So after going back-and-forth with these lovely young ladies, they put a little note into the computer and the car was finally towed there by AAA today this morning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Next thing I know I get a fairly hostile call from Chris. I have no idea who this guy is and he tells me it's gonna cost me $259 to look at the blower motor which was never fixed to begin with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We can only symbolize that White Plains Ray Catania closed out our account even though we got eight or 10 letters from Bmw corporate saying that it was never fixed. That's the blower motor recall it states that the car can catch on fire even when just parked or when you're driving it Very relaxing thought. So after many phone calls and back-and-forth and assurances that there was no problem because Ray Catania in White Plains Bmw decided to close out the account saying they did work. They did not do. We are now in a completely snafu situation yet again. I already had my conniption fit for the day called Bmw corporate and they weren't very nice either. Bmw used to advertise that they were the ultimate driving experience. We like to call them the ultimate recall experience we would bet good money that this will not be the last of the four recalls we have gone through and we are pretty sure they will mess this up too . The BMW 430i convertible was much less expensive than the comparable Audi so we shopped all of the four dealers who were within 30 minutes of Pound Ridge. After lots of negotiation with all of them we ended up buying from Hasahn McCrae ((347) 596-8882) at Mt Kisco BMW. This place deserves 0 stars. Where to begin? The service department of BMW Mt Kisco is the worst. I came in with my X3 because the air conditioning wasn't working. They gave me a loaner and called in a couple of days and said they had fixed it. They charged me approx $400. I drove out of the dealer and within a mile, I knew it wasn't fixed. I brought it back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They told me they would reverse the charge, gave me another loaner, and told me they would do more testing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A few days later, they sent me an estimate to fix it of over $7,000, most of which was going to be labor. I refused, because the car is a 2010 and probably isn't worth that much. I took the car to Bimmers Only in Bedford Hills (highly recommend them!). They fixed the problem for $800. The air conditioning is perfect. PS. BMW Mt Kisco never returned the $400. read more

The service department is the absolute worst. My husband dropped his car off at 12 on Tuesday 12nov to have his rims redone. We were promised that the car would be ready Thursday 14nov. However, the service department is friendly and they did a nice job on first repair. Best BMW dealerships are in Spring Valley, NY, and Ramsey. NJ in this area. I brought my BMW in for a rear deferential light that appeared on the dashboard. The certified BMW technician, assistant service manager and manager told me the car was hit and needed $22,696.93 worth of damage: both front wheels bent, front and rear brakes need replacement, two rear tires need replacement, bent tie rod, and right front damage and SHOULD BE PUT THROUGH INSURANCE. The car was NEVER in an accident. I knew their evaluation was FALSE. I had BMW of Ridgefield, CT flat bed the car to them. Upon their inspection from their certified BMW technician, assistant service manager and manager the car ONLY required a replacement of a front tie rod costing $1,400. The car drives and runs beautifully. BMW of Mount Kisco are scam artists and the public should be aware. read more

Had an appt to look at and/order a new car. Arrived on time, because that's respectful, and waited 45 minutes watching associates just standing around. Walked out and went to a different bmw dealer in Westchester and ended up ordering an even more expensive car that day lol. Time is money. I give them credit for calling weekly to apologize, but them trash talking other dealers saying they will lie about my allocation and more importantly wasting my time is my biggest pet peeve and you lost out on the easiest sale of the year. Two years ago I took my car in for, among other things, a "right rear turn signal malfunction" warning. They checked it out and found nothing wrong but the problem persisted intermittently for the next two years. Finally it was fixed this month and covered by the warranty which was good but it should have been fixed two years ago. Also after I made my service appointment Darcars emailed me discount offer of 10% (not to exceed $150) for service on my BMW with a few exceptions like new tires. I paid my sizable bill before I realized I had to claim the discount when my service order was written up. They said they were unable to give me a credit on my credit card for the discount for bookkeeping reasons which seemed like a fairly flimsy excuse to me. My service advisor, Christian Sanjurjo, went above and beyond during my visit. I went to get my X3 serviced (engine oil light was on, sensor issues, electrical issues, squeaking brakes, to name a few things) and Christian helped determine what was included in my extended coverage. He