First time trying Pluckers. We ordered the 8 wings lunch combo that showed to be $12 on the menu, but I'll get back to that. I got the Lemon pepper and Honey BBQ. The Lemon pepper was really yummy and so flavorful, but the Honey BBQ felt a little short on flavor. Kind of tasted like it was watered down a bit. The waffle fries were yummy too. And so the bill came and without the tip, the total was around $14.49. Not sure how the tax ended up being $2.49, but whatever. It's hard times I guess. Our waiter was nice though. Pluckers a casual bar reminds you off Buffalo Wild Wings. The place is always packed. They have a good selection of sauces and quick service but my only issue is wings were stale meaning they tasted like they were cooked hours before and kept under the heat lamp. The fries were soggy too so definitely not fresh made to order. The place sells some great dirty sodas which you can add different flavors to. The drinks are very tasty. I personally really enjoyed the fried pickles they were crunchy. I don't think I would be returning to this location since the food quality is not upto standard. read more

This was my 1st time visiting pluckers and it was pretty good . We started off with a bad bad waitress but the manager Jake took care of us and changed us to Israel . This is the worst establishment i've ever been to. we came here as a family of 8 to try the wings and we were treated HORRIBLE. They made us wait 45 minutes, only to sit people with party's 10+ ahead of us. I hate to use the word racist, but if your not of the Hispanic origin, do not expect to be treated the same. Then when we were finally seated they took us outside.... in 94 degrees and told us this is the only thing available when we walked past multiple empty tables inside. i will not be recommending this establishment to any of my fellow travelers or anyone i know. When it comes to wings and things, no one comes close to Pluckers not even Hooters in my humble opinion. We had the most amazing server Ms. Mazzie, the sweetest of smiles and the warmest of personalities. We had the Frachos, Dr. Pepper wings, Lemon pepper wings, teriyaki wings, garlic parmesan with waffle fries. The frachos, were amazing and the wings never disappoint. I find it absolutely ridiculous. I'll take the best flavour off your menu. There's only four plucker on the DF are in a Fort Worth area. Only one of them has the chilli lime the dry rub that's my family's favourite. We used to come twice a week. I mean it's only $1000 a month but y'all seriously discontinue the best dry rub on your menu now that we've got to drive all the way across Fort Worth to have the wings that we enjoy we end up going to Wingstop we end up going to Buffalo wild wings because the rest ya's wings aren't that good and the sauce has got a ton of sugar and other stuff we're not supposed to have the dry seasoning fit into our gluten-free for the little bit of money it would cost y'all to split one order of chilli lime seasoning with that Fort Worth store that's already getting it y'all can make tons of profit. This location is usually a decent place to eat. We placed a pickup order and there was no one at the front to speak to so we went to the bar to try and grab a drink and ask about the order. We were asked to leave a table that was unused since the server was on break after we had paid for a couple beers by two different wait staff. Our bagged food was brought to our table and the guy that brought it wanted to take the food back until we paid, which he was unable to process himself. The experience in the restaurant was fairly unpleasant. When we got home with our food, we were shorted two extra sauces we paid for and several of the sides were wrong on the combos we ordered. read more

Love pluckers, but this place takes forever it's not all pluckers either because the ones in Fort Worth don't take this long. You may have to wait a bit but at least you know you'll be seated faster and food will get there faster as well. I come to this one since it's closer, but honestly the wait time every time we come here it's getting harder and harder to come back. We constantly have people sat after us that get their food before us even if they're a bigger party... this place needs either better management or employees because how is it that every time we come the wait time because worse and worse even for take out... we had an order placed for 8:45 and didn't get our order until 9:40. Yes the place was packed, but I've seen other restaurants still get orders out on time while busy this place seriously needs help. read more

First time visiting this restaurant from Ft. Lauderdale as we don't have pluckers. I was in shock upon entering. There was about 100 + tvs great for game day. Staff was very polite and helpful. This place was packed on a Friday night and we got seated immediately. Wings was also on point. Wide sauce selection and the mozzarella sticks was a must have. Called here to place a to-go order. I was asked by the person on the phone if I had tried to place an order online (I had, it was $70 when I only wanted a 20pc & a holy mac, which is $56 when you call in) I told them I wanted to place the order on the phone. They put me on hold for SEVEN MINUTES. (It's 4:20pm ON A MONDAY!) if you've ever worked service industry... you know this is the absolute slowest time of the entire week. I hung up & called back. The host answered the phone & gave an excuse for why they hadn't picked up the phone & taken our order immediately (not saying they were busy, just that 'they were about to pick up') I came to pick up the food & there were only 4 tables sat in the entire restaurant, parking lot empty.. (I knew they wouldn't be busy, it's not peek time.) When the host who was on the phone with me earlier went to the back to retrieve my order, another employee came to the front. I preemptively told her we were waiting on a to-go order so she didn't think we needed to be sat. She said "oh I saw him bagging your order. You need to wait in the waiting lobby." I was still putting away my change from paying cash for my order, by the way. No one behind me, genuinely just putting change away & standing IN THE WAITING LOBBY already. Geez. This place has gone incredibly down-hill in the last 5 years. Something's gotta give. I made sure to check my order before I left because the last 2 times I've gotten to-go, my order has been wrong. (They used to check your order at the counter for you for to-go orders. They don't do that anymore post-Covid.) and their employees certainly take advantage of the opportunity to be lazy!
