This location is by far the best yet. I'm a huge fan of D&B and have been too several locations. I love that the location is in Euless and is close to all the shopping and restaurants on Glade road. Customer service is excellent. We really enjoyed the new food items on the menu and fun arcade games. I often come here for happy which is from 5-7 and bonus late night happy hour from 9-11. I have one Con!! We ordered the wings and burger basket for $15, which in my opinion is a rip off. 4 mini burgers, small fry, and 5 wings? What in the world. So bad!!! Sat at the bar took 10 min to be greeted. Ordered nachos and a salad at 10:30pm bar empty and it took 25 min for our food. The bartender never mentioned supercharging our drinks. I go to Dave and Buster regularly in Phx Desert Ridge and Jessica there is always so attentive and nice this was a crazy difference! We planned on charging our card for unlimited games with the happy hour special but it took her so long we missed the offer and the manager refused to acknowledge or credit us. He was the was one chatting it up with the bartender most the evening distracting her from her 2 parties at the bar. The only good thing that evening was Jennifer the food runner. Just to feed my child, my husband orders from the bar, a server comes up to him and says "don't order from the bar if you're gonna sit at the tables." He said "they're sitting at the table I'm not." We went to Dave and Busters in Euless last night. After having a good experience ordering food and drinks in the bar, we decided to download the app for the $15 game credit they were offering. And it all went downhill after that! The digital game card didn't work on the games. I went to the front desk MULTIPLE times only to have the waitresses and managers (who were gathered together behind the bar) just stare at me and never walk over to offer assist. So I went to the counter where the tickets are exchanged hoping to find someone willing to help. The girl working was watching a movie on her phone and would not even turn around to greet me. I came here this past weekend and this was my first time at this location. I live close by and me and some of my family decided to come in. We walked in and no one was up front so we were just standing there along with another man and his family. A manager came up front and told us to use the kiosk around the corner to get the play cards. How would we know that?? Some of the kiosks didn't work so we had to share. We ended up eating first. Well our waitress wasn't very friendly and she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. It didn't seem like it was many employees working because the manager was bringing out food. The food was good and so were my drinks. When the waitress brought our tickets she rudely said gratuity is not included and walked off. I didn't appreciate that on top of the bad service I received. We went to play games and I noticed some of the games weren't open for social distancing while others were close together and open. It made no sense at all!! There were wipes on some tables but not enough or there weren't wipes in the container at all. Once we were done playing we went to redeem our points and there was one girl in there working and it was packed. There was no type of organization at all and no social distancing which made me uncomfortable. Overall the best part was the food and drinks. Came here for a birthday party recently and we had dinner and played games. This is a fairly new location and they do keep it pretty clean. Place is pretty easy to find and they have quite a few activities here, from the bar to billiards and arcades. Our server, Chris, was courteous and accomodating to our party of 30 people. The food was pretty good, though, the sides to my entree came out lukewarm. The drink prices are decent but the atrocious part is the pricing on the games and prizes. Our first time here. We ordered from the "Eat and Play Combo" menu. Smokehouse BBQ Chicken, Fire Grilled Salmon and weighing in at less than 600 calories, the Cabo Chicken. In midst of hundreds of machines, people of all ages enjoying them and the music, it is loud! Our table in the Sports dining room was about half the volume, but still loud. Not a place to be looking for that steaming romantic dinner. This place is for Fun! There is a family dinner area that is considerably more quiet. You can find just about every game type here. From Ski- ball to Guitar Hero to Zombies and everything in between including pool tables. You shouldn't have any problems finding something to do including chillin with the wife while the kids are at play. Our service was very good. Attention to detail. I don't love arcades, but this place is fun. I feel like the prices are pretty decent - hubby and I can share $20 and it will last about an hour or so. The prizes are totally random and mostly junk, but who cares? It's just good, clean fun. Everything is on a play card, so no more tokens or physical tickets. The weird thing is the point system. Some games are 9.9 points, some are 3.6 points, or whatever. Not sure what the conversion rate is, but it always leaves you with something extra on your card at the end. So save the card for next time, especially since new cards cost $2 apiece. read more

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at any D&B. I should have known it was going to be bad when the first words out of the hostess' mouth was we are under staffed and it'll be a few minutes before we can sit you. The server running his butt off working multiple large parties. He was extremely personable and as attentive as he could be. Forty-five minutes after we had placed our order we decided to make an inquiry about where our food was. We were informed that the dishwasher was working on our food and that they were trying to get it out as fast as possible. With multiple managers walking around and and the staff running around with their heads cut off, it's obvious that no body knows what's going on. Managers are not managing the staff. Overall this is a place to order a beer at the bar and play some games, but never go any further and allow them to "try" to serve you because that's where they fail. read more

This Dave n busters by far had the most amazing layout and biggest bar I've seen by far. I have it a 2 because we arrived at 7 pm for a birthday dinner only to wait 2.5 hours to be seated. Turned out the cooks had a fight and were sent home, to top it off the drinks tasted water down. For the price they are you expect some liquor in the drink, but it could be it look like children working the bar. Once we were seated they moved fast and very accurate on what we ordered. My buddies and I come here every once and awhile to shoot pool and drink beer. If you come before 5 PM on the weekends, it's only $8/hour to rent a pool table. I believe it's $14/hour after 5 PM? Not sure if it varies depending on location. The staff here are always friendly and provide excellent service. I don't recall ever having a bad experience. The atmosphere is family friendly so everyone can have a good time. The nachos here are pretty damn good and their drink prices aren't too bad. The manager then said "maybe you should watch your kid better," when I challenged him because they had it wrong on the count and were debating over 300 tickets. I was there during the whole thing just with my younger son right behind him - that manager wasn't even there when "I wasn't watching my kid" apparently. The manager then threw the metal bag holder on the ground with rage in front of my kids, freaking them all out. The bartender was on the phone and was annoyed I asked her to help me too. There's also a separate dining area away from the madness if you want to eat and have a server attentively waiting on you.
