They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)

Installation was on a single day led by crew chief Able (sp?). Zac and the office staff were accessible and easy to work with. Abel was outstanding, willing to do ANYTHING that I asked about. Abels's crew left the yard in about as good condition as possible considering the trenches that had to be dug! Josiah led the overseeding team using good equipment and seed product and was also in and out quickly leaving the yard in great condition. Josiah and Zac left clear instructions to get the seedlings started and Josiah was helpful on my follow-up questions. Seed germination has been great. Josiah knows his fescue mix! After 3 weeks, our yard is beginning to look wonderful. Nashville Irrigation did what they said they would do, continue to answer questions and provide ongoing advice, and are very easy to work with. A nice, professional group!

I didn't have much of a vision - just wanted the yard to "look nicer" but not break the bank. He was able to help me fill in the details and propose good ideas for how to redo things. He sent over a detailed quote and sketch that matched exactly what we discussed, and he was very communicative all along the way. His team showed up when they said they would, were very unintrusive and kind, and they got the job done efficiently. Overall, very very happy with the entire process, and the results look great! Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Weren't sure exactly what we wanted, but had a vision. Charlie brought in his designer and she worked with us to put our vision on paper. It took a while for us to decide on the right pavers and stones to use since we wanted to include existing limestone rocks so they would match closely to our old home. Charlie was super patient and drove around with us to different stone yards to show us what is available. Charlie was great to work with! His entire team worked tirelessly to turn our blank slate of a house into something out of a design book in about two weeks. Could not recommend Burlap and Bloom enough.

My experience with B&E Irrigation & Landscaping was an astonishing display of poor communication,…read moreindifference, and unprofessionalism. I initially contacted the company's residential installation representative on April 29 regarding a drainage problem at my Brentwood home. I left a voicemail and sent a text message containing photographs of the area. After receiving no response, I called again on May 12 and left another voicemail. Still nothing. On May 13, I submitted a detailed inquiry through B&E's website. The office responded the following morning and referred me directly back to the same representative who had already failed to respond to my previous calls and text message. Nevertheless, I called him again on May 14 and left a third voicemail. Once again, there was no response whatsoever. On May 26, I emailed the office and carefully explained the entire history. I made it clear that I would completely understand if the project was too small, if the company was too busy, or if the work was not a good fit. All I requested was the basic professional courtesy of an answer so I could stop waiting and contact another company. The office replied that afternoon and stated that they were checking into the matter and "should have an answer tomorrow." Tomorrow came and went. So did the remainder of May and nearly the entire month of June. After receiving absolutely no update, I sent one final email on June 30. Only then did I receive a response stating that the installation team was "extremely busy," that they "probably" did not have time to perform the work, and that this "may be why" I had never heard from them. That was not an explanation. It was speculation about why other employees had repeatedly failed to perform the most elementary part of their jobs: communicating with a prospective customer. Being busy is understandable. Failing to respond to three telephone messages, a text containing photographs, an online inquiry, and multiple emails is not. Promising an answer the following day and then disappearing for more than a month is even worse. It would have taken less than one minute to write, "We are unable to take on your project." Instead, B&E allowed me to wait for more than two months before finally offering a vague excuse. After this experience, I reviewed the company's Yelp and other public reviews. What I found was disturbingly familiar: other customers reporting poor communication, unanswered messages, no-shows, and a lack of follow-through. Apparently, my experience was not an isolated incident. B&E advertises itself as Nashville's "most trusted" irrigation and landscaping specialist. Based upon my documented experience, trust and basic customer service were precisely what were missing. The most revealing part of the company's final response was the admission that it was unfair for me to receive no response. On that point, we agree completely. I would not recommend B&E Irrigation & Landscaping. If this is how the company treats a homeowner before receiving any money, I would have absolutely no confidence in its communication after a contract was signed, payment was made, or a problem developed.

Great experience - very communicative and quick work . We will definitely use B&E going forward.read more

STAY AWAY FROM GREEN SCENE!…read more While I initially appreciated working with Hosea and found the pricing reasonable during my sprinkler system installation last October 2024, I've since experienced multiple issues that have raised concerns. A PVC pipe was broken shortly after the install, resulting in yard damage. I was informed the repair wasn't Green Scene's responsibility, despite the work being done by your team. More recently, in late June 2025, I reported another issue and followed up twice -- only to have your team arrive without notice and complete a repair I believe should fall under warranty for a system approximately 9 months old. Yet, I received a $140 invoice. Additionally, I was billed $220 on July 14th for a job completed May 5, 2025. The lack of communication, unexpected billing, and unclear service terms have been frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency moving forward. STAY AWAY FROM GREEN SCENE

We spent 30K with them to install irrigation & sod in our backyard. We also hired them to maintain the yard and keep it looking nice. Two years later all we got was dead grass and a lot of excuses. To top things off, they were ripping us off on monthly maintenance by charging for work that was not getting done. Once Covid hit and we began working from home I caught them. They said they would make it right and fix everything then ghosted us. My suggestion is to avoid Green Scene at all cost. There is a lot more I am happy to share if you're interested including photos and written communications. Bad Service, Bad Communication, Dishonest.
