I went to Paul Young, didn't see him, which is fine, but the NP that I saw didn't do anything my PCP didn't do and immediately suggested a nasal ablation and went on a sales pitch about how Dr. Young does them in the office. Felt like they "sell" that to everyone. She also couldn't see anything concerning- so why suggest this procedure? And for the plugged ears, she suggested I get a hearing test but they don't perform them. What kind of ENT can't do a hearing test in the office? Long story short- useless and total waste of time and money. Just got a $350.00 bill, after insurance for literally nothing.

I went to Dr. Chmiel and within 15 min I had my diagnosis. Using a scope up my nose and down my throat which took 5 min in office, he showed me the video of the scoping. He showed me my septal bone spur, which caused pus to drip from my sinus down my throat, which caused my throat pain. Dr. Chmiel never pushed surgery. He advised I think about it. I said I wanted the surgery. So off to a CT scan so he could see my sinuses. Good thing I did because he found more things- enlarged adenoids and a polyp in one of my sinus cavities. I said I still wanted surgery and managed to get a date in two weeks. Dr. Chmiel removed my septal bone spur ( that's what's in the photo), removed my adenoids, and roto rooted out the polyp. I had no pain, no visible swelling. The follow ups were the day after, then one week. I found Dr. Chmiel attentive, answered all of my questions, and had a good sense of humor. If you need a septal bone spur chiseled out, Dr. Chmiel's your guy!!! The staff was great too!

I went to see her for the first time a year ago and she was amazing. She explained without being condescending. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She calls with test results herself. And she personally calls at times you wouldn't expect to hear from a doctor, to answer questions I asked about. She gives honest and good advice and makes suggestions for what the primary can do and what she can do. The best possible referral I can give about her... I absolutely panicked at the thought she might retire!! Where would I go and how could I possibly find another doctor like her? So if you're looking for an ENT I strongly suggest making an appointment with Dr Robin Miller.

But we signed in as one would normally do in a doctor's office, and then sat down waiting to be called. After about 45 minutes of sitting there patiently, the lady behind the glass counter realized that we were there, and our name was on the sign in sheet. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, she told us that we couldn't be seen because we were late. If this is their policy, then I understand. However, if this is their policy, why leave someone to sit for 45 minutes before telling them to go home? My guess is she probably never saw our name on the sign-in sheet and if she (the front office) admits to not fully doing their job (checking the sign-in sheet), then I guess that wouldn't look good on her performance. The lady behind the counter gave me the impression that this office absolutely does not care about their patients, and lacks professionalism. Personally, I do not like being treated in this manner, and I definitely would NOT go back here again.

I was not seen until 7:30 pm. I learned later that is the norm - longer times are expected. I had a broken nose and the staff wanted me to have surgery to straighten it two days later. No pre-op EKG, no clearance from my primary. Just bloodwork. Next day I am getting the blood work and the script was incomplete - not dated, no diag codes for the phlebotomist. The office wanted her to just write the date on it. I cancelled the surgery.

Seek another doctor..NO patient should be treated this way!! HIS STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING...Too bad they represent Dr. Belles who does so good for so many people! I feel they don't care if a patient leaves the practice..he has so many waiting to be mistreated by staff. So the dentist wanted me to see an ENT doc before deciding if the offending tooth needs extraction. Dr. Sobie gently scoped the sinus area, and when that was inconclusive, ordered a CT scan. He was considerate and concerned and thorough. I recommend this otolaryngologist to anyone who requires this type of medical attention.
