    Same issue as other people who booked through Amazon home services... no-show, various rescheduling attempts. Forget it!

    Got the job done nice and quick. Made me a receipt via email for proof of vacuuming for leasing office so they wont charge us.

    Alright folks, here's the deal. I never write reviews on Yelp, but this review had to be written…read more I'm a small business owner, and have worked with a number of different cleaning agencies in the Washington DC area. I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

Being called a racial slur ( nigg*r) and referred to as "the Black girl" is completely unacceptable. I don't care if they follow up now . It's not how you handle a business . Your employees should be a representative of you . Although I never used their services, the way this business handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I never received a follow-up call, email, or text regarding my complaint. I know my message was received because the employee contacted me with threats after I reached out to the business. I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. If you are Black or African American, I would strongly reconsider using this business. Update respond back to the owner . You did not reach out regarding this at all, either personally or professionally. She works for you and is a reflection of your business. So, in other words, you're saying she's allowed to make racial comments as long as they weren't directed at a customer? You haven't returned a single call or spoken with me to even review the evidence I have. That evidence includes three separate police reports all stating the same thing, as well as Facebook messages containing racial slurs. You took her word and that was the end of it . Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . That response alone shows the type of business you choose to stand behind. No worries, though. My review will remain posted.

    I wanted to leave a stellar review but in the end the customer service and the cleaning service did…read morenot deliver at all. I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.

My clients wanted to move into a nice clean house…read more The previous homeowners had a lot of items in the house it wasn't dirty but it was a big house. I waited till the last minute. I called Patricia I think on a Wednesday. My clients are moving in that Saturday. So I needed somebody very quickly to go in there on a Friday and clean a 2,500+ square foot house. Fortunately, Patricia was able to accommodate me. I don't represent buyers very often. I usually like to give them a gift. It's usually a home warranty and the gift basket sometimes a specialty gift. I guess this falls into the category of specialty gift. I checked in with my client this morning to find out how Patricia did. He said and I quote, '...they did their job'. That's all I can ask from anyone. And I gave him five stars because they did it for me with very short notice. And they did it for me without breaking my bank. Thank you very much, you guys did great.

I mean if I'm cleaning my house it'll take me all day and maybe part of the next day so how can one lady do it all? I feel bad for her. I'm also not a fan of management. I send emaiLs and don't hear back for days. Each time I finally got a response, there was a story. I get it. We all can have personal issues come up. But come on each time you respond. The last thing is I don't get a call or email or text letting me know when the cleaning lady is coming so I have to leave my check out just in case. And then have the cleaning lady show up on a holiday when we had no idea she was coming because management never responded to my email. I felt bad for her. But we were not dressed and out of bed yet when she came so she had to leave. Then I haven't heard back on rescheduling. Ugh.
