They let us customize just about everything we could think of, including window number and placement, door placement, paint colors, you name it. Then I stumbled on Wizards for Hire. In one of his website's archive pictures, he had the ONLY bed we liked. I reached out through the contact form on the website and heard back from Stephen Cruser, who prefers being called simply "Cruser." Cruser answered all of my questions so we decided to buy simply from the picture without seeing the product in person He sent me an invoice to pay half up front, and the other half after the bed was delivered and installed. He sent me an invoice, and I paid the upfront amount by credit card (I figured I was safe with credit card protection, so I felt I had little to lose). From time of order, until installation, the timing was about 7 weeks. When it was all said and done, Cruser answered all of my questions and he built us a custom KING SIZE Murphy Bed with bookcases on each side, with side drawers that serve as nightstands and in power and USB plugs on each side bookcase. He also installed lights that shine down on the pillow area when you are in bed, that turn on/off and dim with a remote control (you can read while in bed and turn the lights on and off without having to get up). He also let us pick out our cabinet hardware and paint color. An added bonus, the compression shocks that help offset the weight of the bed when opening and closing, and the Murphy Bed hardware he uses has a LIFETIME GUARANTEE! Cruser showed up promptly this morning to install our bed. He arrived with bookcases that were assembled, and all other wood panels and other trim arrived in separate pieces and painted to the color of our choice (we picked out in advance). He began putting the bed together and installing the bed and spent more than 4 HOURS assembling and installing the bed. When it was all said and done and we saw it fully installed, my wife, who was reluctant to buy a Murphy Bed from the onset, summed it up in one word: "AMAZING!" He told me, he has built MORE THAN 1000 MURPHY BEDS and has delivered and installed them as far as MAINE! Cruser did a wonderful job, our bed is beautiful! We give Cruser a resounding 5 STAR RATING and we could not be happier with our choice! We are now raving fans and would wholeheartedly recommend you contact Cruser if you want a MURPHY Bed. TO BOOT...His price was considerably less than store bought beds and other prices I got from local folks who build Murphy Beds locally in the Houston area. Their prices were not only higher locally and typically don't even paint it! On top of that, our bed is constructed way better than anything we have seen anywhere else. They charged me for stone (over $800) that was never delivered. I asked for a refund but would not give me a refund unless the guy who sold it to me was there. I called at least 10x but he was never there and even went in personally...no luck. I then called me credit card to dispute it and they reversed it. Bedrock then called and left me a message saying they will be disputing it. So...I am going to go with complete theives. I'd advise to find another stone yard.

Such a great family owned business that also happens to be a local UHAUL dealer. We were moving my…read moredad out and were on a pretty tight timeline, but they assured us that they would work it out so that someone would be there to help us get everything underway with the truck and auto hauler. We had to change our pickup time for the auto trailer and they actually stayed late to accommodate us so that we could get on the road that night. This was our first time hauling an auto and they stepped us through the entire hookup making us sure that we would be safe on the road. We hit some rough road during our long move and everything stayed secured and in place :).

They have an amazing selection of talavera pots, house/garden decor and gorgeous planters of all sizes. The prices are extremely reasonable. I've been looking for a Mexican pottery store comptable to the ones in South Texas and this is IT. It's a wonderful little mom and pop business to check out and support.
