Andrew and crew are absolute rockstars--from their excellent customer service to the knowledgeable, detail-oriented work they do. I came in on a very busy day, so it took a bit to get into the bay, but the techs checked me in promptly and gave me timing updates while I waited. Everyone was attentive and genuinely kind. I relaxed in my car on a sunny day and used the time to clean up my phone photos and videos--win-win. When it was my turn, I went inside and chatted with Andrew at the desk. As a Gen X woman who loves learning about cars--and having recently done my first rear brake job with a very knowledgeable friend--I really appreciated the easy, respectful conversation. The work was done efficiently and with care; both of my essential filters were absolutely filthy! After leaving, I drove through a quiet alley and noticed a faint squeak from the rear driver's side--something I hadn't heard before due to road noise. I didn't think it was related to the service, but knowing how helpful these guys are, I went back to ask their opinion. Andrew didn't hesitate: he tested it properly and immediately identified the cause as my new ceramic pads and rotors settling in--spot on, as I later confirmed. I can't recommend this team enough. well their crew is nice and when you think that they're saving your vehicle, but they end up almost blowing up your engine because they don't seem to understand the difference between coolant and oil and when you have those the wrong areas of the car, you will ruin your engine.... we are going to be getting a hold of corporate and sue them for cost of a new engine. We have plenty of evidence so whatever you do ..don't take your car there.... they're not mechanics but they should at least know the difference between where fluids go. read more

I was quoted 99 dollars for an oil change. The person stated, "that's the total price". Cost was really over $200! He didn't tell me about the recycling fee. Or the filter. The manager had him put something in my fuel tank that cost another $20. I didn't authorize it. This place has been bad, but now it is criminal. Stay away. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube this morning and there were no other cars in line. I recently purchased a 34 year old car with relatively low mileage. I've had it for nearly 4 months and thought it needed an oil change. Jade looked under the hood, examined the oil, checked out the level in my antifreeze and told me the car did NOT need an oil change. The oil was in excellent condition - good color, etc. I am very impressed that Jade was honest with me and didn't sell me a service I do not yet need. That's unusual. I have found other Jiffy Lubes in south King County, WA that were primarily interested in upselling additional services for additional money. I will be returning to Jiffy Lube in Sequim when I do need an oil change. read more

Rory at Jiffy Lube in Sequim exceeded my expectations. I noticed I was overdue for an oil change and decided to swing by to see, just on chance, if I could get it changed before my day trip south. I had a timing issue so I didn't expect they could take me, but Rory determined the length of time both current customers would take to be complete, and got me in and taken care of literally to the minute of when I needed to leave. He also answered several questions I had about my car battery. I felt safer on the road, and appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and great service of my experience. BAIT AND SWITCH. I called around for quotes and theirs "sounded" best. Way lower. I called back to confirm that this was the full price for my specific car and that they had what they needed in stock. When I arrived, learned it was all BS. The price went up over $100 and they said they had no fluids for my car till next week. My husband and I went to Sequim Washington to have the oil changed in our RV because they were the only shop that could accommodate an RV. First of all, when my husband started to move the RV around the building so that he could get it in the bay, two of the employees came out and started yelling at my husband and told him he could not drive the RV in the way it should have because in their opinion it wouldn't go but my husband knows the RV and could have done it with no problem. We also had the oil changed in my Blazer and when we asked them to do that, we were told that it was a waste of money but would reluctantly do it. They openly complained about the oil filter in my truck which I thought was unprofessional. After the service was done, my husband started pulling out of the driveway and noticed something wasn't right. He drove it down the street, pulled into a parking lot then upon pulling back out onto the street, the RV started to want to stall, sputtering, reving high then dropping speed. It did end up stalling in the middle of the road later that day, nearly getting us in an accident. Now lets mention that even though this RV is older, we left Oregon last year,and have had not one problem with her whatsoever. We ended up talking to some people after we got stuck and couldn't go anywhere and if we had known before we took it over there what we knew afterwards, we would have never taken it to Jiffy Lube. Now because we are stuck, my husband can't get to his job next week and we can't get the RV to a RV park where we had a space for her. I would have given no stars but unfortunately I couldn't. read more

I have been coming to this location for the last two years. I had always been told previously that they would not rotate my tires because of the height of my car and that I needed jto go elsewhere. Today I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered to have them rotated. Rory made sure I had the correct oil in my vehicle as well, unlike my previous change, and made it to where I didn't have to rotate my tires myself. Thank you again Rory. As for their COVID rules, everyone has their masks on, I was able to stay in my car until it was time to rotate tires, and they used new plastic and new gloves that were removed after they were in my vehicle. read more

I was having an issue with my car while on a day trip in Sequim from Puyallup yesterday. I stopped by there just to ask if they happened to have any suggestions. The guy at the desk (yep, the guy with the vape puffer thinger) was quick to help out and seemed pretty knowledgeable. He addressed my issue as best as he could (given that this wasn't a full blown mechanic's shop) and offered suggestions for what I could do if I continued having trouble. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, there were at least 5 employees standing around, talking, laughing and not doing anything, and only 1 car being worked on. Finally I left and went Port Angeles Jiffy lube. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but I was greeted within moments. I was done in less then 30 minutes. I had such an excellent experience this morning, had to share. I stopped by Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed in my old Ford. A few minutes after pulling the Ford into the bay the technician stepped into the waiting area and mentioned the vehicle has only 1,300 miles since the last oil change. I'd lost track, I get out this way only two or three times a year. He said he'd be happy to do the change if that is what I wanted, but that I didn't need it. I was extremely impressed by the honesty and willingness to do what is right for the customer. I can tell you I was even more impressed when they continued to do the inspection and fluid checks without charge. They sent me on my way with a wave. I'll be back. read more
