We took our gkids here to let them have fun while visiting us. D and B especially this location has great games and fun atmosphere. There is free wifi and private rooms for parties. The loud music and games makes the ambiance great for younger patrons but older ones might want to bring earplugs for the decibel levels. Furthermore, there is a full bar and food available but a bit costly for the average american. We loved the virtual shuffle board and dart bays! The have a clean aesthetic with each their own tv. Speaking of TVs, here there are no shortage of TVs and big screens which is sure to please any sports fan! Dave & Buster's in Alpharetta is such a fun place to hang out. The game floor has a great mix of old favorites and newer interactive games, and it's easy to get caught up moving from one to the next. Everything was working well and there's something for everyone to enjoy. The food was a pleasant surprise. We ordered a few appetizers and mains, and everything came out hot, flavorful, and in massive portions. The drinks were on point too, which made it feel like more than just an arcade spot. The vibe is lively without being overwhelming. The lights, music, and energy from everyone having a good time make it a go-to spot for friends, family, or even a casual date night. I have been coming to this Location for a long time , i Enjoy coming for a meal ( ribeye is my fave) and bringing my children to play I even participate in the dave & busters rewards program i usually have a great experience however tonight i was appalled when i went to the bar to request a to go cup of water ( the lid is a must for water not spilling when sharing it with siblings ) and a frozen margarita for my 40 year old husband who was busy tending our 4 children in the Arcade. She refused to serve me and wrongly accused me saying she wasnt going to serve me the frozen margarita because i was gonna dump my to go cup and take it to go. In disbelief i reassured her the To go cup of water was for my kids and the frozen margarita was to walk around and play. She said to try a server and didnt serve me. I have never been anywhere that accused me of such a thing. I felt personally attacked by this bartender who ruined my night ( she has a Bloch of green/blue hair and wears glasses . Now i dont want to come back because of how uncomfortable she made me feel . My family and i will now have to drive all the way to the lawrenceville location making it inconvenient for us but hopefully they will treat us with some respect. read more

This is a wonderful family facility that has been fully renovated. It is sparkling clean and has an array of games and activities for all ages, including a unique interactive game room that is state-of-the-art. I have been to birthday parties at the Alpharetta location on Northpoint Parkway for children and for a friend who turned 50. There are not many places that can cater to such a wide range of customers. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chelsea Smith, along with Mira and Mark. The staff at the Northpoint Parkway location offers excellent customer service and will go the extra mile to take care of you, whether you are hosting an event or just there to let your kids burn off some energy during the cold winter months. This location is a bit hard to find as the signage is not directly on Northpoint Parkway but it is in a shopping center near Dick's Sporting Goods and has plenty of parking. I wasn't happy with our last visit. Here is why: 1- We had to call 4 times for someone to fix the game because, it continued to get stuck (3 different machines). 2-The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They have a lot of staff working but, not one of them will clean. I saw a lot of staff members doing absolutely nothing. While people needed help with food orders, drinks, machine maintenance and cleaning. Guys please do better! Management needs to step in. read more

Not worth it. We walked in, had a 40 min wait for a table that turns out is a reservation amd we almost missed it because they said we they would text us but didn't. Ended up buying the eat and play combo. Maybe 20 min worth of playing if you stretch it out. Burger was terrible. Fries were terrible. Server was terrible. Menu options were terrible. I would give negative stars if I could, all because of one bartender. My wife and I visited on November 16th. A younger bartender initially took our orders and was pleasant. Later, around 1:30pm, we returned to close our tab. This time, we were approached by a middle-aged African-American woman with medium-length locks. When my wife requested to close our tab, giving her name, the bartender sternly repeated, "What was the name on the tab?" My wife reiterated her name, and the bartender rolled her eyes, sighed, and said, "No, the bartender's name, not yours." When we explained that the first bartender hadn't provided her name, she rolled her eyes again and demanded a description. Fortunately, we spotted the original bartender. Despite the brief exchange, the hostility was palpable. I can't understand why she approached us with such frustration, especially since it was our first interaction with her. Given there were only three bartenders, her inability to resolve the issue was surprising, and the bar was not busy enough to justify such behavior. I've never had to close a tab under a bartender's name rather than the cardholder's, and she spoke down to us for not knowing this. A man, who appeared to be a manager, emerged from the kitchen. When I explained our experience, he didn't seem surprised, as if this behavior was typical. He apologized but quickly moved on without offering further assistance. We spent around $300 at Dave & Buster's but will happily take our money elsewhere due to this hostility and management's lack of concern. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied but concerned about potential targeting in the future, given the unexplained hostility and lack of resolution. read more

