I hit a copper pipe behind the exterior wall T111 with a screw the pipe was connected to the manifold a series of copper pipes. west koast came out and Kevin had to literally redo the whole manifold I think the best thing was there cost it came out costing me half of what I was expecting to pay. thank you guys for getting it done. We discovered a severe leak in our bathroom late on a Friday evening. We have a home warranty and they informed us it would take up to 24 hours to locate a plumber. Ok, so we own a fairly newer home in Rocklin. We picked out everything with our builder when it was coming up. The one thing we didn't really like with the builder was the kitchen faucets. They came out within an hour on a Saturday. Excellent service, great knowledge. They even painted a stubbed out gas line to more closely match the garage wall. Their premium service certainly comes at a cost, over $250/hr, however I feel like most plumbing jobs need to be expertly done. I have used Whest Koast twice in the past for landscape drainage issues and they were quick, efficient, thorough and super friendly. Recently, I called about water coming up through my kitchen floor with no obvious point of origin. A seasoned homeowner (which I am not) would know where to look, but not me. WKP fixed our underground water main leak. They showed up the very next morning after I called. They did a great job - found the leak within an hour and the project was completed in 3 hours. Joe was very professional and informative and left no mess - you couldn't even tell where the lawn had been dug up. The rate ended up not being what I was quoted I was disappointed in the service especially changes made to toilet that he decided to be rebuilt and we had re-configured it for our purposes and now it's a total disappointment and water levels too high...i only requested snake-out of clogged toilet. My heart sank when I watched him changing the various settings including shutoff valve and trying to change the whole configuration that we spent so much time making adjustments to suit our needs.
