I love The Craft Lounge! It has a fun vibe. We go to Monday Trivia Night. Jimmy always has a nice variety of beers on tap. You feel welcomed and important! Go, you'll like it! Lots of opportunities to meet folks and try new beer. Creative event nights to enjoy, too! There's something for everyone!

Came out here after a wedding reception and loved the atmosphere and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Cool spot.

Nice outdoor patio. Decent music coming out the speakers. Indoor seating. Too dark during the day for me but I guess bars can be like that. Decent selection. I tried the trail mix speedway. Very full bodied. Only imperial stout at the time. I'm spoiled from Austin breweries.

Went to 2 other places in downtown Riverside and walked out service was no good and tables where dirty (River Ranch). Not to mention the rudeness. Came to Craft lounge they know the meaning of customer service. Food is delicious and bartenders and staff are great. Love this place over anyplace.

Came on a Monday night for trivia with 3 others. They have plenty of beers on tap plus a large selection of bottled and cans. Many are from local breweries. You can order a pint between 7.25-9.75. You can also order 8oz for 4/5.25. Order/pay at the counter and take it to your table. No servers. I had #2 which was pleasant like a mild Sam Adams. My son-in-law had #10. He thought it was good. They didn't have any sodas as they ran out due to a St. Patrick Days weekend. My wife brought her own soda so we were lucky there. We came for trivia night which is on Mondays. Bring some multigenerational friends/relatives so you have a bigger knowledge base. We parked on the street next door but you can park behind the brewery in their lot. We ate before we came but I recommend getting g food at the tent on the sidewalk. It has polished concrete floors and low and high tables. There are many games to take to your table by the front window to play. That would be fun! It's not a huge place nor is it small. There are many tv's to watch your sporting event. There are 2 clean unisex bathrooms. Definitely come! I highly recommend it.

The Craft Lounge issoooooo littt!! Jimmy and Chris the photographer makes it sooo much fun . Annnnnnd Allly, gives the best hugs ever

This place is a great place to chill except for the flies. The front door does not stay closed all the way, and there is no fan to keep flies from coming in. Flies landing on me and the table and around my drink. Nasty.

Great place for a great selections of beers and to watch the football games on Sunday. Has NFL ticket and not so crowded only 4 TVs but well worth it to come here as they will do their best to put on the game you want to watch. They do not serve food but it's ok to bring your own or order delivery to here. There is Tucanos Pizza about a half block to walk and pick up an order to go from here.

Beer on tap with a couple tall cans from their fridge and we filled up our growler!

This place was perfect!! The customer service and atmosphere (even with covid)!! We walked in and saw endless amounts of different types of canned beer and we were able to taste whatever was on tap! We filled a growler with a double hazy ipa, grabbed a couple tall cans of German Pilsner and then asked to have a 6 pack of their Pilsner canned! It was perfect!! All the beer was delicious and gone by the end of the night. We can't wait to go back and stock up! Even with not too many options to choose from in the area, the quality of beer and flavor was great! I have been to Austin, Temecula, San Diego where craft beer is everywhere and this place can compete!! We will be going back today to stock up!

Food- they don't offer it, but you can bring in your own! There's a pizza place close by. Drinks- all sort of beers and they have some available to purchase for home as well. I thought that was pretty awesome. Ambience- Very chill and sporty. They have different sports playing on their TVs. Service- Amazing, the guys were friendly and patient when offering their selections.

Big selection of craft beers on tap and to-go. Prices are on par with the current industry market.

For most of the night, I had a great time minding my own business, watching videos quietly on my phone in a corner of the bar. As I was getting ready to leave, a random guy sitting nearby asked me to lower the volume on my phone. Whether he intended to be polite or not, it felt condescending, territorial, and completely unnecessary. They were speaking louder than my phone, yet somehow my phone was the issue. It honestly felt like a case of "local syndrome," where someone felt empowered to tell me what to do in a place that isn't theirs. I didn't want to create a scene, so I generously tipped the bartender and left. But I was genuinely upset that I was told to be quiet while I was simply minding my own business in a corner. The place itself does not deserve a bad review because of the actions of one customer. However, if this person is in any way connected to management or staff, I would seriously reconsider my rating and change it to one star--something I never done before. I think a little more compassion and understanding toward fellow customers would go a long way.

Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
