Had a great dinner at Dave and Busters last night. Forgot to take pictures but we started with buffalo wings which were tasty! I had the salmon dinner (happy the OG salmon meal is back) and it was fantastic. My husband had a burger and said it was great. He had a beer and I had the perfect pink margarita. Our server was fantastic, unfortunately I don't recall her name but she's been there forever! We ate in the gaming room at a table near the bar, it wasn't super busy but the again it was a cold Wednesday night. The bathrooms could be cleaner (only complaint). read more

The inside is huge so it's good for groups. There's also the added bonus of games to give people something to do. Our server was pretty nice and attentive. It was kind of strange how there weren't prices on our food menus. The food itself is just fine, nothing to write home about. It is what it is. You will likely spend more money than you really want to here. BUT, it's fun and silly and good for kids. They love this stuff and I have to say the tickets received from most games and the fun looking for items to get with said tickets is pretty darn entertaining. terrible service!!! they had stopped me and my girlfriend that are over 18 and both had play cards with over 1000s of credits but yet did not let us in because we did not have an id with us??? that makes no sense i've been to multiple dave and busters and never got ided because we do not even look that young and never have we been asked to leave because we don't have a one on us especially and also when we have a 25 year old to be with they didn't even let us in then. also then they let multiple kids in right by us without saying a thing aswell never gave us there names neither do they wear dave and busters clothing nor name tags including the "manager" i really would like to have a stern talk to whoever is in charge at this location terrible experience. read more

Went Saturday for my birthday. Sat at the inside bar and Karlye was my bartender. She was awesome, had great recommendations and she was patient with me and all my requests. She was very sweet also and definitely made my afternoon a very special one. The food was real good. I got the Philly egg rolls and Caesar salad (the salad was a bit sad to be honest, it wasn't a full salad in my opinion), it was good though. I had a perfect Rita and it was worth every dollar! I usually have a great experience at this location, but unfortunately, tonight was very disappointing. My sister, her family, and I went to celebrate our kids' birthdays, we've spent well over $1,000 here over the years. After playing games, we went to pick out a prize. I had a little over 7,400 tickets and decided on a pair of headphones. The employee assisting me said a manager needed to check my card because of the high ticket amount. When the manager came over, he took my card without any explanation and simply walked away. I asked the employee why this was happening, and he said some people have stolen cards in the past and used their tickets. After waiting about 15-20 minutes with no communication, I finally demanded that my card be returned. A different staff member came over and tried to explain possible reasons my card could be blocked, but by then I was beyond frustrated, especially since I also had the app showing the same balance and card information. When the original employee returned, he said I had won a jackpot and that the tickets had been transferred from one card to another, which I explained was because I had lost the first card. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and no empathy at all. I was just told to call the customer service number on the back of the card. Sadly, I left with a crying child and a terrible experience at a place that used to be one of our favorites. I'm truly disappointed and won't be spending any more money at this location which is a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming here as a family. read more

Came with a medium size group, about eight people. No host at host stand when we were directed to go there, took nearly 2 hours for everyone to get food, then another hour. To get our checks... Place is clean and nice, with a cool ambience in the dining area, but staff needs a reminder on timeliness and attentiveness. I got the chicken strips as part of the eat drink play combo. Love the mango honey mustard! Wish they would bottle it! Add at least four dollars to your tab due to a service charge... And a bunch of other taxes... Not impressed with price transparency... We sat for 20 minutes and the one server looked over at us and walked over to some people that came in after us. There were few employees walking around but don't believe they were servers. Stopped here to send well wishes for a friends birthday. It was Saturday and very cold out so as you imagine it was extremely crowded. We lucked out and found 2 seats at the bar and decided to order food and drinks while watching the playoff game. Veteran discount is available for food and non-alcoholic drinks. We ordered: -Barbacoa Fries we're tasty. Fries were stacked with meat, queso cheese, tomatoes and a dollop of guac. -Garlic Parmesan Wings were typical. -Sriracha honey wings was the star of the show. Sweet and mild spicy savory combination with ranch was perfect. Would order again. We also ordered a few drinks. Sending a special shout out and thanks to all of the servers working Saturday! All were on top of their game taking great care of us and all were extremely friendly! They have kiosks were available to purchase game cards and credits to play games. The price for the games vary. We paid $48 for 297 chips and only played for a small time. My day was made because they had Guitar Hero which is one my favs I seek out. Note: We asked the bartenders what time the cutoff was for children and those underage and were informed there wasn't one anymore. The bad.... The Women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy with stalls out of order, wet floors, lack of replenished toilet paper in stalls etc. someone brought a glass from the bar and left it on the back of one of the toilets. Lines to get in them were extremely long because options were limited. D&B please hire a company to maintain the bathrooms. They were really really bad. I've been here twice now and I enjoyed both times. Yesterday I tried the backwoods blueberry lemonade, I thought it was pretty good. I also liked the all day rosé drink. I had the same bartender both times, she was very sweet. There's a lot of seating for people to eat away from the arcade, which is nice. The arcade has some good stuff. I like most of the games there, I absolutely love the connect four basketball game! I wish they had a night for college students since they are so close to all the universities, or have a night that is adults only. read more

