I am a 62-year-old woman raising my 21-year-old son, I am also a Real Estate Agent and my Dell computer shut down on me when I was working on my laptop. It seemed my hinge broke and cracked my screen within 10 seconds of opening my computer. My screen went black and I immediately called my computer repair company. Mike, my computer guy, told me to open it up while on the phone and I did that, once I did it a whole bunch on white letters came up on the screen and he thought my computer crashed at that time.