also made sure I left with a loaner vehicle even though I was told by the front desk that none were available. I also forgot to take my car seat out of my vehicle and Christian ran out to retrieve it. Seriously, he ran out twice after two lookalike X3s leaving the service drive and eventually got my car seat back. I have been seeing Christian the last few times over the last couple years and will continue to do so; he is the best! My car took a couple days to fix but it came back with no issues and Christian confirmed that all work was covered under my plan at no cost. My loaner vehicle worked like a charm, too. Last night my seat belt got stuck in the door of my 2022 IX, It was towed today to the dealer and my service advisor was the assistant service manager Octavio. The car was towed to the dealer around noon and I was busy at work and did not look up until 2 PM. Octavio fixed the problem himself which saved me at least $500 dollars. I was expecting a loaner and to leave the car over the weekend for a non warranty repair. So long story short he baled me out. They picked me up at work and when I got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. I was shocked and amazed. Also this was not the first time he provided service above and beyond. My front motor had to be replaced on the same vehicle and I recall that he was my advisor. Everyone I dealt with in the service department has always done the best for me and I appreciate the entire department for saving me multiple times. After purchasing a car from this dealership with a trade in on my car with a lease term, I paid the remainder of the lease to BMW plus charges that would be added. After two months of calling asking about this trade in and being told "the check has been mailed" by BMW of Mt Kisco, my leasing company has still not been paid and my bank has me noted as past due on my payments. I have repeatedly spoken to the Manager Oksana who says she will look into it and follow up, never to hear from her again until I have to call again. I have dealt with this dealership three times in a row. The first two transactions were so abysmally offensive and crooked that they were redefining the horrors you'd expect from a car dealer to new levels. I kept coming back hoping they could make me happy for screwing up my previous experiences but I was playing the part of the fool. But within the past year I started noticing mass improvements with the service area and a general boost of friendly attentiveness with the staff. I'm glad I gave them another shot in 2023. I drove off with a car I love and most importantly with the car that included all the bells and whistles that were promised to me. Billy was a great salesperson and management was persuasive in the best possible way you would want when buying/leasing a luxury car. As a business owner I usually blame most any problems on poor management and with DARCARS of Mt.Kisco they have started fixing the core issues of the operation. Sales Experience: On the day of pickup of the vehicle order I had put a deposit down 14 months prior, the VP, Hesham came to meet me with paperwork. I had only every interacted with my sales person Manny ( who had been great) .The barely itemized paperwork showed an additional $12k more in price than I was expected. I asked immediately what this was and without hesitation, Hesham's response was "That is the market adjustment. This is what all of the dealerships are doing. This is a very hot car, we could sell it $15k over. Also, we add a 2% commission to all sales, so that's what that number is" The issue I had was the signed order agreement from earlier in the year with no markup anywhere, let alone any commission noted. I showed Hesham a copy of the order agreement with my and a finance person's signature on it and was promptly informed that Darcars had recently purchased (brand new information to me) BMW of Mt. Kisco a couple of months prior from Autonation, and I that my signed order form was no longer valid order because of the acquisition. I pointed out that my order was submitted to BMW in February, well before BMW of Mt. Kisco was acquired from Autonation and that order still valid since the car just arrived from the factory. My deposit was made in September of 2021, and that still was valid and carried over to the new owners, yet somehow only my signed sales order agreement was no longer valid? The constant response from the VP Hesham was "No one is forcing you to buy this. You can walk away and we'll just sell it with the markup to someone tomorrow. Listen, if you want that pricing, you can go find another Autonation BMW dealer and have them honor it. Your preorder means nothing" The smugness knowing I wouldn't walk away from the car I had ordered 14 months prior was quite incredible. His laughing at any of the points I was trying make was a nice touch too. Mind you, I am a brand new customer. Trade in: I was told i was getting "blue book value" for my trade in which was a 2018 Telsa Model 3 with 46k miles on it.I showed the Blue Book value for my trade in on kbb.com, which was $6k more then their offer, and then it was "well no yours is just in 'good' condition" I switch it to 'good' condition which was $4K more then their offer, and the response was "well it's not