Since it's a special and not always on the menu, I make a point to go whenever it's available. Every single time, it's been perfectly prepared and incredibly consistent. The crab cakes are delicious, the eggs are cooked just right, and the hollandaise sauce is hands down the best I've had in Michiana--even compared to some of the upscale restaurants that charge a lot more for food that doesn't come close. What really sets The Curve Cafe apart is Alex. As the owner, she's the heart and soul of the place, greeting and serving guests while making everyone feel welcome. Her passion for great food and hospitality shines through in every part of the experience. They also serve fantastic mimosas and Bloody Marys, and their Friday fish fry is another local favorite that's well worth checking out. In all the times I've eaten here, I've never had a bad meal. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it's exactly the kind of locally owned restaurant our community should be proud to support. If I could convince Alex to franchise this place, I would in a heartbeat. The rest of Indiana deserves to know just how amazing The Curve Cafe is. Five stars without a doubt!
