The truck is a hazard for anyone rounding the corner And you have to watch several people swerve to not slam into the back of it. The truck has no reflectors at all, making it even more dangerous. When they park it farther down the street overnight. It's very dark and people are still swerving because they don't see it in time. This is disrespectful. They said that the tow truck operator lives near that street and the only reason it was parked there for the first day was because that operator was home sick and then it would be gone the next day. When they do start the truck up, they zoom down our street and the speed limit is only 25 mph.

I'm very disappointed with this tow company. The KCPD officer called them because he didn't want to…read morewait for the insurance-covered option I had. The driver assured me that "insurance will pay for everything" even though we were at fault for the accident and only had liability coverage. The driver didn't tell me I could have the car towed anywhere; he just said he was taking it to the tow lot. Now I know I could have declined that. The form I signed (and boy do I regret that) only mentioned the $265 cost for the tow and the $30/day charge for the tow lot. It did NOT mention that it costs an additional $265 to get the car OUT of the tow lot. Imagine that, I have to pay to get my own car back. When we called to tell them we were coming to get the car, they initially quoted us over $800! When we protested, they said, "Oh that is the insurance rate," and dropped it to over $600. We haggled them down to $430, which is still an abominable price. Deceptive practices by the driver, and deceptive pricing by the company. It was truly a terrible experience.
