I brought it in here to help troubleshoot and diagnose, since it could've been the RAM, CPU, NVME SSD, or windows corrupted files. They were able to diagnose and pinpoint the causes and issues pretty quickly, and offered me several solutions to quickly be up and running with minimal downtime. I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty). It's so good to meet fellow pc enthusiasts and I will be coming here for any future repairs or services!

I immediately searched for a company that could fix it right away. Based on their top-ranked data, I can understand why. Their speedy repair and customer service that is so personable, taking the time to understand customer concerns and address them most efficiently. Had I gone through HP, it would've been double the price, and taken longer to get my product back due to shipping, etc. I find it difficult to articulate the extent of my gratitude for the assistance they provided. If you're in the Tacoma area or nearby and you're experiencing similar issues, I highly recommend checking out Who's Your Data. You will not be disappointed.

This happened just hours after I posted the negative reviews on google and yelp. Account harassing me: IG username: marleneespacio Only following ONE PERSON... phone factory! Commenting heinous and disturbing messages under my IG photos! SCREEN GLITCH PROOF ATTACHED. Pay very close attention to the screen recordings. I slowed them wayyyy down so you can see how when I press a letter (which becomes dark upon pressing), and what pops up in the text box doesn't always match. What you press on my screen does not register and acts like you pressed somewhere else entirely, or duplicates your action. I also screen recorded the capcut editing app unable to function and scroll, rather spastically twitches and becomes unresponsive to my touch. These are just examples of what I'm experiencing with my phone screen as a whole. Original Review: Dishonest, scammer business. I had a terrible experience here. I came in with a cracked iPhone screen and was offered a $150 aftermarket screen replacement. After the replacement, the phone screen seemed to work fine initially, but later that afternoon my phone started glitching--bright fuzzy screen flashes, lagging, texting and scrolling issues and unresponsive apps. It became nearly unusable off and on. My entire life and career is in my phone, being that I'm a content creator and commercial realtor. It has made my work extremely difficult and frustrating. I purchased on a Saturday, Sunday they were closed, and I called them Monday to address the issue. Phone Factory acted angry and defensive with me (and even YELLED), like I have an ulterior motive and am causing them problems although I benefit NOTHING from returning a defective phone screen?? I still have to purchase a new screen..... it's not my fault the phone screen is defective... this is basic customer service. I was told there was a 30-day warranty on my purchased screen at time of purchase, but when I called, Sam lied to me and told me there was only a 2-day warranty and I couldn't bring it in although I was originally told 30 days. Then the manager later confirmed it was a 30 day warranty after all. I wanted to email screen recording proof of the glitching to the manager, but he refused and said I had to come in person. I explained to him it's a 2-hour drive round trip and I rather not drive all the way out there to show him screen recordings unless we also reach an agreement so I can also switch the screen if I'm to drive all the way there. I felt he was making it unnecessarily difficult. They offered to apply the $150 toward an original Apple screen, but refused any kind of exchange, return, or warranty on the new screen. I felt uncomfortable purchasing another phone screen from them without an exchange or return warranty after I already purchased a defective phone screen from them and have been treated cruelly over a PHONE SCREEN. I said, "I must have an exchange or return option on the new Apple screen, which shouldn't be a problem since it will be a quality screen, right?" He refused. Now, I have to eat the $150 I spent on this after-market screen and go pay full price for a new Apple screen because I won't buy another phone screen without a warranty from this business. I'm completely disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor product quality, and customer service. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. I now have to pay even more to fix what they messed up. There is good reason why they don't get much business. Don't risk it. If you have any issues they will treat you terribly.

