They were able to get me in today, they started looking at it did a diagnostic and determined that the sensor was actually working fine however, there was another issue with my timing chain that was causing the sensor to say it was failing when my check engine light came on. Brit called me and let me know what the problem was, let me know that they could take my money and replace it, but it wouldn't fix the problem and didn't want me to spend money on something that's not going to fix the problem. They let me know that even though they don't do timing chains, where I could get it done approximately how many hours it would take, and the approximate labor cost. I am so impressed. I love that there are still reputable mechanics out there that aren't just out to make a buck. Thank you so much! I thought that I was experiencing once again here. I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. I will be going back!

They have very competitive prices, especially compared to another shop in town, which I won't mention (but it rhymes with Judy's). They recently fixed my Dodge pick-up, took the time to thoroughly check it out, but didn't push any other repairs on me at all. Steve didn't even mention the things which I probably need done within a year until after he had totaled the bill for the work I had done. You can trust these guys.
