Had a service call today, David came out and he was extremely helpful courteous and prompt. I had an issue with my light fixture. After youtube, resetting the breaker, changing the bulb, and checking the wiring for the house I called in a ticket. David tested the unit and quickly determined that nothing was wrong with the house or wiring just that the fixture was busted and overloaded (I don't know why I didn't think of that). Anyway, he went ahead and charged me the minimum and agreed to comeback out and install a new one, and charge me for the parts for the dimmer (I didn't have a dimmer previously). I'm happy with David's work. I had a laundry list of items and he was able knock it out in half an afternoon. With a helper they were able to replace 3 ceiling fans, add a new ceiling fan and wiring to an exisiting wall plate so that one switch controls the light and another controls the fan, added 2 can lights with switch to the same wall panel, added an electrical outlet to my kitchen island, replaced a lighting fixture in my laundry room, and replaced a faulty gfi outlet. Minimal holes were made to add the wiring for both the can lights and the new fan. Patching was done through another individual that was recommended by David. Since my wife was inmune compromised I was happy to see them come prepared with mask and shoe booties. If I have more ekectrical work I can't handle I will be calling David. read more

I called Dash around 7pm and to my surprise the Owner, David U "Aka, Superman" which he said to me after confirming "there's no job too difficult to solve" directly answered. He was nice and unlike many others I had been calling throughout the entire day, ready and willing to help. I texted him photos of my hanging wires and ceiling fan that had dropped to the floor possibly due to being unbalanced for 2 years as well as a mounting plate that was too small for it I am now aware of. He texted me right back and said "ok, let me see what I can do for you". David had initially asked me if I wanted the work done the same day as the estimate; upon agreeing, we set an appointment for the following day. That easy, I was impressed because that rarely happens. I did not hear from him again the next day therefore, I assumed he'd forgotten. I decided to wait til near my appointment time, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Sure thing, he did not forget at all and gave my work order to Jay whom I received a call 2 hours before my scheduled appt confirming via voicemail and text that he'd be on his way. He arrived highly prepared and equipped to get the job done on the same day as promised. Jay is very courteous, knowledgeable, honest and such a friendly guy overall. He diagnosed the problem, first checking the electrical wires & circuits to make sure I'd be safe in general and had my ceiling fan back up and running in an hour. Jay definitely turned out to be a Super Hero in regard to my bad situation which I was directly told by some other highly rated contractors that I need to purchase a new fan on top of their higher service and repair fees! Guys came out to do some work in my garage. Very professional and knowledgeable. Found the easiest, safest and least expensive way to get it done for me. The work needed a certain cover plate to complete the job and was going to need to run to the Home Depot to get it. I told the gentleman I was running there later that day and I would pick it up if he would take some of the agreed-upon price off the total. He agreed on a new price for the work. As he was finished he just didn't feel right leaving the work incomplete and told me he was going to go to the Home Depot to be sure the job was done right. Called Dash electric to request a quote for a chandelier installation. Their initial response was that they would have to get back to me for an estimate. After waiting a couple of days with no response. I reached out again and their response was that they have been really busy but would get back to me within 24 hrs. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a return call. I'm sure these guys do fine work based on their reviews but they need to improve their customer service and be more sensitive to customers that may be facing a timeline instead of stringing them along. Oh they got here in less than 10 minutes pretty impressive. The thing I want to make sure that everyone who reads this review is these two guys are something else. I called them to replace a 60 amp breaker and they wanted to charge me 475 they said i needed a new panel. Total BS when I told them no way they all of a sudden dropped the price to 275.
