Service was excellent on 3 out of four visits, good on the other while in OKC on a business trip for two weeks. Food was good and a great Happy Hour. I hadn't been to D&B in years as there is not one in my area in Southern California. I'm that guy who will take a good Wing over a Steak any day. They just might have some of the best Lemon Pepper Wings in the game. No BS. I look forward to the disagreements and discussion on my opinion. I only had the Lemon Pepper there and the size of the wings compared to Mom and Pop Restaurants as well as mojor Chains have been lacking lately. That being said there were fewer gaming options than I accustomed to seeing at Dave and Busters but I presume this is justifiably attributed to the trends or demographics of this state/region. First time ever going to Dave and busters! We first hit up the games we each only spent $35 and was in the arcade for about 2 hours. It was a great time. You can turn your tokens into cash to use at the bar, great feature. We chose to do that option and headed over to the bar. The gentleman in the bar at the time had not greeted a single customer who had sat down. We remained friendly as it could have been a busy day for said gentleman I will say there was another man in the bar in a purple vest I believe so seemed very friendly and immediately greeted customers who had came up! Our fried pickles took a little over 20 minutes to come out. I will say they were good and we enjoyed them. Overall are experience was good and plan on making a return with the kids. read more

I've always had good experiences at Dave & Busters until our visit last night. First, the restaurant was mostly empty but the server refused to let us sit in a booth (apparently they have a rule that only groups of 4 can sit in the booths?). Strange rule on a night when the restaurant was dead... but okay. The staff took forever to take our order. When we finally got our food, my Partner's burger was flavorful but cold and my wings and fries were both SO greasy and salty that I was literally sick all night after eating my meal. We ate and paid. We decided to stay and play a few games. First, you can't load cash onto your cards from some of the machines. Next, some of the games were broken (example: skee ball had one ball in the game and when the attendant came to see what was wrong they were just like "oh you'll just have to play with this one." so instead of being able to play against each other my partner was done playing his game before I was halfway through mine because we had to wait for the one ball to come back. For as much as stuff costs, you can't tell me that you couldn't purchase more so you'd have an entire set for your game. The stools near the games we played were broken as well. Overall, it was a poor experience, especially considering how much we paid for food, drinks, and games. Lol where to start. Had a contract for a group event. A bunch of the food never came. What the managers told us was and wasn't included completely differed from the contract. 1 bartender for the entire building. $450 "additional service fee" on the receipt I guess for auto-gratuity. So this is only for the gaming area... We go about once a year, typically for a birthday or other celebratory reason. Basically enough time to forget certain things. 1. There appears to be lots of games but not really. The equipment is large and has lots of lights so the quantity is deceiving. 2. Lots of the games but some were jammed 3. 2.5 This was a reward for my kiddo keeping a 4.0 GPA in high school and in college at the same time. We ate first, it was slow, clean and pretty empty. The food took a minute but was okay. I ordered a chicken grilled sandwich that tasted a bit burnt and I did not finish with fries for about $12. My son ordered a flat bread pizza about $16 and he said it was okay. The waitress was hard to find even through their weren't lots of customers. You have to pay $3.00 each just to get the card to put the money on to play the games. So I paid $6.00 for 2 cards I can't trade in for anything later, it's a sad waste of money. I ended up spending about $73 bucks on 2 cards and points to play games. It was pretty empty and quiet which was great not much wait time to play games. My son has a great time which is great and really got into the games. Each game is about 7 points or more, so be advised your card can get used up quickly. They also have some of the same games that out Chucky Cheese. Always keep your cards since it cost so much each, but we are over 2 hours from a Dave and Busters, so we lived it up as best as we could with the time we had. Zero stars. Game selection absolutely pathetic. Who was the guy running the ticket redemption store? That guy needs to not be working in the customer service industry. When my daughter put her items on the counter he literally said "You've got to be fucking kidding me". We didn't even stay to be disappointed with the food. Management needs to be replaced completely. The only good thing I can say about this place is at least it was clean, however you might want to hire a plumber and get your lack of water pressure taken care of. Holiday party room awesome service from the staff as we had a High School football team banquet in here. The TVs in the holiday room were super visible! The food was hot and the selection was perfect for the kids. Chicken chunks, mini pizzas, cheeseburger sliders, Mac and cheese, french fries. The kids really enjoyed the food and fellowship. The service was VIP like. Never was my beverage empty. The staff should be commended! The game play had a ton of games and the ticket redemption center had a big variety of things to get...even an above 21 section. The fun we had was memorable and has me anxiously wanting to return. The atmosphere was great! Pricing is high though. The games were expensive to be a family place. The machines would malfunction all night but they had customer service reps all over the floor to help fix and refund lost tickets/coins. The food was amazing so the pricing was kind of fair when it comes to quality and quantity of food except the chicken strips where small for 10.00 alone no side item included, you would think fries or salad would be but no. We ate chicken nachos that were worth the $13 bucks, it was large and enough for 2 people to eat. Drinks were perfect pricing. I would go again. read more

