And when I say she was doing EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING! She was the only person serving us, while also having two other tables outside of our banquet room. Yes, our food took a while to come out -- but that was absolutely NOT Krystal's fault. She was working her butt off and doing everything she possibly could. She was attentive, constantly checking on our drinks, making sure everyone was taken care of, and paying attention to every little detail. It wasn't until toward the end of the party that I realized she had been handling this entire situation ALL BY HERSELF. She told me that the banquet hadn't even been put on the manager's calendar, so she basically got thrown into a party of 40 people at the last minute. And let me tell you something, KRYSTAL ROCKED THAT SH*T! Krystal, thank you so much for everything you did for my family today. You were kind, attentive, professional, and you never made us feel like we were a burden, even though you had been handed one hell of a situation. We are very pleased with the speed of the service as well as the quality of the food! The cooks do a great job!
