Great place to pick up a quick dessert. The staff was helpful and friendly when we ordered. Liked the taste of the ice cream. Ordered a flurry and the ice cream to cookie dough ratio was great. I ordered a Hot Fudge Brownie Flurry and what they called a "Pup Cup" for my dog. The total was $9.50. The flurry tasted okay but it was quite a poor experience overall. The two young female workers came across as an odd combination of apathetic, possibly unintelligent, dumbfounded, and rude. The Pup Cup was served as 1 small scoop size in a very small styrofoam container. Extremely small. I didn't care about the amount of ice cream, but my dog, and I don't think most dogs, would be able to fit their muzzle into it to eat from. After initially taking it outside in an attempt to allow my dog to eat the ice cream, I immediately returned to the counter and asked if they had a paper plate, small shallow bowl, really anything that I could transfer the ice cream into where my dog could fit her mouth to be able to eat the ice cream without it simply being strewn or rolled across the ground or slopped all over me if I would have unsuccessfully tried to hold the tiny cup. Yes, I actually explained that. Because they initially stared back weirdly at me. The two workers came across as robots. Also rude. It was just so weird. They just said no. But one did then offer coated paper. Like thin parchment paper. I reluctantly took two square pieces of that, but it wasn't working very well after 1 small spoon full. I just needed something somewhat solid and large enough for her muzzle to reach the ice cream. I then thought to return inside and ask, well, what about what the banana splits are served in? Aren't those larger boat style containers...? Anything my dog can fit her muzzle into to eat. I thought maybe they forgot about them. The one girl simply said she couldn't give me one of those. It was quite weird, completely illogical, and they just came across as a bit slow and rude. I mean, in a worst case scenario, even if they are expensive couldn't I just pay an additional $0.25, $0.50, $0.75, whatever, for a larger disposable container? I ended up just taking the two items home and eating it there. After dishing out the Pup Cup onto a 4 or 5 cent paper plate from home. I realize they cost money, but at least give me the option to buy one. It just ended up being such a weird, unnecessary and unenjoyable experience. read more

Gave me a melted sundae and did nothing to remedy the situation. Didn't offer to remake it even though it was given to me melted. Said it was the fault of the freezer. Gave me a spoon, but by the time I got my sundae I would've needed a straw. How to pay again for an alternative. read more

The ice. ream was excellent, but when i ordered " hand dipped Sea salt caramel, moose track and chocolate baby cones,". the girl brought me two hand dipped cones, but brought me a chocolate soft serve cone. When i told her i wanted hand dipped, she stated, you have to clearly state hand dipped, otherwise, you get soft serve. If you want a hand-dipped chocolate cone, then you will buy another cone. This is the most disgusting place I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am visiting this town(Wooster) from Las Vegas. So I ordered "Hot Fudge Brownie Delight" and tell me in what world that doesn't have a brownie fudge ?! In what world?! And guess what it had "Brownie pieces"!! That's preposterous! So yea I made the mistake about not reading the entire list of ingredients where they "deceptively" mention "brownie pieces"! But c'mon it's supposed to be brownie fudge! Not only that the ice cream was nasty. The texture was like a toothpaste with shaving cream over it, and tasted like I don't know what. My suggestion, don't eat anything from this place! Stopped at Dari-Land to refuel on a long bicycle ride. I had a club sandwich and a chocolate-peanut butter sundae. Both were excellent! Enough calories to keep me rolling the rest of the day!
