I went in for a cracked tooth knowing I probably needed a root canal. Find out they only do them once a month there when the endo is in...they were booked two months out. The charge for one crown and a root canal was over 3k. Temp crown fell out within two days. When I finally went in for the root canal (never had one and was extremely nervous and they knew this and it was noted in my file, that I was difficult to numb) had to stop the endo twice, once because I had a literal panic attack in the chair, again because I could feel everything. The root canal itself after they got me properly numb was fine. But before the root canal they tried to tell me all the sudden I needed a second root canal next to that tooth and one on the other side. I was not having it. The crown itself is a horrible gaping fit. It protrudes outward much further than any of my other molars and the bite is horrific. I ended up having my cosmetic dentist replace the crown because it was such shoddy work. The crown portion was done by Dr. Wu who has got to have some of the worst bedside manner and roughest hands out there. She was incredibly pushy and rude, and made me feel like crap for not wanting to do more work than originally agreed upon and getting a a second opinion. I have since had said tooth that also needed a root canal done, fitted with a filling, their horrible crown replaced, and a renewed fear of the dentist thanks to them. Oh and stuck with a 3k bill for a crown that wasn't even done right

After the procedure, he continued to complain that the tooth hurt. When we returned for a follow-up visit, my son became upset and cried because he was scared and still in pain. Instead of working with us to determine why he was hurting, we were essentially told to seek care elsewhere. We later took him to another pediatric dentist, who diagnosed an abscess at the root of the very same tooth that had been treated and crowned at this office. It has been heartbreaking to learn that our young child has been dealing with an infection after already going through such an extensive procedure. He has endured unnecessary pain, discomfort, and additional dental visits because his symptoms persisted. We understand that treating young children can be challenging, but compassion, patience, and thorough follow-up care are essential. As parents, we trusted this office not only to perform the procedure but also to address any complications afterward. Instead, we felt our concerns were dismissed when our son was clearly still in pain. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to take children's post-treatment complaints more seriously and to provide families with the follow-up care and support they deserve.

She was there every moment and catered to my every need. She was so polite and knew her business keeping me comfortable. Meanwhile Dr Chavez was carefully working on the extraction. Told me jokes to ease my mind but I had no pain other than having to keep my mouth open. I just knew that when I got home and the Novocain wore off I would be in pain but didn't happen. Dr Chavez gave me some steroids to help the healing of the gum where he had to put in a couple of stitches. When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically informed the office that I would need pediatric bite plates. I also reminded the hygienist when I arrived. Despite this, the hygienist told me they didn't have pediatric plates because they "don't see children," and said we would "work together to get the x-rays done." Unfortunately, this meant repeatedly trying to force the large adult bite plate into my mouth. I told her multiple times that it was painful, triggering my gag reflex, and that I simply could not tolerate it. Her response was, "We have to do this in order to take radiographs," without offering any alternative approach. I fully understand the importance of radiographs, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unnecessarily abrasive. She did not attempt any other solutions, and her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. I had waited a long time for this appointment and arranged my entire day around it. I left extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and do not recommend this dental office.
