First time at this bar on a rainy Thursday night. It's surprisingly busy for a weekday. Two nice gentlemen run the front of the house, very at attentive and approachable. Just finished dinner so hubby and I decided to finish it off with some drinks that didn't disappoint. I had a nice glass of Chardonnay and hubby had "The Harlot" beer that he really liked. However, a group of 6 people in the middle of the bar were already having "so much fun" and got pretty loud. Just didn't expect a cozy-looking place could turn out to be that loud, especially the guests were dressed up classy. They could also use some diffusers or scented candles because it didn't smell very nice inside. Maybe because it was raining and some coats haven't been washed, haha! We will be back though, hopefully not the same time as the same loud group.

Been to Temecula a few times and really love this wine bar. Great variety of red and white wines, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and energetic vibe. quite busy when I did a walk-in around 3:30 on a Friday; if you have a party over two people, suggest reservations just to make sure you get a table. (Didn't try the food.)

Made a quick stop - wine was good, vibes were chill and cool, relaxing. Server was great. I will come back !

My mom and I tried Two Travelers for the first time this weekend. When we arrive it's unclear if we seat ourselves or if we wait for someone to seat us. A friendly customer advises us we seat ourselves, at this point we haven't been greeted by staff. The table we chose has a long grey hair on it and my mom killed a bug on her arm. After deciding what we wanted to order I go up to the order here sign because I assumed that's where we order since the vibe is giving self serve? I'm then ignored till I ask the bartender if we order here which he responded "we actually take your order at the table". The lack of initial customer acknowledgment made a horrible first impression. We sat for 10 minutes before getting water, after 25 minutes our order was taken. Once we ordered the bartender/waiter advised us it would be a 25-30 minutes before we got our food and recommended the olive and almond and bread with butter selection appetizers because they "come out faster" to hold us over. We opted out. We got the hamachi crudo, garlic shrimp, and crab dip. The food was a 4/5 and the wine is a 4/5 as well. If you have almost three hours and $130 to spend for 3 appetizers and 4 glasses of wine (2pp), this is your spot. My mom was looking forward to coming here and so was I. To sum it up - they can't decide if they're a cafe, restaurant, or wine bar.

Two Travelers wine bar is an amazing wine bar located in Old town. Wines from around the word. Great service and food that is delicious. Cozy space for a date or a small group of friends. Owned and operated by the same group that brought you Goat & vine.

Huge glasses haha! We loved this place

Great service, amazing ambiance (SO perfect for a date), and good wine. Loved this cozy elegant spot tucked away from the Main Street!

A Hidden Gem That Turned Our Weekend Around After a rough experience at a new restaurant nearby, we were really hoping to salvage the evening. We knew Goat & Vine would be a sure thing for dinner, so we added ourselves to the waitlist and had some time to kill. That's when fate stepped in. As we headed to park, we spotted Two Travelers Wine Bar, a spot I had been dying to try. Every time we've been in Old Town, we were with a large group, and this was one of those places I always imagined enjoying just the two of us. The stars aligned, and we headed in for a pre-dinner drink. What a perfect decision. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone. The space is moody, elegant, and romantically lit, with stylish, thoughtful décor that feels elevated but unpretentious. The staff welcomed us warmly and invited us to sit wherever we liked. After some indecision (so many cozy nooks to choose from!), we were offered a plush velvet banquette with the perfect view of the bar. The vibe? Relaxed, refined, and clearly curated with love. We started with a bottle of 2023 Lieu Dit Sauvignon Blanc; crisp, clean, and absolutely perfect. We paired it with the House Bread + Three Butters, and let me tell you: chef's kiss. The butter-to-bread ratio was spot on, and each spread was packed with flavor and finesse. I was eyeing the oysters, but decided to save that for our next visit (because there will be one!). As we neared our dinner time, we switched gears and ordered two glasses of 2022 San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon, which was equally delightful. We actually loved the Lieu Dit so much, we've been trying to hunt down bottles for our engagement party. From start to finish, Two Travelers made our night. After an underwhelming start to our evening, this unexpected detour reminded us of the magic of Old Town and how a thoughtfully curated wine bar can transform a moment into a memory. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our weekend feel special.

