Jiffy Lube saved our RV trip! Upon arriving at our campground, the differential was grinding, clanking, and extremely hot to the touch. Repair shops in the area were 3-4 weeks out, so while searching Google Maps, I noticed that Jiffy Lube changes all types of fluids, including differential oil. I called them, no appointment was needed, and we drove it to their shop, where we met Chuck and his coworkers. They were knowledgeable and friendly, replaced the differential oil and even replaced our turn signal light that had stopped working on the road for just a few dollars and a minute more. And we didn't even have to get out of the RV! Fortunately, that's all it needed and we were able to continue with our vacation worry-free and without spending a fortune. Thanks, Chuck & friends. Jan.23, 2025, I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Port Angeles, WA for the antifreeze to be flushed and replaced. When I got home to replace the thermostat, I found out the antifreeze was the same dirty colour as before I paid $152.45. Now, I wonder if when I took my car to Jiffy Lube for all the oil changes if they actually did the work I paid for in the past. read more

Took our car here despite the bad reviews. I should have listened. Immediately after I noticed oil dripping on my driveway. When we took the car back, they insisted it wasn't their doing and that it must be a gasket that they didn't touch. Well, we took it to a REAL automotive shop. They found that Jiffy Lube used the wrong drain plug gasket and that it was incredibly obvious that this is where the leak was coming from. I'm now pay about $75 to this other shop even though Jiffy Lube would probably replace the oil and fix it for free. I just don't want them touching my car again. read more

Untrustworthy cowards. Took my Toyota in for a simple oil change. The absolutely clueless techs (if you can call them that) removed the front skid plate off my vehicle. They said it was so they could reach the oil filter. But you can reach the oil filter from the side so removing the skid plate is unnecessary. They told me they got it on, took my money, and sent me on my way. I figured I check their work when I got home only to find they didn't install the skid plate properly, the entire front is disconnected and the hardware is missing. In summery, they needlessly removed a piece of my car, didn't have the know how to reattach it, then didn't even have the balls to tell me they couldn't reattach it, took payment for their lack of skill, and sent me on my way. In the picture you can see the easily accessible oil filter (the white circle) far above the skid plate that doesn't need to be removed. These people are so utterly incompetent they couldn't find that oil filter and couldn't manage to properly reinstall a metal plate. read more

Stopped by this JIffY (???) Lube to have the air in our tires checked. NO ONE came to our car to ask what we needed. There were at least a half dozen guys rambling around and not ONE of them spoke to us. There was a car in the bay ahead of us and finally I had to get out of the car and go ASK one of them how long the car ahead of us would take. 30 MINUTES! He said!! Whereupon we LEFT! WHY couldn't someone have approached us and asked what we needed?!! They saw us sitting there. They could have TOLD us that the car ahead of us would take half hour... but instead they ignored us! I am so happy we decided to stop by here! We are in a cross-country road trip. This is right about the time we need to get an oil change and the "check engine soon" light lit up in the dashboard. We decided to stop by Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They saw that our air filter had a giant hole where some critter like a mouse or chipmunk must have bitten it up. They exchanged it for a new one. They did a wonderful job! We never would have imagined a little critter would get inside the car and chew stuff up! We're going to get it checked more in depth to see if it did more damage. Chris, the manager, is incompetent and very rude. I'm 21 and could have done an oil change myself but was feeling lazy and decided to just go to pay to have it done. The imbusile allowed me to drive away without any transmission fluid in my car and was very argumentative when I asked for a refund. Larry at the gas station next door knew more about cars than these clowns. The most helpful thing they did for me afterwards was tell me to go to a transmission expert. A joke of a business. Two stars is generous. It took an hour and a half to do our car. The employees have no idea how to do business, what questions to ask or how to be "jiffy". Dropped the car off and was told 30 minutes. After my husband returned after 30 minutes they told him they hadn't started yet because they didn't know what oil to use. After 30 more minutes they finally ask him about an air filter and by the end of 90 minutes they finish with a grand total of $111! Way more than it should be with a car having only 70,000 miles on it. Needless to say we will not return. This reflects poorly on both Jiffy Lube and Port Angeles. read more

Aparent service was good. They did not tell me about their method of getting the oil out of my engine. Instead of using the drain plug that Toyota provided just for changing engine oil, they used some kind of suction device. When I called about it they told me that "corporate" had mandated the change and that it worked "better" than the normal process. I never had the option to decide if I wanted my old oil sucked out of my engine or not. They just did it. Regardless of what method they used, I had no say so in it. Their price was high ( in my estimation ), and if they were going to clean the windows, please actually do the damn job! I don't think I'll be going back! read more

I was immediately greeted and they had no problem looking up my old information from CA (which the PT Jiffy Lube couldn't be bothered to do). Great experience. They overfilled our engine by a solid 2 inches on the dipstick. Didn't catch it for a week. I strongly recommend you check the oil level after they change it, to prevent engine damage. To their credit, they did have friendly customer service, but clearly incompetent technicians. And they did not offer a refund for this incompetence. read more

Quite possibly one of the most dishonest companies ever $103.00 oil change what a crock. They tried to replace a air filter that was just replaced two months ago. Also some how they put 6.1 quarts of oil in a car that according to the manufacture says it holds 4.75. When I showed the so called technician on my phone he replied that his info was from Volkswagen. The problem with his reply is I showed him a Volkswagen web page. I can get the same oil change at a local shop for 35.00 and they replace the windshield wipers. read more

Took my 2010 Chrysler 300 in for a standard oil change. Had to go back a few weeks later when I could hear the engine making sounds and knew it was oil. Leaked out all the oil they placed in car was bone dry. Bought oil, filled car and went back. The guy inspected it apologizing saying he doesnt know why his boss would even touch the drain plug cause they have a new suck system but claims he fixed it. What I didn't know, or notice at the time was all that oil leaked onto the starter. Now my starter is fried. I dont have the means to drive the car or have it moved atm so I just lost my vehicle until I can come up with God knows how much to have it towed and fixed. Called Jiffy lube and they are going to "Have the district manager see what he can do" At this point Im going with you pay the repair bills or I contact a lawyer. I work hard for my money and have 3 kids and a wife I support. Im not very happy I have to throw money into a car I just bought 8 months ago because all I wanted was an oil change and got more then I bargain for .