But I decided to call AT&T in Lincoln Plaza anyways to see if they had the new iphone. As I prepared myself for a long wait time on hold, I was surprised that the store manager answered the phone on the second ring. She told me they did have the new iPhone and to come on in. As I drove to AT&T, I braced myself for a store full of tech bros, frustrated seniors, and perhaps screaming children. When I opened the door to AT&T, I was stunned and delighted to see that there was only one customer there and multiple sales associates available!! David helped me purchase my new phone. He was extremely accommodating, communicated wait times and inventory effectively, and overall had a friendly energy that couldn't help but make you smile. And it wasn't just me! As more customers came in, everyone in the store was laughing and chatting with each other. I was in and out in 30 minutes. As David helped me, the other sales associates did an amazing job of communicating and supporting customers as they, together, worked to resolve any and every issue that came up. The store didn't have something that I wanted and David recommended other stores that I could look at to meet my needs. I had prepared myself for wait times, angry people, and overwhelmed staff but the AT&T in Lincoln Plaza greeted me with a calm serene environment, exceptional staff care, and an overwhelmingly positive experience. Look no further than AT&T at Lincoln Plaza!

She was supposed to set us up with a new Samsung A37, a new Samsung A17 and a tablet. Get this, she said we qualified for 2 phones (which were 2 new lines because we had AT&T PrePaid and were going to have post paid service). She said they system crashed and she said we needed to come back. We told her we were going to come back the following week because of my husbands schedule. Mirracle (with 2 R's) said she would put the 2 phones (with 2 new lines/phone numbers) and the tablet aside with a note stating that they were to be held until the following Wednesday along with our phone numbers. When we got there Camron and David I believe were working. David refused to help us because we had spoken to Mirracle and he said he wouldn't get credit for it and actually walked away from us. He wasn't even friendly or anything. His eyes said it all. I could tell he didn't even want to be there. I told him I was upset and that he may need to de-escalate me when I heard his comments. He just glared at me. I run my own business, I would have fired him for that behavior if he treated any of my clients like that. Camron came over and I once again explained my situation. He said nothing was set aside in the back by Mirracle (like she said she would do). Mirracle did everything in my name and Camron said he couldn't and decided to use my husbands information. After a few minutes he came back and said we didn't qualify and unless we paid cash for everything he couldn't help us. That meant for 2 phones and a tablet. We walked out and went to TMobile and got 2 phones. Two weeks later AT&T took $295 out of my checking account for 2 phones, 2 phone lines, a tablet and phone line for the tablet. I was told I didn't qualify and was charged for 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet. I called AT&T and asked why I was charged $295 and they said it was for 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet. My blood was boiling. Now I'm dealing with 611. They refunded me $227 because I had my original line. It was $60 plus taxes and I was charged $68. This was June 12th. Now today June 17th I got another bill this time for the $227 that they now said is past due. We walked out of AT&T we went to TMobile to get 2 new phones. I called the AT&T Customer Service number to talk to them. This girl named Michelle kept telling me that $227 is past due. I asked for what - and get this she said 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet (that I never got). I had to explain everything again over 1 hour on the phone I kept telling her I only have 1 prepaid phone that I bought last October at Walmart. I kept telling her that the $295 was taken out of my bank account about AT&T and I said I would pay $60 plus tax for the post account. She said I owed the $227 and she didn't show a $68 payment. I had to explain over and over that I was reimbursed $227 because I paid the $68. I told her to take $295 minus $68 and asked her what amount was left she said $227 and she had the nerve to tell me that I don't know how AT&T works. I told her she needs to learn how the banks work and told her too much money (taxes were taken out because I was charged for 2 lines and wasn't credited the right amount). After arguing wover and over with her because she didn't didn't understand what I meant when I told her that my bank account shows payments that are taken out I told her to cancel my account over and over because she kept trying to upsell their internet and phones. I got upset and finally told her not so nicely that I canceled Directv because they were too expensive (I get the same with YouTube TV for $100 a month less) and there's no way in hell, that I would ever use AT&T ever again and I did tell her that I would tell everybody. This female had the nerve to tell me that I still owe $227. I told her there's no way in hell that I'm paying $227 for a prepaid phone that I purchased at Walmart and hung up on the stupid female. Never use AT&T or go to this specific store on 38th St!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
