Wish they would have fresh meat patties like the old days. Bread is also hit or miss. Just for old school locals.

Best milkshakes ever, burgers are delish and the biscuits might be the best I've ever had.

Don't know what has happened to this place. Frozen meat, not fresh! Buns were hard and fries tasted like dipped in old oil and not cooked enough. They used to be sooo good but now I think McDonald's is better. If something doesn't change it will close down soon. read more

Yes, it is a hole in the wall on the side of the road. As with most places like this, it is amazing! It is a local favorite spot. The burgers and hot dogs are amazing! I got a double burger this time. It comes with ketchup, mustard, slaw and onions. It is perfect! Add some onion rings and you have an amazing meal! I do like their brunswick stew also! Decent food for the price but due to their random hours and not hearing to a consistent schedule it's hard to even consider eating there.

This place used to be real good; however ever since the whole pandemic, they have really gone downhill. You used to be able to call a order in or see if they are open. Now they either don't answer the phone or they block your number. It's not a coincidence that every-time you call it can't complete the call but it can on other phones. Until it stops on that phone as well. I wouldn't waste my time driving all the way up there to find out they are all of a sudden closed or that there are only 3 people eating there and they claim to be busy. I have heard this multiple times and all I see is talk, talk, talk and leaning. The food is good, and the owner is nice, but the laziness of the staff baffles me. Dari Spot is a great place for a southern greasy hamburger. Very traditional hamburger and milkshake joint, that looks like its from the 50s. It's like Friday night lights before a high school football game in the country. If you're in this area, it's one of the few spots to grab a bite to eat. read more

Recently moved into area, have made a few trips for Biscuits in the mornings. Have purchased from other sources and you do not get as good a biscuit as here. You want fancy, don't come here. Hard to please....keep driving. You want a good cathead biscuit with a fair amt. of ingredients, you found the right place. Have not had lunch here but look forward to doing so. I ordered two slaw dogs and french fries. Little did I know that they would actually let me have the buns grilled and then I wanted fries and onion rings. They let me mix them. Wow!!!! Sweet tea is excellent. And I got pickles. These folks are extremely friendly and accommodating. read more

This place used to be awesome. The prices have gone up steadily while the food has stayed the same. The phone never gets answered when I call on multiple occasions and tonight my burger had dead ants in between the cheese and burger I didn't even notice it until halfway through my burger. read more

Cashiers are not very friendly at all. It's almost like it's an inconvenience to wait on you. We have tried numerous times to love this place because we live close and want to support local businesses BUT it's way overpriced for what you get. My youngest daughter wanted Mac & cheese so that's what I ordered. I literally saw the guy open up a $1.00 microwave packet that you buy at a grocery store, microwave it, and put it in a container and then they charged me as much as a small hamburger. That's the last time we went. Be warned...what you are paying for is simple convenience. You can make food just as good at home at a MUCH cheaper price. Also, there is no drive through window so you will be waiting at a walk up window in the heat/cold/rain with virtually no shelter. It's been there forever and they have a following but for the life of me, I can't figure out why. read more

This has the feel of the local dive restaurant. Excellent burgers, biscuits, and chicken. I would recommend Sweet Tea or any of the milkshakes. This restaurant is always crowded in the morning, and for good reason, the food is delicious. Lost a star because it can sometimes be dirty on the insides, emphasis on sometimes. We decided to order there instead of going out due to really bad weather today & we wished we had gone out. We ordered two hamburger steaks with fries & slaw. The hamburger steaks were good & so was the slaw, but the fries were awful. They were greasy & rubbery. Not to mention there was less than a handful. I have small hands. If we had eaten there we would have gotten more. I would not recommend anyone get an order to go. Just eat it there. As for us, we will just go somewhere else next time. read more

Have lived in the area for 32 years and used to eat here all the time. I like to call and order my food to go so I don't have to wait. The problem is they just won't answer the phone 90% of the time for the last couple of years. Dari Spot is a mom and pop restaurant that has been serving customers for 50 years. The burgers and dogs are the best: especially with their famous slaw! They also have tons of milkshake flavors including butterscotch, banana, blueberry, pineapple, and orange! A great place to grab a bite if you're in the area. read more