Took four kids plus two adults to D&B's today. Gaming was fun, kids had a great time, food was good. So ... why only three stars? First of all ... it's not an inexpensive place to go. Spent $350 on gaming plus $114 on lunch plus an $18 tip. Service was fair ... I have been giving a lot of slack for the past couple of years and will continue to do so for a while. MY MAIN GRIPE .... AND IT IS REAL PETTY. Six people at the table for lunch and we received two menus ... and asked for more but were told they were running low. We were there at noon (they open at 11am) so they didn't run low TODAY. These aren't leather bound menus. They are one sheet of 11"X14" laser printer pages. A group of us went here last night to celebrate my neices 18th birthday. I was already hesitant to go because I haven't been here in about 7 years because my first experience wasn't very good but it was for my neice and I had to get her there for the surprise so cool I took one for the team. There were not a lot of seating choices because they moved the seats for people to play cornhole, so we were all in different booths talking to one another. So we decided to go play games for a little while and then when we returned there was seating available in the bar area for all of us which was much better. So now we set down as a group and ordered appetizers. The first one was chips queso, avocado so it comes together as some kind of mix instead of separate so one table asked for just queso they said ok. It took forever for the queso to come out of the kitchen. We asked for extra chips he said ok sorry I didnt get his name he was the helper. The chips took forever to come out of the kitchen and he only bought out one basket instead of 3 for all three tables. So it was $2 tacos and you literally can't pass that up so we all ordered that. That's pretty simple they really didn't have anything on them but meat and cheese so I really don't know why they took so long coming out of the kitchen and the chicken ones were cold. However I did have two cocktails a cross that was pretty delicious except the strawberry seeds which was my bad for not reading and a strawberry mango snow cone. All and all good adultish entertainment. There were some youngsters there but they were well supervised. We sat at the bar for a bit while we waited for our dinner table. The bar service was less than stellar as we had quite the time getting a new beer while bellied up. I don't know how much more obvious you can be than placing your crushed beer can on the edge of the bar. I was really disappointing - it's a good thing the bar back came in or I bet we would have never got a second round. Finally, dinner time! We ordered the shareable green chili steak nachos. Video games bore me to tears, and I utterly loathe most children. So why was I here? WHY AM I GIVING THIS PLACE A FULL FIVE STARS? WHY? I'll tell you why. Sit back and mix yourself a dirty martini and just listen. Yes, I had an utterly miserable time here insofar as the game mania concerned, and yes, the volume of the place in general was positively hellish for an old bald curmugeon, and yes, there were little ankle biters running around the joint while making seventeen kinds of almost unholy din. Friends had invited me here for a supper club. (Ours is a democratic supper club, you see, and I attended the meeting at Dave & Buster's even though I'd voted for another restaurant during the close of our prior meeting.) Now, I'd rather devour my own pancreas than ever return to a place like this. (Imagine Chuck E. Cheese with fewer little crotch-fruit screaming and carrying on.) Still, all the hubbub of a place such as this aside, I'm assessing the restaurant portion of this den of din. My server was sweet and helpful, and she knew that I'd rather have visited my own late mother in Hell than sit through one more mentally arrested, game-obsessed posse of bleach blonde Edmond soccer moms all sporting "I want to speak with the manager" haircuts. (Oh, and of course, the quintessential LifeChurch stickers on their mini-vans. I can't forget that bit of hilarity.) The food was scarcely Michelin star quality, true. (That said, it was on par with other national chains around here -- think TGI Friday and the ilk.) But who ever expected Lutèce in its glory days? (I certainly went in with low expectations myself. C'mon -- it's a game 'n grub joint in Oklahoma, for pity's sake.) The menu prices were quite reasonable, and the portions generous. My food was prepared well for what it was, and was served with smiles, and my glass never went empty. My plates were removed quickly, and my bill came just in time for me to escape the discomfort of repeatedly trying to hear my chatty friends over the sheer bedlam of other patrons and their progeny. It's smoke-free here, too -- always a good thing. What I'm saying here, folks, is that the staff was working VERY hard to make things as good as they should be under the circumstances. I sit here at home in my robe and look at some of the mean, churlish Yelp reviews on this restaurant's page and crack up at those who went here expecting gastronomic wonders and chi-chi ambience. The venue itself was spotlessly clean that night I went with my friends for that misbegotten supper club meeting, and (again) the wait staff was working its collective tuchus off to serve what appeared to me to be a throng of suburban kvetchers and their screaming passels of pallid, inbred brats. Even the restrooms were neat and tidy -- and I SERIOUSLY judge restaurants across the nation with that in mind in the final review. Yeah, sometimes I'm going to give five Yelp stars out because I get tired of others trashing an establishment whose managers and staff are giving one hundred and ten percent to the cause -- no matter whether I intend to return or not. Had Meeting held by my company at this location in OKC. Food was okay. Room for our meeting was good also. My company bought unlimited game cards. We won tickets for prizes combined then to get a decent prize and candy. We asked the long black haired girl at the game counter for a bag to put the candy in and she told us they were short on bags so we couldn't have one. We could see the bags and they had a lot of them. After all the money that was spent at that location and they couldn't give a bag! Staff here is pretty friendly. Game issues are fixed promptly once notified. Not as many games as other Dave & Busters places I've been to. Was told that I need a specific card to use for the POWER HOUR, but went again last week and didn't need it..still a bit confused about that. This place was nice. Not so crowded, so there was no wait time to be seated or at any games. Our food was delicious. I had the fire grilled salmon with greens beans(supposed to had garlic, there was none) and Jasmine rice. My husband had a steak, he wanted it medium. Came out well done. One thing I didn't like was that the waiter didn't tell us about happy hour(starts at 4) which was literally 6 minutes away when we ordered or cocktails. We could have gotten our cocktails at half price, but he said he had already put the order in. They didn't bring the drinks till after 4. His kicks were strong enough to jam the cards the game offers. I love collecting those cards but your kid made sure I wouldn't get one as that little kid kept kicking and kicking the game because the player 2 side was out of cards.
