This is undoubtedly the best fried chicken sammie I have ever had. A perfect breading that doesn't taste like you're chugging canola oil. The Nashville Hot was perfect and had a great backend kick but that Nobu... that's the one you want. Spicy mayo, eel sauce, jalapeños. Insane Tied for 2nd best wing I have had. An absolute perfect cook on the wing and the sauces are immaculate. Cajun was my favo, then the buffalo parm. I do not like BBQ Wings or habanero. I fucking loved their bbq habanero. The burger ??? That was just a "alright let's try it" and absolutely rocked us. Idk if they have a charcoal grill back there or what but that was bbq cookout style on steroids with the perfect cook The cheese logs. Mozz, provolone, and Parmesan. Perfect blend with a perfect breading The Star of the show. One of the greatest bites I've had. This motherfucking CRAB RANGOON FRIES. Everyone needs to try these. Just got her and get these if you don't like anything else on the menu. All loaded friends should have waffle for the base now. Can never change my mind. I stopped into Nothingman on a Monday evening for their wing special. It wasn't busy so I was able to sit wherever. I opted to sit outside on the patio since it was so nice out. There's a bar both inside and on the patio. My service was great- my waiter didn't overly check on me but he didn't abandon me either. lol I ordered the buffalo wings, with a side of ranch and carrots and celery. My food came out quick! The wings were delicious as was the ranch. This is a fun little chill spot on Mt. Washington. Bonus points is that you can easily walk down to the overlooks from Nothingman. This was my first time since this place was Red Beards. They did a great job updating the inside, more tvs, the lighting is much cleaner. The food was super good, the chicken was really juicy and well seasoned in the wrap. The smash burger was also really good. The nachos weren't my favorite, too much bbq and not enough toppings on it. HOLY SMOKES!!!! Everything we had here was God tier food but the Crab Rangoon Fries and Nobu Chicken Sandwich elevated me to a place not much food has taken me before. I cannot say enough amazing things about Nothing Man (name change soon from Shiloh Plate & Pour) from the owners to the chef to the chefs wife who makes all the desserts in house, this place is a must go. I can sit here and bore you with an explanation of each item but I will spare you and just tell you to trust me and go for yourself. Crab Rangoon Fries, Nobu Chicken Sandwich and whatever the tiramisu flavor of the month is, get it all and you'll leave happy, full and ready to plan your next visit. My friends and I grabbed seats at the bar, and within the first five minutes we had enough of the bartender, "John S"., that we decided to leave. My buddy's girlfriend had gone to the bathroom, so he ordered drinks for both of them. John only brought one drink, so my friend politely said he had actually ordered two. Instead of just clearing up the misunderstanding, John replied, "You pretty tuned up, buddy?" And then walked away shaking his head to shame us for his own misunderstanding.... It was clearly just a miscommunication, but the attitude was enough to kill the vibe, so we left. The shoestring fries came out perfect, and that truffle aioli is fantastic. Super simple but in the best way. Wings are as good as they look. We had the Hot Garlic Parm and Spicy Honey Garlic. Spicy Honey Garlic stole the show. Both were great choices, though. Smashburger was great. Almost like a five guys burger with your standard burger sauce, but that's high praise for me (I have an affinity for five guys burgers and great burger sauces). Dad got the smokehouse, he couldn't stop raving about it. Brother got the tombstone smash, also said it was ridiculously good. We split the Nashville chicken sandwich as well. Its clean, has a few TVs, etc. etc. About an hour and a couple pints later, we decided it was time to go. My wife wanted to buy a pint glass. The boss just gave it to us. Came about 3 weeks ago and wanted to give it a try, as I wasn't a fan of Redbeards but the location has such great potential. The atmosphere is great but the menu is very limited and overpriced. Totally fine to have a limited menu but you've gotta knock it out of the park. Everything was average at best and not worth it in my opinion... Also I had to order 4 different beers off the menu to find one that they actually had in stock. Hopefully I just went on an off day. But stick to the drinks and enjoy the atmosphere. So we were in from out of town and were looking for an eclectic experience. After our first stop closed their kitchen because they didn't have A/C we made our way down to Nothingman and I am glad we did. Sure their A/C was out too but they forged ahead. We made our way to the amazing outdoor patio and bellied up to the bar and that's where we met Marco (Polo). Probably one of the best bartenders I have ever experienced. Thoughtful, funny, welcoming, efficient, caring, attentive all of the characteristic of a great bartender. Due to how hot it was we were only going to stay for a beer or two but between seeing what the food was looking like as well as Marco we stayed for appetizers. So glad we did...the Nobu Waffle fries will change your view of fries forever. The crispy and flavorful brussel sprouts and the crisply and tasty fired pickles! This experience led to staying for dinner. This was our 4th night on the road and I was on a chicken wing kick...4th night and I ordered the Firecracker wings (Marco's recommendation)...finally sweet heat balanced fruity but with the building heat that you enjoy. Checked it out on a whim tonight for International Cocktail Day and while they didn't have a cocktail menu yet, the bartender was very kind and obliged with a decent Old Fashioned. I don't recall the details of Redbeard's before it but the vibe this time was significantly "lighter" and seemed to be generally nicer, whereas before it felt like it was the kind of place you'd only go to watch a game or have too many cheap beers. On top of that, the nachos I had were pretty solid and the prices were more than affordable. My friend and I stopped into this restaurant after walking from the Duquesne Incline and were seated right away by a lovely server. The ambiance was charming. The food was fabulous.
