    Dan was awesome! We had water leaks because of the rain, and it went back into the flatscreen and pretty much killed it. We thought we were going to have to replace the whole thing! To begin with we couldn't figure out how to unmount our 65 inch TV but he was able to help us out with that, he took the TV and diagnosed the problem, fixed it after giving us a quote, then returned it and helped us reinstall it, and everything is working great! The price was a great deal considering the TV was $2500 and we would've had to buy another one.

They don't always have everything, but they still have plenty of staff walking about that I can ask questions to and who will help me do some research on whether they have it or not and that's something I still appreciate. This location is my tertiary Best Buy option, which I love the idea that I still have three options local to me, and in this location, they are surrounded by other large destination entities, so you may be able to bundle the trip with other items on your to-do list. It's a very large parking lot, so parking is usually not an issue and there are multiple entrances to come and go, should one of them get gridlocked.

I purchased an SD card for about $55 and simply asked for help transferring photos from my phone because I wasn't familiar with the process. I was surprised to be told I would have to pay $40 for assistance. I'm sure it wouldn't have taken more than five minutes to show me how to do it. Instead of offering a quick explanation, they immediately referred me to a paid service. Very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I expected better customer service.
