As far as pricing goes we have two banquet rooms. You can look at tfor pictures on Facebook under Rona Banquet Hall. We have an open catering policy where you pick your own caterer, or bring in your own food, you determine your own food and beverage budget. Liquior can be provide for your guest you can not sell liquor to your guest. The lower banquet room has the stone fireplace with full kitchen it rents for 500.00 the Ballroom is on the upper level it also rents for 500.00 it does not have a kitchen if you would like both level it would be 975.00 for the day 10am to midnight. There is a 150.00 deposit to hold your date. We only take cash or checks or PayPal.. Each room holds 195 people. We have round tables that seat 8, and rectangle that are 6 ft. 5 ft. and 8 ft. I also rent white chair covers 1.00 each and white/black linen tablecloths at 4.00 each. Table runners at 1.00 each and chair sashes at .50 each. We also have a PA system with wireless micphones,5 disc CD player, am/fm radio and it hooks up to your iPod, phone or laptop the PA system rents for 75.00. I have to say if it were my daughter, knowing what I know now, I would have a spring or fall wedding here but not a summer wedding. There was no air conditioning whatsoever. The guests were all sweating up a storm and couldn't stand staying in the barn because it was so hot. The small house fans were weak and offered no relief. They desperately need ceiling fans at a minimum and a swamp cooler would be good. My companion was beyond overheated and couldn't leave because there was no cel reception to call an uber.

So glad we found the Holiday Inn Express at Greenville because it wasn't too far away from the Indiana boarder. The hotel is updated and modern. Lobby has comfortable furniture, coffee/tea station, snack area, and work station. I was impressed with all of the snacks/food you could buy - a ton of options! There was a fitness center and a pool. However, the pool was closed - I assume due to COVID. The breakfast area is also set up nice and had some seating outside as well. Our room was spacious and clean. King room with all of the amenities. The room offered a Keurig machine, makeup remover wipe, fridge, and nicer quality shampoo/soaps. Plenty of towels were provided and I appreciated the backlight bathroom mirror - good lighting! Both night stands had USB and plugs. The furniture in the room was simple but clean and comfortable - again I appreciate all the different lighting from backlighting to side lights by the bed. The bed was comfortable and loved the different pillow options of soft vs. hard. Had a great sleep! Checking out went okay - we were given the wrong room number. The staff quickly fixed the issue and we were on our way. Overall, had a great time at this hotel and would stay again.

Located just down the road from the golf course and Selma, Bailey's Place has been beautifully landscaped to hold events, wedding ceremonies, etc. I was visiting here for a wedding. It's a gorgeous setup with an arbor, that the bride and groom got married under. There was seating set up in front of the arbor for guest. Behind the arbor was a cabin, that can be used for wedding party to get ready. But also can be used for receptions or having the wedding in. I believe this was the backup if it had rained. There isn't necessarily a parking lot, but a grassy area this is designated for parking. And lots of trees for shading.

Upon arrival, they had a chalk sign outside stating the name of the private event which was a very welcoming touch. The space, table and chairs were all clean. We catered our own food and drinks and the kitchen area was clean and ready to hold everything. We were able to play music through the venue's system and there was a tv (with fire stick access) so you can stream things there as well. The venue is right in downtown Troy. We were able to walk to the brewery and other bars in the area once we ended the reunion. Parking is a breeze as there is plenty of street parking and the place is easy to find. I have no complaints whatsoever! If I had to find a venue for a gathering I would definitely look into using this space again.

Our guests were very impressed also. Because the flowers are so lovely, we were able to go very simple on our own decor. Most of the vases, etc that we used came from the "shed" on the grounds that can be borrowed from and is included with the venue. We got hit with thunderstorms about 45 minutes before the ceremony, and had to do a little scrambling. But the staff was right on top of things and Lisa told us if we could delay starting for 15 minutes, they would have the chairs dried off and the reception area mopped up (some rain came in under the curtains on the sides). The cloud passed, and we were able to have a gorgeous ceremony outside as planned. Lisa and Justin worked it out that I could come tour the grounds with my daughter on an off day a few weeks before the wedding, as I live out of state and had not been able to tour the venue earlier. Our caterer and DJ had done events there previously, so they seemed very comfortable. It was a wonderful day!
