My first visit had me present several scenarios that were creatively and expertly navigated. The owner Opie, even made sure that the bolts that were installed on my bike matched the color scheme. This level of detail said so much! Also, the way that the work is being done in the same space as where the customers are, gets everyone hanging out and creates a sense of community. Several hours went by and I didn't even notice as I was just in there chatting with everyone that came in as well talking bikes. Has a cool authentic 'hang out' feel, like a local surf shop or something. Cool space, great work, great attitudes , fully trust them. Impressed, thx !!

To begin with, there is absolutely no pressure when walking around the store looking at bikes. No one attaches themselves to you like at a traditional dealership. If you have questions, however, there is always someone there to help. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We worked with James Freeman. He is so nice and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory and bikes in general is amazing. He helped me find the perfect bike for me (a 2014 Yamaha V Star). I fell in love with the bike almost immediately. James was patient in trying to get me financed. He was not pushy at all. He also helped me with required information to get new insurance on the bike. Never rushing me and treating me with kindness and respect. The finance manager Sean Helmeczy was just as helpful as everyone else in the dealership. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about all the financial options. He went out of his way to get me the best deal that I could possibly get. I cannot recommend the dealership enough. Parts could be my separate responsibility, so I would only have the charges for labor. The relevant information that was conveniently left out is that the labor fee is $170.00 per hour! Upon arrival for my appointment, I was quoted an additional $403.00 for an oil change. Next, they tried to tell me that my engine light was on (it was not, nor has it ever been) and that it would be another $136.00 for a diagnostic. Really?!?! Overall, I was there a little less than 2 hours, so the quote was not really accurate or honest and I am completely dissatisfied with the spiel. I will not be back, and definitely would not recommend this business to any family or acquaintances. A word of advice, if you decide to go to Extreme Propulsion, be sure to clarify and quantify each and every step of the process. Good luck!

They didn't even know what was going on even though I kept telling over and they said no so then I tried right here with Mike the second I walked in there I explained everything to him. He said put it outside the door let me see it I did and he immediately knew what was wrong with it and it was done with in 2 days. high quality work. Southern Devil saved my trip to Sturgis! I rode from Florida north and had a clutch issue. Called…read morethem and within 30 minutes they picked me and my bike up. So I had a unpleasant experience at Southern Devil HD this morning. (Before I begin let me preface…read morethis by saying I've purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealer) When I walked in the dealership, not a single person welcomed me or asked what I needed help with. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this particular dealer. Then I made my way over to the parts department. I was looking for a cleaner with bug removal properties. There are four display shelving units in the parts department that have cleaning products. All of the shelves are within 15 feet of the parts department cash register and have clear line of sight. There were no other customers in the department and there was one parts specialist. I walked around all four shelves looking at different products and the employee didn't ask if I needed help one time. When I decided on a product and was taking it up to the counter, I noticed a sign on the counter that read, "Rainy Day Special 10% off all cleaning products" When the employee rung up the purchase, I noticed he did not give me a 10% discount. So I asked, "What about the discount?" and he said, "You mean the one that says, (Rainy Day Discount)? I said,"Yes" and I swear he said to me, "Do you see it raining?" I honestly thought he was joking at first but then realized he was serious. He did not give me a discount even though the sign was plainly visible. Between motorcycles, parts, clothing and service calls, I have spent a great deal of money at this dealer and to be treated this way is the final straw. I'll be going to a different dealer from now on.
