She proceeded to be insistent on just finishing up while I was on the phone and by that time I didn't want to get a haircut there anymore because of the attitude over the phone.

It's a huge store and quite loud. I also do not like that they speak Vietnamese all the time. I know they were making "funny" remarks about customers. I did not feel like a valued customer. The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. My nails were done yesterday and they look a week old. My cuticles still look horrible and since some of the nails weren't glued on all the way, they're already lifting. I got these done for an event this weekend and don't have time to get a new set (or the money since I already spent $125) so it sucks that I have to go hating my nails.