This has become one of my favorite places in Temecula to eat at. It is a great date night and beautiful intimate place to grab wine and some delicious oysters. The food is delightful and so is the service. Channing and Aaron always are so pleasant to talk to and always provide excellent service. I always get there amazing oysters and mouth watering Steak chimichurri sandwich is delicious!! All the desserts so far have been so good, especially the cinnamon roll bread pudding

The atmosphere and service here is amazing. I do t drink but I come with friends that do. The food is great. Small fancy type bites. The chips and caviar topped dip is so good for a snack for the table. I'll eat if alone it's that good. The wine selection is good and I have tried a few even though I don't drink but I get curious an some of the flavors

Let me just tell you, This place treats you like family!! From the moment we walked in, the vibe, the service, and beautiful and clean restaurant stuck out to us. What we did not expect from this wine bar was for EVERY SINGLE item we ordered to absolutely knock it out of the park!!!! STELLAR FOOD. I don't even like oysters!! Crab Dip is phenomenal, and don't even get me started on the desert.

The place and decor itself is very lovely. I don't drink so I can't say how their wine is, but their service is excellent. Reservations can be made via email for parties of 6 or more and require a deposit of $10 for each person. This is understandable for me and your card isn't charged if your party shows up. Communication via email with the staff was pleasant and easy. I was disappointed in the food, or at least my order of The Morty. There wasn't much flavor and in my opinion, having it served warm would be more appealing. The crème brûlée was actually pretty good though.

I HAD THE BEST FISH OF MY LIFE HERE!…read more The photo might not do it justice, but holy moly - I seriously had a life changing moment eating the striped bass here. It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful. Overall, I can't believe that fish; I hope to try it again when I revisit the area.

Brunch lasts until 2pm and then from 2pm to 245pm they serve only appetizers. Lmao. Thats certainly interesting. Aesthetically this place is gorgeous. I love that they are dog friendly and it wasnt too hot today at the patio. I got the bloody mary to start and it was pretty good. The bacon in it was amazing, however, it didnt taste like 2 shots. The drink was thick but the flavor was still good. I got avocado toast with smoked salmon. This very small meal was 20$. I got a lox bagel and 4 huge pieces of smoked salmon with capers and a side of avocado a few days ago in Vegas on the strip and that was 16$. Sooooooo... how is this justifiable? Anyways, I also ordered a diet coke and they came out with a mini can. Talk about why this place is called "small" barn. Lol! The server stated the can is super small bc its only 2$. Thats just silly. Just get the bigger can and charge me 3 bucks for it. Thats fair in my humble opinion. 4$ for two mini cans is wonky to me. Alas, these are not the reasons why this place originally got a 2 star from me. It was the tomatoes on my avocado toast. They taste spoiled, old, and mushy. It made my stomach hurt a bit. As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. She said "have a good day" in an oddly, irritated way when I paid with my card. Oh wells. Ill come here for the desserts! And perhaps ill give other things a try

From the moment we walked into Fugghedabout, we were stunned. The space is dark, sultry, lightly dimmed, and incredibly chic, something you'd never expect here. It has a very grown up, intimate vibe (21+ only), perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We were lucky enough to visit on a night with live music (they have it Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), and it completely set the mood. Even though it wasn't very busy, the energy was wonderful and the music was excellent. Service was top notch. Meghan was fantastic, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and so helpful throughout the meal. Faith, the owner, also stopped by several times to check on us, which earned major points. Such a sweet touch and much appreciated. Now the food... wow. We started with the seared scallop special topped with caviar, and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked, with the caviar adding just the right touch of saltiness. Honestly, we wanted to order more. The hot goat cheese with hot honey appetizer was delicious and so comforting. Definitely get extra bread, you'll want it. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we tried the taco trio with chicken, steak, and shrimp. The steak and shrimp were standouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but overall we really enjoyed them. And the biggest surprise of the night was the shrimp and sausage skillet. Absolutely incredible. So flavorful and rich, and again we needed more bread to soak up every bit of that delicious sauce. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert, which was good. The sugar topping was slightly thick, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a dessert snob, so while we enjoyed it, the meal itself was really the shining star of the night. I'm already dreaming about my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by everything, service, ambiance, food, and live music. This place is a whole vibe. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food in a sultry, intimate setting. I've already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Meghan and Faith for such a great night. He was so knowledgeable, patient, super friendly and such a great ambassador for Pamec. Bonus points for the sweet wine menu - all Pamec wines are named after Temecula animals, with each label explaining why that animal represents the wine. I was especially intrigued by their Pét Nat (Pétillant Naturel or "naturally sparkling"), made with their Vermentino grapes using the ancestral method of bottling before the initial fermentation is complete. Fermentation continues in the bottle and the result: unfiltered, unpretentious, effervescence with a side of spunk!
