We discovered a severe leak in our bathroom late on a Friday evening. We have a home warranty and they informed us it would take up to 24 hours to locate a plumber. Ok, so we own a fairly newer home in Rocklin. We picked out everything with our builder when it was coming up. The one thing we didn't really like with the builder was the kitchen faucets. Yes, plural. We have two. After calling around to different plumbers in the area, we were directed to the Ferguson showroom in Sacramento. I'm reviewing this later, btw... They came out within an hour on a Saturday. Excellent service, great knowledge. They even painted a stubbed out gas line to more closely match the garage wall. Their premium service certainly comes at a cost, over $250/hr, however I feel like most plumbing jobs need to be expertly done. I have used Whest Koast twice in the past for landscape drainage issues and they were quick, efficient, thorough and super friendly. Recently, I called about water coming up through my kitchen floor with no obvious point of origin. A seasoned homeowner (which I am not) would know where to look, but not me. After listening to my situation, the owner (Charlie) asked me a few questions and suggested I pull out the dishwasher to see if it was leaking. Sure enough, it was! They were on time, professional friendly, communicative, considerate, and put on booties to protect my flooring. They came fully prepared to fix my leaky kitchen sink, and replace the faulty faucet. Had a serious leak that Placer County looked at, it was after the city meter (home owner responsible). Called several places, Whest Koast was available the next morning. Tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable. The rate ended up not being what I was quoted I was disappointed in the service especially changes made to toilet that he decided to be rebuilt and we had re-configured it for our purposes and now it's a total disappointment and water levels too high...i only requested snake-out of clogged toilet. I had a leak in an irrigation pipe outside. I called on a Thursday night and Charlie the owner got someone out first thing in the morning. Kevin was professional and skilled.
