She said I needed to come back in an hour as this time was needed to unlock my Apple account which I did. When I came back she was busy with other customers so she had this other guy take over who came up with different amounts on this already confusing contract and Lillian would not stand behind her original proposal. Several years ago, T mobile put me on the "Magenta over 55 plan" and I was told the price would never go up and three years later it did and I was told "oh sorry, situation beyond our control". This is the second time T-Mobile has lied to me and after 8 years of being a loyal customer its time to move away from them. I am very disappointed and wasted my afternoon with this store!

We visited this location to switch from t-mobile. We were there for about 2-3 hours. We wanted our bill to be at least cheaper than our bill from the other carrier. This was the worst experience I think we have ever had with a cell carrier. I wish we never changed!!
