The pizza here is really solid and great for a family or friends outing. Cool place with a fun after skiing vibe to it. Where this place falls short is on all its other foods. I've never eaten dine in. I hardly do with any pizza place. My boss has ordered the staff pizza from here a hand full of times, I have only eaten it when it was warm once.... So keep that in mind.. BUT Every time I've eaten the pizza I was super disappointed. The crust is hard as a rock and any of the pizzas I've tried have had practically ZERO sauce. Barely any at all. Some of the driest pizzas I've ever eaten. Every time I've had it it's been this way. Choking it down. 4/5 times black crust. 20-40$ a pizza you would think it would at least be better than dominos. Unfortunately not. I'd rather eat Little Caesar's. And I despise little Caesar's. If you're ordering takeout, I highly suggest ordering from any place but here. If you do order here, make sure you request extra sauce and for them to specifically not burn the crust... I cannot speak for dine in. But I CAN say I would never spend my own hard earned cash to eat here. read more

We came here on a Saturday. Looks like there's always a wait but it was worth it. Cool spot with awesome decor and fantastic service! The food was delicious. We had pizza, Philly cheesesteak, and a Diablo burger. Everyone seemed happy with what they got. I would have come back again for more if we had another open meal. They also have TV's for sports which was great for us. Definitely worth a try! It'll just be tougher the bigger your party is! read more

Came for early dinner as a quiet party of 7, greeted coldly by Taylor. We asked to sit at the biggest table and saw no signs/were never told that moving tables was prohibited. Given the ambience of this establishment, we assumed moving 1 table to accommodate the space of 4 pizzas would be okay, as it is in the majority of these kinds of restaurants. We were obviously mistaken considering Taylor waited till we were done moving, then promptly proceeded to hush the entire room by yelling at max volume across the restaurant, " HEY YOU GUYS CANNOT MOVE THE TABLES." We were honestly taken back as we didn't think that moving 1 table would warrant that extreme of a reaction. When we asked why with no resistance, she said "IF I LET YOU MOVE THE TABLES I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE MOVE TABLES, SO PLEASE RESPECT THE RESTAURANT." She exhibited this response aggressively and in a manner that was completely inappropriate for the situation considering we showed no resistance, and were genuinely confused of her tone. After asking why a second time, she said, again, in a hostile tone that moving tables messes up the floor. This is completely understandable, and we were 100% willing to cooperate. Concerned, We asked multiple times if we should move it back or not, to which she gave us no answer of what to do. Moral of the story is that regardless of our actions as customers, we were only met with rudeness, hostility and public humiliation for a simple undisclosed rule that is niche to Davanza's. I hope this review serves to be constructive in the long run, because we would all hate to see a small business lose popularity and respect due to an apparent staff attitude problem shown in other reviews here. read more

You order with the bartender, and they deliver the food to your table - so there is limited service involved. I got the Fry Sauce Bacon Burger. The burgers are not cooked to order, so I got a well-done burger. The Fry Sauce did help with the dryness of the burger. My wife got the Chicken Philly. Her meal was served hot and it way tasty. We were able to get a quick bite in town as soon as we arrived. I grabbed a seat while hubby ordered. The meatballs were just okay and the pizza was thin the way I like it. It is a little confusing that you order at the door when you get in and I just pulled up the menu on my phone. I think the menu was on the counter where you place the order and the beer menu is at the table on the napkin dispenser. You can help yourself to drinks and silverware to the back right. read more

There was a short wait on a Saturday in Park City. The table we were given was a long high top which wasn't great for having two kids. You have to order and pay at the counter. The staff was working hard and was nice but didn't check in. The beer cans on the walls are interesting and the environment was lively. We ordered a plain cheese and a sausage jalapeño and black olive pizza as well as a salad. The food was good- the pizza crust is super thin and the edges were cracker crisp. The salad was fresh. Overall, I'd recommend but may not be ideal for small kids or older adults who can't get around easily. read more

The classic cheese pizza was delicious. The sauce was perfection and the crust was crispy and had a biscuity texture. The wings were underwhelming and under seasoned. The onion rings were standard. I highly recommend the pizza! It gets very crowded so we ended up ordering take out. read more

Really bad dining experience. It could be our fault for ordering burgers at a pizza place but stay away from the burgers at all costs. They were worse than cardboard. Thin patty, no flavor and severely overcooked. Service was poor, but it was a busy night, so I'll give them a pass on that. It is a fun atmosphere. read more