good, its only 'fair'" I switch it to fair which was still $3k more than their offerand then the reason given was "Well we have too many of your vehicle already here" Frankly the lowball trade-in was half expected, but the reasons were clearly made up on the fly after any challenge to their response which ultimately soured me more than the offer did. In the end, they did bring down the markup by $4k, and I settled for $1k above their trade in offer because I just wanted to be done with it. The 2% commission was non-negotiable. Financing: Attaining the BMW pre-order financing was a struggle. had emailed many times over the year to make sure they had this sorted out, but on the day of pickup, it was as though it never existed. Hesham insisted "There is no 1.9% rate for anyone. Those no longer exist. I pushed back and insisted they check with BMW Financial services and provided the internal BMW bulletin for dealers for the finacing rate, as well as a screenshot of the email. Their response was " You are not supposed to have this information. Why do you have it?", my response to that was simply "the internet". After some time, the finance was able to confirm the 1.9%, but of course they were adding their 1% to that. Then, it was impressed upon me how this 2.9% rate was so incredible and that no one was getting this so I should be happy that it was 2.9%, as if they were doing me a favor. Darcars: I reached out to Arianna at Darcars a day after my purchase and coming across her contact informtion on a few review sites. Arianna thoughtfully listened to my experience, was empathetic, told me that this is not how they want to operate, and assured me that she'd do her best to make up for my experience. Ultimately they were able to offer me a extended maintenance or warranty for my troubles. While it's not a full dollar equivalent of the additional markups on my order, it at least helped make up for my experience and did provide some restitution. Wrap up: While I was able to recoup some of the dealer adjustment, and my interactions with Arianna at Darcars was fantastic, with respect to BMW of Mt. Kisco specifically, I suggest anyone go in with open eyes and be prepared to expect being demeaned by the VP and leaving with a mix of disbelief and anger. It seems BMW of Mt. Kisco currently would rather take a short term financial win then cultivate a long term relationship with a new customer. Losing out on future sales and customer recommendations with myopic tactics must not factor into their business plan. read more

Made an early appointment for an oil change thinking they wouldn't be backed up and I could get out of there quickly. Sowed il at 8:20 - got my car back 2.5 hours later. The Representative was nice enough but I have no idea why it took 2.5 hours when I was the only customer there. An hour later there were only two of us in the waiting room. They did give me an estimate of over $7,000 for item they discovered in their exhaustive diagnosis. Perhaps that's why after two hours I asked what the status is and was told they needed 10 more minutes (which was really 35 - 40 minutes. Even with a committed purchase agreement signed by the dealership, taken for more than $10k more than the promised pricing, low-balled on trade-in, and mistreated--and even laughed at--by the VP (Hesham). An absolutely horrible experience which reflects the way dealers are often seen: as those who will do anything to effectively steal from customers when the manufacturer has limited availability. It must be said DARCARS & BMW of Mt Kisco is a car sales factory designed to extract every possible dollar, by any means, from any customer. Not that the sales staff would recognize a customer if they saw one. Exorbitant prices over MSRP, dealer commissions, worthless add-ons, no transparency or honesty. "We have a process" a saleswoman told me. Yes, you do have a process. One that tries to bilk unsuspecting patrons out of money and one that should make any honest consumer look elsewhere. The market for cars has turned, and DARCARS with their broken internet model and incompetent sales staff are the last ones to know. I left the dealership embarrassed for them - a person with an open wallet, experience buying premium automobiles, a willingness to negotiate - and they just couldn't get the basics right. some of the practice use by the sales team are unfair for the average consumer. althought I was not force to signed, the way the contract was introduce to me was as fallow, my trade was a 2022 vehicle value at other dealers for 64K plus tax credit, they said they value the vehicle at 61500 but they are giving me the tax credit which is not true, tax credit is from the State not the dealer. they rush me to signed all the documents including insurance before signing the actual contract. at the time of signing the agreement loan, the loan representive state ( it was really hard to get you approved but we did it through JP Morgan but the require you to buy BMW guarantee, It took my payment from $780 to $1050. I refuse and they said the only way I could get the loan was to buy the guarantee. I called the bank the next day. a representative from the bank said ( THIS IS NOT TRUE, THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY THE GUARANTEE ) read more
