When we reached out to Michael about this damage he told us he's check with his guys and get back to us. Because we were about 2 doors down from the worksite we were around a lot. I have to say everyone on the crew was a pleasure to be around. Because this level of project is new to us I think I was pretty anxious a lot of the time but Erich was always helpful and easy to get along with. I feel very lucky to have been able to hire them. The idea that the materials are being reused, the savings over straight demolition and the potential tax savings are really the icing on the cake to what was a great experience overall. Deconstruction Works also did some side work not originally contracted such as cleaning up the place.
