorrow" type of situation. I tried calling several plumbers, but they could only come tomorrow... nope. One said they could make it later in the afternoon. However, they called back about 20 minutes later saying they couldn't do it after all. I truly did appreciate them letting me know, so I could try another company. A few more calls, no luck. Same day service for kitchen sink not draining. Ben was quick to snake drain line and clear a gunk buildup. Appreciated his analogy of a garbage disposer being more of a "blender" than a "disposer." It does not dispose of anything, only chops it up enough to go down the drain pipe. This allowed gunk to build up over time; eventually resulting in our clogged drain. It was time to replace our gas water heater so I called Ben after receiving a ridiculously high price from one of the large contractors in the area that was referred by one of the big box stores. Ben's price to purchase and install the water heater and the work itself were both excellent, so I highly recommend Save2Day for water heater installation. I did my homework and the brand of water heater really does matter. Ben installed Bradford-White, a top brand with higher-end materials/build quality you cannot find at the orange and blue big box stores. Also, the installation used quality materials including stainless steel flex connectors, so Ben did not cut corners to save a few dollars on the materials, despite the good price he quoted over the phone. I've worked as a plumber and was a piping Project Manager for over a decade, so I know how to judge the quality of an installation and this one is very good. I have not used Ben for other services beyond water heater installation, but will definitely consider him if a new plumbing need arises. My water heater installation looks much like several other pictures others posted, so the work is consistent and I did not bother to post another picture of what you can already see. read more

Wow is all I can say!!! Over Memorial Day we had a leak into the pool. We were not able to turn off the water at the valve causing the pool to continue to rise. Ben was FANTASTIC! I called on a Sunday morning after I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling. Ben responded and was at my door within an hour. He determined where the issue was and that we'd gave to remove drywall from upstairs to repair. While that wasn't doable on a Sunday, he offered to cap the problematic water line so we could turn our water back on. He was in and out in 90 minutes and was reasonably priced.
