The work was always done right, and the prices were beyond fair. Sometimes, if a repair was especially minor (like when my wife's car needed new spray nozzles) they did it for free on the fly. When more major repair work was needed, they always call ahead of time with a price quote before doing the work, which was something I appreciated. The shop also allows you to drop off and pick up in the evenings after they close, which is especially convenient for working people, as we are. They accept cash, check, and credit card. One of the hardest parts of moving away from the area will be finding a place that can replace Copelli's as our go-to auto repair joint.

Unfortunately when I picked up my car a few miles down the road my serpentine belt shredded because the fan had hit it in the accident and knicked it! This was NOT their fault!! The estimator and shop manager brought my rental back to me and told me to get on my way! And told me they would send my car to me 3 1/2 hrs away to me. Meanwhile they had it my car checked out mechanically by Subaru to make sure it was in tip top shape!!! Which they found the seal behind my harmonic balancer was shredded from the belt. They fixed that and sent me my car! Like I said BEST SHOP EVER!!! So if you live in the Greensburg area USE THEM!!!

They kept it for days and finally got back to me to tell me it was going to cost 12 K and final number was 9 K. I waited for 3 weeks and picked up my car and the right light where the deer jumped into my car was not working. I called and returned the car to Smail and they then said, they put a used light in the car and now needed insurance to pay for a new one. So I leave again and they call me to come in and the repair should take about an hour. 3.5 hours later I am still sitting in their small office. After 3.5 hours, they tell me the computer won't work so the new headlight and running light will not work and that I have to take it to the dealership. I make an appointment at the dealership in Pittsburgh and they take the car apart again and lo and behold find that there is NO LIGHT BULB. They have to order the bulb and again I must go in and get the bulb installed. One might say that Smail is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier LOL. I have never encountered such incompetence.
