They take care to listen to all concerns, rule out ailments, and take care to explain everything. This was addressed with Dr. Sherris shortly after my surgery (within 6 months) and I was told I had to wait at least a year. At my one year mark I was told he would not do a revision. (I should have known that he wasn't going to do anything) He offered free Sculptra instead which did absolutely nothing (4 vials). I believe I was never given Sculptra but instead just saline solution and lead to believe he was doing something for me just to appease me. I was told right after my surgery that "if you are not happy with anything, I will fix it for free...well that quite didn't pan out!!!! He has an uncanny way of making you feel like something is wrong with you. My mouth is crooked after surgery..."you need to see a neurologist" um no it wasn't that way before surgery and I can move my mouth perfectly fine. At rest, my mouth is crooked. My neck is crepey "you need to see a dermatologist"...no again....these issues did not exist before my surgery..... My jowls are back, my neck is horrible with very prominent neck bands which was supposed to be rectified with the platysmaplasty, marionette lines have returned, horrible wrinkling on the sides of my mouth especially when I smile, flat cheeks and my lip augmentation lasted maybe 3 months. If you are considering Dr. Sherris for a FL/NL, please look elsewhere..he does not do a good job and definitely DOES NOT keep his word when he says he will "fix" whatever it is that you are not happy with. He is a gaslighter making you think that whatever is "wrong" is due to something else other than his shoddy surgery. What a waste of my time and most importantly, my hard earned money! I doubt that anyone reading this review would be happy with the outcome of this surgery and especially for almost $15,000!!!

I went to Dr. Chmiel's practice on the recommendation of a co-worker. I went for throat pain I'd…read morehad for a year. I had had a sonogram and nothing was found. I went to Dr. Chmiel and within 15 min I had my diagnosis. Using a scope up my nose and down my throat which took 5 min in office, he showed me the video of the scoping. He showed me my septal bone spur, which caused pus to drip from my sinus down my throat, which caused my throat pain. Dr. Chmiel never pushed surgery. He advised I think about it. I said I wanted the surgery. So off to a CT scan so he could see my sinuses. Good thing I did because he found more things- enlarged adenoids and a polyp in one of my sinus cavities. I said I still wanted surgery and managed to get a date in two weeks. Dr. Chmiel removed my septal bone spur ( that's what's in the photo), removed my adenoids, and roto rooted out the polyp. I had no pain, no visible swelling. The follow ups were the day after, then one week. I found Dr. Chmiel attentive, answered all of my questions, and had a good sense of humor. If you need a septal bone spur chiseled out, Dr. Chmiel's your guy!!! The staff was great too!

So the dentist wanted me to see an ENT doc before deciding if the offending tooth needs extraction. Dr. Sobie gently scoped the sinus area, and when that was inconclusive, ordered a CT scan. He was considerate and concerned and thorough. I recommend this otolaryngologist to anyone who requires this type of medical attention.

I went to Paul Young, didn't see him, which is fine, but the NP that I saw didn't do anything my PCP didn't do and immediately suggested a nasal ablation and went on a sales pitch about how Dr. Young does them in the office. Felt like they "sell" that to everyone. She also couldn't see anything concerning- so why suggest this procedure? And for the plugged ears, she suggested I get a hearing test but they don't perform them. What kind of ENT can't do a hearing test in the office? Long story short- useless and total waste of time and money. Just got a $350.00 bill, after insurance for literally nothing.
