In particular, our server, Sarah was probably the most attentive and engaging server I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! We never had an empty cocktail glass the entire three hours we visited. Went here thinking it would be fun after a sports game. I did not have a good or fun or safe experience unfortunately.

Do not eat at this place. Service was terrible and both times my order came out incorrect.

My husband was physically pushed out of this bar by a manager, resulting in a broken wrist all because a waitress told him, "Move the f** out of the way,"* multiple times while he was just trying to close out his tab. When we told her that wasn't an appropriate way to speak to customers, she laughed and threatened to have us kicked out. Moments later, she brought over a manager who forcefully shoved my husband outside causing serious injury. Without even asking what happened, his reaction was just to kick us out. This kind of aggressive and dangerous behavior has no place in any establishment. No one deserves to be treated this way especially while doing something as basic as paying their bill. Avoid this place at all costs. Unsafe, unprofessional, and clearly lacking any standards for customer service or human decency. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete brutal and unacceptable. They are also trying to cover up my reviews. read more

There was a bouncer there that stood there in disbelief and didn't not intervene because he was just as shocked. If they were both aggressors why didn't the bouncer get involved? He stood there as the manager lost control and assaulted the man. The bouncer knew they had done nothing wrong! They are also trying to delete reviews about the situation. This was a neat little bar/pub right in the middle of grapevine. It seemed family friendly. The staff was friendly and our waitress worked hard to make everything good for our group of 10 old men. I know that with a large group it can be difficult to get everything working together. When it was needed extra staff jumped in to help out. We relaxed and chatted and didn't worry about the time. I have been a customer of Chill Grapevine for over 10 years, attending the Monday night trivia for several years, and most recently, having lunch with a group of friends once a week. The daily lunch specials are less than $10 and are a wonderful value. The Wednesday 1/2 price burger deal can't be beat. Waitstaff takes care of us in a timely fashion ( although we usually meet on a Weekday for lunch. Overall a surprisingly good menu, including grilled shrimp for a sports bar. Overall Chill is my go to restaurant for a quick lunch or a 2 hour meeting with friends. read more

Wow...we were stuck due to a cancelled flight and happened upon the Main Street Fest, so we stopped here for lunch. Sat outside and our server Haley came right over to our table and delivered menus. She popped back over in a bit and we placed our orders. The food came out very quickly and my sandwich and fries were fresh off the grill and fryer. My wife got the Southwest Chicken Salad. Best burger in DFW. Chill Burger add cheese and bacon. If you're the type of person that just likes a really good bacon cheeseburger.... Don't bother going anywhere else. I've been to those places and wasted my money... don't waste yours. Even the places that just make burgers (I won't name them)don't make a better bacon cheeseburger. Fries are really good also... they are crispy without having that horrible batter that a lot of places put on their fries. After having visited the Lewisville Chill, we had to try the one in our hometown, Grapevine! There is a strong resemblance between the two however the one in Grapevine is a little bit smaller. It absolutely has a sports bar look and feel, with lots of TV screen... inside, and outside seating at both. We tried something new here, the chicken and waffles... which I believe are only available for brunch on the weekends. Sarah was our waitress and she did an absolutely great job. I have to say, I felt like the kitchen may have been a little slow, especially as they seem to be, not that busy. However, the food came out amazingly hot, like it just came off the grill, Just the way I love it! First of all the portion size were huge, no way one person could eat it! The cube fries, were a different kind of treat and everything about the food was delicious! It's the best chicken and waffles I've ever had anywhere! I strongly recommend this place! There's a reason why this place is called Chill. It's exactly the vibe here, Chill. We had a fairly large group (30+) looking for a place to catch the game on Sunday. The staff at Chill was more than happy to accommodate us. The service was impeccable, Marcela and Sarah didn't miss a beat and were amazing. The bar food is great! The atmosphere is ok. If you are not a regular, I will say you feel slightly out of place. The Mac and Cheese Balls make up for any short comings though.
