Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. The scope of work I wanted a quote for was: "Front yard: Complete water service rebuild/water manifold rebuild in copper, with two new 1/4 turn ball valve, one for the main line to home, one for the irrigation, and new hose bib. I got about 6 quotes ranging from $2,400 to lowest $1,350. Until I landed on The Pluming Pros who quoted me under $950 and that's not including the 10% military discount. What made me go with them is 1 the price, 2 the amount of photos and reviews they had for the exact same scope of work I wanted to have done, and 3 they quoted me from just sending in pictures and clear details of what I wanted. They even sent me a picture of exactly what I wanted asking me "is this what you're looking to do?". So it eliminated having to take time off work and having them come down to my property for 15 minutes to give me a quote. Joe Rippley (916) 778-7384 is the tech who came out to service my home. He was punctual, professional, informative, and helpful. Before installation I asked if we can make an adjustment to what I asked for in the front yard. Instead of connecting new copper pipping into the current irrigation system could I abandon it and just T off of the main line and leave a 1/4 turn ball valve so that way I can install a new irrigation system in the future when I'm ready. He said no problem no additional cost and he even cut out the old irrigation valves making the area look cleaner and in the future when I'm ready to plug in new sprinkler valves the PVC pipping is still there (just hidden a pit with rocks) and a dedicated water line is also still there. Front and backyard water manifold looks hellaaaaaa nice now. And his quality of work is perfect. I'm also picky and catch a lot of imperfections and when it's your property that you own you see things even more BUT his work was flawless. I also asked him if he could check out one more thing inside the house and install a new valve that was for the refrigerator water/ice and he did that also no problem tacked on a couple extra bucks to the bill and now after 5 years I finally have ice!
