Among the best bagels I've had, and very generous portions of salmon and avocado beautifully arranged. We share plates and the bagel+salmon+scrambled eggs were over-the-top. Do stop in, they are very friendly at the counter, the patio is calling, and if there are any baguettes left when you leave, leave with one. I already miss it and can't wait to go back. Harvey's was to provide dessert for 150 people at my son and daughter in law's wedding on Friday, August 1st, 2025. Harvey was there with his set up, with his hat, BUT NO DONUT BATTER. He sent his helper back over the mountain for batter-- making dessert, no kidding, 90 minutes late. And, get this, when they got back with the batter, they discovered they also had NO PAPER CONES. So our guests, who were still there at 9pm, received mini donuts served in industrial coffee maker filters. I am not kidding. He agreed to refund our money, and sent the check. WHEN I WENT TO CASH THE CHECK, HE HAD STOPPED PAYMENT ON IT. The donuts were a gift from my terminally ill mother (who passed in December) to her grandson, the groom. They were promised a "first donut" kiss photo for her-- that obviously didn't happen as the photographer left at 9pm before the donuts were served. I will happily post a photo of the stopped payment check. I can't tell you if the donuts were good or bad, because I couldn't find anyone who actually had some. Harvey claims he made them all, but I can't say whether he did or didn't. What he did do was forget the batter, forget the paper cones, and then commit to a refund, then cancelled payment on the check. I spoke with small claims court (I am across the country in Pittsburgh, PA) who advised to negotiate. He refused. So, a year later, I have not softened. He's a real creep.

Picking my toppings was a bit hard to do because the sky was the limit. I ended up just going with a pre-put together top idea that was on the menu with the help of the lady who was taking my order. But you can really create your own toppings ideas just like an ice cream shop! Next time I go back (and there will definitely be a next time) I will look at my options beforehand and be better prepared with my ideas of what I want!

It was a quick service and she was very friendly. When I got to the car to sneak a bite, I noticed she threw in a few donut holes which was nice. (Thank you!) The donuts were pillowy soft and fresh. I'm not sure if this was just an issue with the batch or the way the coffee was prepared that day, but it was a little disappointing, especially from a bakery with Bouchon's reputation. Aside from that, the coffee itself tasted good, the macarons were delicious, and I'm glad we stopped in. I would definitely return for the pastries and macarons--I just hope the coffee preparation is a little better next time.

Worst donut shop I have ever been in. ~0~ Service! ~0~ customer appreciation Worst coffee. I had to pour my own coffee from a thermos & not only was it luke warm is was a flavored coffee of which I detest. The associate had already gone into the back room by that time so, ~0~ help to correct the order. Will never go back. Owner... just a couple of wise business terms; it is more profitable to keep a customer than to find a new one! Clearly this owner doesn't care if he had a business or not. read more
