The event wasn't for another two hours, and I was clearly just checking out the store for the first time. Zero customer service, zero friendliness, and absolutely no reason to ever spend money here -- good luck to them.

True tabletop games, not ones that you can find at a big box store. Not monopoly and scrabble. Not even settlers of catan. Looking for something like Wingspan. Everdell. Ark Nova. Some tabletop game hobby shops have a nice wall of games like these. This place has a shelf. A single shelf. Games are facing forward so you can fit fewer games. Maybe 10 games. Of course the line went to the back of the store, manager closed a register while the line kept growing and they had most of the employees stocking Valentines day items. The fact they won't scan barcodes is the biggest flaw as you need to wait for the so-called manager to look up the items on a tablet. Mind you this is for any name brand item you purchase.