He was patient while we decided on what we wanted. There were games on all the screens so that was a plus. It was kind of hot inside but not unbearable. I ordered the flatbread pizza which looked good in the picture. The taste was ok when it arrived but it wasn't what I had in mind with a flatbread. The crust was much thicker than I'm used to. Quick review Visited with the family on a Friday night. Food was great for the price I had the burger, wife had the chicken bacon club?, son had chicken tenders, and out other son had boneless garlic Parmesan wings. We came in with our intention to play a game of pool and the pool tables were covered with old food from a party that left for at least an hour. I had an issue where a card was taken by a little kid so I locked my card in the app (awesome control feature!!!) Went to the front desk to get a new card - took almost 20 minutes to do this. Definitely not happy with how long it took. 5 People were just standing around at the front desk at the entrance while one worked. I walked up and had to literally get someone's attention that was looking right at me - Very hard to get decent service there. With this person, I Had to ask multiple questions and pretty much walk the person through my issue over and over again. I thought I was in a joke tv show or something. Manager was called over - waited patiently for almost 10 minutes while people were just standing in line while 4 employees just talked and goofed around. Manager finally showed up and the issue was fixed. Which was very easy to figure out. Just not the greatest customer service. If I ever come back... I definitely will not come back on a Friday night, and next time I will definitely check all of the boxes to ensure that I don't have to ask for help. read more

It's Saturday night and this Illy Philly needed to get her pool skills up, and I was hungry ( I always am), so off to Dave & Buster's I go! It was crowded, which is expected, but I didn't have to wait in line long. I spoke with the front desk and there was a wait on the tables ( they only have two pool tables) so the young man advised he would come and get us when the table was available ( he was very nice, and I can't remember his name but he had locks and wore glasses). We waited at the front bar area, and wanted to order food and drinks, but unfortunately the bartender basically ignored us, and what was even more infuriating was that as soon as a gentleman walked up to the bar about 5 minutes after we were sitting there she acknowledged him almost immediately, and she still hadn't said hello to us! I hate to think that is was because we were black and he was white. To add insult to injury, while we waited there quietly seated at the bar in her full view, she then took his order and when I politely spoke up, she held up her hand to me and said he already has a table over there. This didn't make sense because we were seated at the bar and he walked up to order more drinks (She was black and a little heavyset). We continued to wait, but thank goodness the young man from the front desk came and let us know our pool table was ready, and also let us know that we'd be able to order food there. We walked over to our pool table and a wonderful waitress ( white, w/ a long ponytail) greeted us with a big smile, and let us know she would be with us shortly. She took our orders and gave us great service all night long! The pool tables are really nice, and so were the drinks and food. I ordered the Carribean Long Island Tea which was delish!!!!! We also ordered the Crispy Cauliflower, The Pretzel, and the Truffled Parmesan Fries. Everything was fresh and sooo good, and the portions were huge!!! We ordered too much, but that's OK. The fries and the pretzel are enough for two to four people to share, but the Cauliflower was good for one person. I came here mainly to eat on a work trip. I am pleasantly surprised (not sure why) at how good the food is here. I got the ribeye steak and it's better than any of the local places. Cooked perfectly and served with awesome grilled asparagus/mashed potatoes. Best meal I've had all week! It's noisy in here but that doesn't bother me. This was my first D&B experience and it was a lot of fun! We started off on a bumpy note though. I had ordered a physical first card but we lost it. When I tried to reach out to the customer support to send a replacement card - as it was never activated, they did not have a way to do it. They could not even process a refund. That was super frustrating. Nonetheless, I went there mainly for the arcade experience and didn't eat there as the food was on the expensive side and there were good restaurants right around the block. The lady at the counter was helpful in deciding which package would be good for the group. They have really good gamification of the arcade by introducing tickets and exchanging tickets for plush toys, etc. They have really good VR games as well! This location also had a silent auction going on right at the entrance - that was a good touch. There is a lot of parking up front. Would recommend this place for an afternoon of family fun. To save some $$ buy a gift card online and get a coupon code for promo $$. Be sure to guard the physical card though! read more

Took my daughter & 2 grandsons, ages 7 & 2 for something different than Chuck E Cheeses. We arrived Sunday Aug 24 exactly at noon. The place was NOT very crowded at all, which is a major plus with the boys we have. Props to our waitress that explained EVERYTHING, I believe her name was Felicia in the restaurant area. We decided to go with the unlimited playing card & entrée. Kids shared 3 hot dogs in a pretzel & fries, while my daughter & i split a Philly cheesesteak & fries. The food selection is so much better than the pizza at the Chuck E Cheese. The manager came around & checked up on us, made sure everything was OK. We chose to eat in restaurant/bar area so the kids would at least eat something rather than wanting to run to the games, and were successful! So we finally finished & went into the gaming area. GREAT for the the 7 year old...a little advanced for the 2 year old. But still we found enough to do to keep them both amused for the duration of the 90 minutes of unlimited play the deal offered us. The whole day cost me $100 (including tip) and the kids walked away with some cheap plastic toy. As a Grandfather, this was a fantastic experience. Even the guy running the ticket redemption counter was just so nice to all of us, from the moment we walked in, til the moment we left, the entire staff made it worthwhile.
