Nice, neighborhood spot. No frills Greek food. My gyro had a lot of flavor. I also loved the pita because it was so fluffy and soft. You go up to the counter and order. The guy taking our order was super nice. The menu was typical of a quick Greek food place, but they also had lamb, salmon, and Philly sandwiches. The Philly sandwiches I thought was atypical of a Greek spot, but it made me curios. I'll probably order that next time I come. The combo comes with fries (regular or Cajun) and a fountain drink. Best Greek Food we've had in a long time. Had the Greek salad with the lamb and beef Gyro meat. It's huge. Comes with the yummy white sauce and pita. It's a counter service place. Not really any "Atmosphere " to speak of. Just a clean little diner. Worth the trip! Yum! read more

Very hot and fresh and HUGE PORTIONS!!!!! Went back today and got the chicken gyro combo and sat there to eat. It was cold and the fries were so greasy and gross!!!! The portions were super small. Such a giant disappointment. For $13.99 plus tax plus tip = not cheap. Not cheap is good when it's hot and well proportioned. Not sure I'll go back. read more

I think I finally found my favorite gyro in Fort Worth! So fresh and so tasty. There's a perfect mixture of Greek flavors in Danny's Traditional Gyro. I ordered the spicy chicken salad, it was very tasty but very light on the feta cheese, I loved the creamy Greek dressing, different from the usual. We tried for the first time yesterday. I was super satisfied! The chicken and rice was awesome! The pita bread was soft and fresh, even the next day. My personal favorite was the Mezze Plate. Perfect appetizer! Lobster bisque was the perfect texture and taste. I want this place to be successful! The only thing I didn't care for was the tzatziki. I've had better.
