After a great conversation and discussion of Valentines for Mom and Mom in law I settled on The Kyndall (deluxe) and A Mothers Love (deluxe). I scheduled pick up for Tuesday. I was greeted promptly even though there were a few people in store and I was acknowledged as the two people in front of me were taken care of. I met the real Kyndall that the flowers were named and after the care instructions were explained she helped me to my car. The care taken from order to assembly to final sale was very evident. The arrangements are lush, well balanced and thoughtfully arranged. I look forward to using my new florist.

She was very responsive (I was planning my Memphis wedding from Chicago) and organized. I received my invoices within 48 hours over e-mail and was able to pay off my balance online. Because I had s small budget, Holly adjusted my table arrangements to simple gladiolas and greenery, and my bouquet was classic red roses and curly willow. Everything was very simple and classic and looked gorgeous. (I have seem pictures of her other arrangements, and she is also skilled at must more artistic and contemporary floral designs.) Holly was also able to accommodate an additional request of an Indian-style wedding garland. Once I communicated my flower needs, Holly sent pictures, and set up a mock display of the arrangements in her floral studio in Midtown. She charges an additional fee for setup and take down of the flowers, but it is reasonably priced and I was glad to have her in charge of setup. (In retrospect, I would have paid the additional fee to have her take down and handle the flowers instead of my family members.)
