I ordered the beef shawarma plate with tzatziki and hot sauce on the side, then sat at the barstools near the food prep area while I waited. Watching the owner prepare the food was honestly part of the experience. At one point, he came over and insisted I try their tea. I initially declined, but he smiled and said he'd only pour me half a cup. That small act of kindness and hospitality genuinely sold me on this place. The restaurant was clean, quiet, welcoming, and smelled incredible. And yes, absolutely try the tea. It was a custom Earl Grey blend made specifically for them, and it was fantastic. When I got home, I was surprised by how generous the portions were for the price. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully balanced. The spices were used perfectly, the produce tasted fresh, and the food even held its temperature well by the time I got home. I've only been here once so far, but I already plan on becoming a regular, probably at least once a week. Y'all are doing an amazing job, and I'm really glad I found this place.

He responded by saying they close in 30 minutes and that we were not allowed to eat in the building. This was the first time anyone mentioned the dining room closing, and again, there was no signage posted stating this policy. We ordered three meals and one order of feta fries. It was very clear that the three of us were dining together, yet at no point when ordering were we informed that the dining room would be closing at 8 PM and that service would be to-go only after that time. I have eaten inside this location many times around this same hour without issue. Between the rude attitude, yelling, being forced to take our food to go without prior notice, and the complete lack of communication, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. Management seriously needs to address customer service standards and ensure staff communicate policies clearly and professionally.
