We really enjoyed our experience today. My wife got the London Fog with pistachio milk, and I got a decaf latte with the Okinawa black sugar and caramelized fig. The drinks were great, the staff were friendly, and the space was comfortable and roomy. My only complaint is that they didn't mention the ceramic mugs and gave us paper. Yes, there are signs, but I missed them as I was just focusing on what to order. Still, I give five stars. Sometimes decaf sucks, and since I can't have caffeine, k don't have a choice, but this was good. Bravo! read more

This is my favorite coffee spot whenever I'm visiting the Dallas area! I make it an effort to come here every morning while I'm visiting. All their drinks are delicious and so creative. I'm an iced latte kinda gal and they have plenty to choose from. On my most recent trip I tried the Black Lotus and Nature's Claim latte. The pistachio flavor really shined in the Nature's Claim latte. For someone who loves pistachio, I was in heaven! To beat the lines, I always order online and it's ready whenever I get there. I was visiting my family for several days and needed some good coffee. My family told me about this place and that it was a must try. We went and I was not disappointed with the coffee or the customer service. My coffee was delicious and I even went back the next because I wanted to try another drink before leaving. I had the White Orchid over ice and you could definitely taste the bourbon and the cinnamon. The next day I ordered Honey Badger over ice and you could definitely taste the peanut butter. I also bought a Star Wars travel mug which ended up saving me 50¢ off of each drink. I will definately be back here when I visit my family again. Nothing spectacular at all and far worth the money. Limited sugar free selection in a world where people are watching their sugars. The coffee tasted just black and with no flavor. Professed chef makes his own sugar free syrups with the worst tasting sweetener called monk fruit. No decaf coffee and limited selection of milks, just not worth my time or money. read more

There are lots of places that serve coffee, but not all share the passion and attention to the craft. Dark Ritual definitely caught me by surprise today and I was blown away by this little local gem! From their very unique and creative menu, I finally settled on their nitro matcha and lion's mane americano (which tasted similar to an espresso tonic that I love and miss). The matcha was perfectly sweetened and so smooth. The Americano was incredibly refreshing and balanced with the other elements. It was love at first sip! dark ritual is the best coffee shop in the rockwall area. its owned by the sweetest couple who really makes it feel so warm and cozy. all of their drinks are amazing and they personally make all of their syrups & roast their own beans. everything they make uses the highest quality ingredients and it really makes a difference! some of my favorite drinks are the iced blood moon (latte with chocolate raspberry truffle), their london fog (earl grey tea, lavender, honey) and their mexican spiced (latte with chocolate, cinnamon, brown sugar). they have so many types of drinks for kids and adults. its a great place to study, or spill the gossip with your friends. this will always be a favorite of mine and i keep coming back! read more

This place has a relaxing atmosphere that invites to drink coffee, specially during winter. There are comfortable chairs to seat in and drink while having a conversation. There's a small table for four people in the center which is perfect to order some food and eat it there. There's also a bar against a wall with stools, perfect to focus on reading a book and ignore humans. There's also a couple of comfortable chairs and a sofa with another table that can be use to place your drinks and food while you chat. I also appreciate that it doesn't have loud music since I'm old now and prefer quiet. If you want to do some work in your laptop, the table by the window is for two and has a power outlet but this is just pure coincidence, the place is not intended for work but I don't think is discouraged either. The menu has something for everybody. Coffee is obviously their specialty and they even roast their own coffee, but they also offer a variety of teas. They also have a kids menu with hot chocolate, teas, and juice box. In terms of food, they offer tamales! pork & chicken, cheese and jalapeño, and sweet tamales, I'll try them next time. There's obviously other food options but tamales is not common and it caught my attention. I ordered an espresso doppio which was great, exactly what I was excepting, strong and flavorful. I also ordered a cappuccino and it was delicious. I drink them without sweeteners since I wanted to taste the coffee itself and it was great coffee. I approved it. The lady at the register is friendly and always ready for small talk. The barista in the back came to asked me how was my espresso and he gives the vibes of a coffee nerd that authentically cares about coffee. If you want a place to chat with a friend over a great cup of coffee, this place is perfect. If you need a great cup of coffee to start your day, stop by and grab one to go. The tamales are good. I can't tell you anything about the coffee. However, I was there mid morning and all the tables were full of coffee drinkers doing coffee-shop kinds of things such as working, chatting, etc. read more