I guess I don't understand all the hype about this place. We waited 30 min for decent pizza. We got the spicy Hawaiian I think it was called. It was good but not over the top amazing like people were saying. When we finally got the pizza, I wondered if they accidentally over cooked it because when we tried to grab our slices, it was just breaking in half (see photo). A busy dive that slings pizza and a variety of beers. The ambiance is very casual where the walls are lined with old beer cans from around the world, vinyl and posters. You are seated by a hostess but order at the counter and they bring the food. I ordered the Caesar salad to start and the dressing was very vinegary, otherwise it was okay - I understand we are at a pizza shop and may not get the best greens. The margarita pizza was great. Fresh basil and crispy crust. Slightly thicker than a cracker crust but not as thick as hand tossed. Between 4 people a 16 inch was perfect (we all also had salads). read more

I've been here four out of the four times I've been to Park City, and there's a reason why. With its hipster-esque interior that's lined with vintage beer cans, its no-nonsense but varied menu, quick service and delicious pizza, you can't go wrong. This place is usually poppin' and it can be hard to find a seat. That may be fine in the warmer months, but in the winter, you might want to get your pizza to go. They do have a heater on the porch, but there are only maybe 10ish seats out there and comfortable seating is definitely weather dependent. The inside is also small, maybe seating 25-30 patrons. However, you shouldn't let that deter you, as you can order to go and the food comes out fast. They have a couple of different vegetarian pizza options besides cheese. I like the Margherita pizza with added artichoke hearts. A 16" large pizza is $24.99 and will comfortably feed two (with leftovers) after a long day of skiing. Compared to other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, it's an absolute bargain. Also, the pizza is definitely the best I've had in town. I'll keep stopping by Davanza's every time I visit Park City. It's a true gem. read more

Good thin crust pizza with a mild sauce. Restaurant has some outdoor seating and a smallish area for indoor seating. Pizza is always subjective, but I really enjoyed this one. The one mistake I made was it's a lite enough crust I should have ordered one size larger. read more

And my husband was happy they had the Duke v North Carolina basketball game on. We ordered a medium Mucker pizza w: everything. It wasn't the best I'be ever had - didn't love the cracker crust or the cheese, but it hit the spot after a long day of skiing. And we really liked the red wine blend by the glass, which turned out to be "House" red blend box wine, but it was good! My hubby also had a Melvin IPA. Nice spot; will definitely return! read more

I think the quality has gone down a bit. Good meal, but I don't recall the pizza crust having such crackery crunchy texture like it has now. The spicy buffalo sandwich was tasty. Definitely the best thing. The bread was particularly standing out to us. The cheese pizza was moist and good. The house special was dry and not really hot. Davanza's is the BEST. Been coming here for years. Introduced from some local skiers. This is the best spot to grab lunch if you're skiing park city mountain. You can ride right to the street and walk a block to get there. Lunchtime gets busy since it's a popular spot for skiers, so keep that in mind if it's the winter. Seating fills up fast too, so worth going a little earlier for. The pizza is really good. Love the thin crust and the fry sauce is amazing. Burgers are good, salads are good, haven't had anything here that I haven't liked. Would recommend for sure. read more

This place is off Main Street and has a dive bar vibe. Their handicap ramp up front is broken and coned off so I had to carry my son's stroller up the stairs into the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is a little cramped due to the number of tables and people sitting at the bar. We were greeted at the bar quickly and were able to order a medium cheese pizza to go. The wait time was 15 minutes but we got our food quicker than that. The pizza was actually very good and reasonably priced, especially considering its location. The crust was super crispy but paired very well with the ranch sauce we were given on the side. The body of the pizza here is floppier, almost resembling a NY style slice. If you are into a crispy undercarriage you might want to skip this place. All in all, this was a good quick bite with surprisingly good pizza. read more

Four solid stars for my first time visit arriving around 11:30 in the morning on a Thursday. This place was recommeded by an employee who works at The Montage. Walked in and stood in disbelief of all the diffrent types of beer cans lining the wall areas. Very eclectic place where Locals and tourists come for a slice or a whole pie along with their assorted sandwiches which after seeing them looked darn tootin fantastic. Oh, definitley nexst time when I m in the area. Order a 12# Combination Pie which had sausage, mushroom, onions and pepperoni. Fisnished the whole thing and intitally wanted just water but it had an aftertaste coming from the self serve soda machine so I ended up ordering a non-alcoholic beer - why in a can of course! Sat at the counter and had small talk with Nate who was the Manager. They have outdoor counter seating along the front entrance area. Super cute local pizza joint in Park City. We were lucky to grab a couple seats outside for lunch and enjoy the beautiful views while eating. You check in with staff and then sit down. When ordering you go back inside and they will bring your food out to you. We went with the house pizza, dinner salad, garlic cheesy bread and some local pale ale. The pizza was a nice, thin crust loaded with toppings. The garlic cheesy bread was so damn good we finished all of it. The salad was fresh and good size for two people to split. This place gets packed so get there before the lunch rush! read more
