The shuttle runs from 10 am to 8 pm from Thursday - Saturday and from 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday and makes six regular stops plus a few by request only every hour. As we approached downtown Grapevine, our driver carefully pointed out all of the various bus stops where he'd stop for us. He was right on time when we decided it was time to head back to the hotel. The bus was comfortable, and our driver was a real pro.

My flight was originally supposed to be landing at 5:45am, but our driver (George) was already there when we arrived 25 minutes early, waiting for me at baggage curbside. I didn't even need to call to inform them of my early arrival, they were watching my flight status. Very courteous, and there was complimentary water and other refreshments available for us inside the town car. I even got a small discount for being a new, first time user of their services. I will most definitely be using them again next time I am in Dallas!!!
