Dr. Miller has been my family ENT for over 40 years. And she is the greatest physician I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I had a FL/NL and lip augmentation on November 15 2022. Less than 2 1/2 years later, it looks like…read moreI never had any work done (see pictures). This was addressed with Dr. Sherris shortly after my surgery (within 6 months) and I was told I had to wait at least a year. At my one year mark I was told he would not do a revision. (I should have known that he wasn't going to do anything) He offered free Sculptra instead which did absolutely nothing (4 vials). I believe I was never given Sculptra but instead just saline solution and lead to believe he was doing something for me just to appease me. I was told right after my surgery that "if you are not happy with anything, I will fix it for free...well that quite didn't pan out!!!! He has an uncanny way of making you feel like something is wrong with you. My mouth is crooked after surgery..."you need to see a neurologist" um no it wasn't that way before surgery and I can move my mouth perfectly fine. At rest, my mouth is crooked. My neck is crepey "you need to see a dermatologist"...no again....these issues did not exist before my surgery..... My jowls are back, my neck is horrible with very prominent neck bands which was supposed to be rectified with the platysmaplasty, marionette lines have returned, horrible wrinkling on the sides of my mouth especially when I smile, flat cheeks and my lip augmentation lasted maybe 3 months. If you are considering Dr. Sherris for a FL/NL, please look elsewhere..he does not do a good job and definitely DOES NOT keep his word when he says he will "fix" whatever it is that you are not happy with. He is a gaslighter making you think that whatever is "wrong" is due to something else other than his shoddy surgery. What a waste of my time and most importantly, my hard earned money! I doubt that anyone reading this review would be happy with the outcome of this surgery and especially for almost $15,000!!!

I have had issues with plugged and popping ears and a drippy nose, my PCP suggested…read morean ENT because she could only see so far in my ears and nose with her scope, and she couldn't see anything concerning. I went to Paul Young, didn't see him, which is fine, but the NP that I saw didn't do anything my PCP didn't do and immediately suggested a nasal ablation and went on a sales pitch about how Dr. Young does them in the office. Felt like they "sell" that to everyone. She also couldn't see anything concerning- so why suggest this procedure? And for the plugged ears, she suggested I get a hearing test but they don't perform them. What kind of ENT can't do a hearing test in the office? Long story short- useless and total waste of time and money. Just got a $350.00 bill, after insurance for literally nothing.

Update - I left this office, permanently. I was going to come back but after asking that they send…read moremy records to a different physician and then visiting that new physician: I will never go back. The new physician, at my very first visit, said: 'I got your records from Dr Young's office, as well as the notes about your anxiety." I don't have anxiety. The awful surgery center that he uses kept me in a room for nearly NINE HOURS waiting to be taken back for surgery; I asked a nurse ONE TIME when I'll be taken back and she ran and told the anesthesiologist's helper that I was 'anxious' and they offered to give me pre-anesthesia to 'calm me down.' No, I was not anxious, I was super thirsty and MAD because I have not had any food or drink since midnight and it was nearly 5pm (so for15 hours). My nose is the same now as it was pre-surgery. I'm still congested, I still have post-nasal drip, and my sleep still sucks because I'm coughing from the throat irritation of the snot dripping down my throat. I've asked them to test me for other things (Covid, etc.) that might suggest why I was still feeling that way; apparently wanting to breathe without choking on snot makes a person 'anxious.' I guess that the PAs / Ear Doctor are also psychologists, and are able to diagnose 'anxiety' without a degree in human psychology. Interesting. No wonder my Primary Doc, at my 'make sure this person is healthy before surgery' checkup looked down at the doctor's name and said: 'Just be careful, some doctors think they're god and will judge you for everything."

Her name was Conny and she needed to get her ass whooped. She was so mean to my niece in to any of her visitors. When you're in healthcare, you don't treat your patience like crap especially when they're getting heart surgery or something else serious like that and she treated my niece like she was garbage. The doctor was nice who took care of her, came to talk with us afterwards, but the nurses were all just evil. I would never recommend anybody going here who I stay there. This is the 15th floor nurses so you're all aware So if you're stuck on the 15th floor and you have a nurse named Connie, run !! ‍ They did not want to feed my niece, They would not come when she hit the call button to go to the bathroom or for food or medication or whatever they ignored her. They would make her and her roommate wait forever to go to the bathroom if they showed up at all. It would either forget about you when bringing food supposedly or your medication or they just didn't feel like showing up and they would make you starve. I would rather die than go to this hospital for care. Because the fact is is they don't care. Place wasn't very clean either as was kind of a dirty hospital. When my niece's first roommate left, they never came to clean that side of the room for about nine hours after the woman left. They left her nasty, dirty, gross bed filled with whatever was in it , a whole big container of urine that sat there all day long that made the whole room smell like piss, and just her filth and dirt and things thrown on the floor. It was just ridiculous. The only reason this hospital gets two stars. It's because like I said the doctor was nice, I was helped out a lot by a nurse on the third floor who is very very nice when my niece was in surgery, And my niece lived through the surgery, and the job was done. So the doctor helped her. But I do not recommend staying here or going here for anything else other than if you have a problem with your heart.