Went last night for dinner and games after a holiday party. The games were fine but ordered a flatbread pizza and chicken fingers/fries as a to-go order. I have been coming D&B during the summer to have fun with my kids. I visited this location once and like their games here better than the Lawrenceville location. I highly recommend coming here with the Groupon deals. You will get the All-Day Gaming Package for Two for just $25. This includes two cards that allow you to play all the blue games (the ones that do not give you a prize/tickets) and you can play them all day, after 3-4 hours, you will want to leave. Considering the price, it is a better deal than visiting Chuck E Cheese. The food here is typical bar food, but as others pointed out, the customer service here is lacking. My assumption is because this place is kind of hidden in the back and is not as popular as other locations. Overall, a great place to visit with the family when you are using a deal (Groupon, half-day Wednesday), otherwise I would not visit. As you could easily spend $3 dollars per gameplay that lasts less than a minute. As for the prizes, expect to spend a lot of money to win something. Dave & Busters brings out the kid in you. Haven't been in years and made a trip back to another location the other weekend and came here this past weekend. This location is very clean and new. It even smells fresh when you walk through the establishment which I appreciated very much. I found the staff at the front desk and others I needed assistance from to be friendly and helpful Saturday night (3/17/18). I didn't get to try the food at D&B but my friends got their drinks from the bar pretty promptly as well. The bar area definitely has a wow factor to it with the double wall of flat screen TVs. Very cool. This location isn't nearly as large as some of the older locations but did appreciate some of the newer games as well as the classics like basketball, air hockey, and skeeball. Glad this location opened up in Alpharetta. It's pretty close to Northpoint Mall (not walking distance) and it took the old UA movie theater spot which was a bit nostalgic for me because I used to always watch movies there. Also, this location doesn't give paper tickets for games. It's all stored on your D&B card so don't lose that card. We were in Roswell, which is rare and wanted to go to D&B for date night but we were debating if the drive to Duluth was worth it and found out a brand spanking new D&B had opened in Alpharetta. Was a treat and an awesome date night! This D&B is located across the Norpoint mall (is this still standing?) within the Fuddruckers lot, which I still haven't been to. It's in its own nook and there's cool light eliminating the building, sorta like a club. Inside, there's host/hostess stand and bar/restaurant on the left of you. Straight ahead are the arcade games galore. I guess it wasn't too popular yet since we literally had the whole place to ourselves on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait to play any games. Like always, we didn't bring our game card so we had to repurchase... They did update the card readers so it actually takes longer to read the card and saves the amount of raffles that you win as opposed to the annoying paper raffle tickets that you have to carry around. While the raffle tickets were convenient, the card reader was much more sensitive so it takes at least couple tries for the games to read your card. We tried lot of the shooting games, some of the classics like the basketball hoops, and etc. (See my pictures) Surprisingly, my favorite was the Walking Dead game. It wasn't your press down the button and just aim and the gun goes endlessly type of game, it had more interaction like you had to reload and only aim at the zombie heads. I guess Walking Dead being one of the only American TV series that I still watch didn't hurt either. Though I really want them to end the series... Negan just won't die, won't he... This location is a bit smaller than the Dulth one and I didn't see pool tables and as many TVs with sports playing, but for a date night and outing with your friends, it's still perfect! read more

I have been a fan for the longest but I will not be coming back to this location. 1. Bar had zero employees went to hostess to ask if they were even serving and she said yes and I let her know I had been waiting and no one was there for about 5 minutes... she just shrugged her shoulders 2. Played skee ball and only one ball at a time until we got to 6 and nothing was happening 3. Played cup challenge that's supposed to have a ton of balls it spit out 3 at a time so def not winning tickets on that machine 4. Played fish bowl game and 6 balls come out at a time when at other locations both machines give you at least in the 20 range 5. Kung fu panda had one side that wouldn't even register your hits So pretty much every game was missing balls Played basketball and there were 2 machines with 4 balls all the others had 2 or 3 and the hoop was stationary? We came in for lunch today and sat at the bar. We were the only ones at the bar. The server came back and forth to the bar area without saying a single word to us. She didn't even acknowledge our presence to let us know that she would be with us soon. It was as if we were not even there. A family came in after us and was attended to before the two of us and she still said nothing. After 15 mins, we asked a runner if we weren't supposed to be at the bar because we weren't being serviced. He mentioned to the server that we were wanting to order, but we continued to be ignored, so we left. HORRIBLE experience. This location is finally back open (which it has been for a little bit but this is my first visit since). Mask suggestion for all. Restaurant and bar open, hand sanitizer stations throughout. The disappointing part is that my family of 4 couldn't play some games together because seats next to them were blocked off for COVID reasons. This was not a consistent practice as other gamers had seats side by side open. Food selection is good, wings need to be cooked a little more. Really good beer selection for a gaming restaurant. Horrible horrible customer service from the moment we talked in to the moment we ordered our food, all orders were wrong , not only wrong but came out really late , cold and mind ya there was maybe 7 customers max. There was more staff then customers. Waited an additional 20 mins for our check, expresses to the server our issues and concerns. She stated she would talk to her manager MS FALLON. Who credited us 6$, not the meal which was late, cold, wrong. I requested to talk to MS FALLON who came to the table with massive attitude and was extremely rude. Said no she was not taking off the meal and walked away. I had to request to talk to her manager or someone above her. Never again will I be coming to this or any D&Bs. Big fan of D&B, but I think the Alpharetta location is one of my favorites. One of the cleaner locations and all staff were always seen wearing face masks. They also have a pretty large prize area. They also have a good selection of different games. My girlfriend also says that they make the best cocktails at the Alpharetta location compared to the others in the Atlanta area. Overall, a good location, clean, and good game selection. I will say that for all D&B locations they do have very slow bar service usually because they are understaffed, which is something I wish they would work on. read more

(3/8/2021) The moment I turned the corner to approach the bar, the bartender Cello (I hope that is how it's spelled) greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to DB, we browsed the menu and were impressed to notice the new food selections they had just added, like the "Chimichurri Bowl". I added grilled chicken. After we ordered, I decided to go play a few games while the food was being prepared. We and Cello was kind enough to swing by and let us know the food was ready! (Love that) and cleaned that plate like it was my last meal. Wow. Once we were ready to close out the tab and call it a night, she kindly helped me with setting up my rewards thing on my phone, and we headed out.. as we're about to drive off I see her RUNNING our way holding my girlfriends purse that she left.
