Bar tender left a very bad impression. He was being very grumpy that people were "using him for happy hour prices" and really didn't seem personable. Also had a huge ego with telling everyone that he was the best bar tender they will ever find. In general, I ended up not playing any of the games here either. Too expensive. This a good place to go to when you get bored & nothing to do. Me & my wife comes here often to win prices & accumulate points so when our children be back from overseas they can choose all the toys they want!!! The staff always keep the machines up and running and with my addiction to the new star trek game the staff are always super helpful with helping me get my coins or cards that get lost out stuck in the machine. I used to come here almost every single week on Thursdays because it's "college night" but really it's "Asian night" and you run into everyone you know in the world. It was fun while it lasted. Drinks are half off during happy hr but you would have to fight for the bartender's attention amongst everyone else. I'd have to admit drinks are cheap during happy hour. I would never come here during regular hours. Games change from time to time and man they're expensive. So much credits just to play a stupid game. Games are half off on Wednesdays btw. The prizes get more dinky and useless. You spend all this money to play and what do you end up with ? Candy.... Cus you only have 500 tickets by the end of the night if you're lucky. -_- Dnb has expanded and became nicer but the crowd seems like it's gone elsewhere. My friends and I have been going here a lot. Drinks are cheap and you get to play video games. There's an outside place to smoke or just hangout, it's a pretty nice spot. It can get pretty dead sometimes, but if you're in the older crowd (25-30 range) sometimes a spot like this is best to unwind. The patio area is also close to the bar so very convenient to get more drinks. The only thing is service for food can be hard to find, especially later at night. On Veteran's day another Asian guy was standing next to me and the only bartender working there handed him my change. I told him I know all Asians look alike but to get it together man. I would highly suggest you NOT play the games where you get tickets because several of the games we played (Football and Wheel of Fortune being two of them) had broken sensors, our scores weren't right, and we were shorted on tickets. Been here a few different times, likethe variety of games andthe food and drinks are always good, just wish they would make this a places for adults only then it would get 5 stars. Love coming here and playing pool and having a few drinks and then eat dinner and then head home, when we lived closer to this location that is. One day after shopping at the Block at Orange outlets, the BF and I were hunting for dinner and ultimately decided on D&B. I know there were other options in the area, but we were tired and didn't want to put too much time (or thought) into venturing farther to find a place. This D&B's interior seemed darker than a few others than I had been to, but I was just grateful that we were seated quickly. Though it didn't take long for our party of two to get seated, our FOOD definitely took a while to come out ... which was a bit surprising, since I only ordered a salad he ordered an uncomplicated pasta dish. So ... a star knocked off for service, but I was overall satisfied with my dish, except for the brown lettuce that came with it. The spot seemed pretty popular on this Saturday night, as people were taking advantage of the "Eat & Play" combos, but this time around, the BF and I were just there to eat. Here's what I would recommend: "Parmesan Garlic Chicken Caesar": I felt like eating a lighter dinner, so I opted for this Caesar salad because it included more Parmesan than most. It came with sautéed chicken breast coated in a Parmesan crust, romaine lettuce, garlic-cheese croutons and Parmesan cheese, and it was tossed with Roasted Garlic Caesar dressing. I enjoyed the cheese-coated chicken breast and there were a good amount of garlic cheese croutons as well. There was sufficient dressing on my salad--enough to taste without making the entrée seem heavy. The only complaint I have was that some of the romaine lettuce was wilted and brown--I didn't eat those leaves--but other than that, I was satisfied with the amount of cheese and toppings included with this salad. "Pretzel Dogs": If I'm having a hankering for hot dogs, I would go for this dish because you can't beat buns made out of fresh pretzel dough. This shareable dish features meaty all-beef franks wrapped in sweet pretzel dough that's baked fresh and served with spicy habañero dipping sauce. Not sure if I'd use that spicy dipping sauce, but having hot dogs enveloped in warm, fresh pretzel dough makes this dish worth trying. "The Ultimate Mac & Cheese": Mac & cheese is one of my ultimate comfort food dishes, and I can't wait to try the one at D&B one day because it sounds super savory and delightful. It features flame-grilled seasoned chicken breast and applewood smoked bacon, tossed with cavatappi pasta and creamy aged sharp cheddar cheese sauce. The dish is completed with a garlic breadcrumb crust and baked until brown and bubbly. Now, I've had many mac & cheeses in my life, but this concoction sounds amazing. Bonus points because this dish includes grilled, seasoned chicken breast and Applewood smoked bacon. I can't wait to indulge in all that cheesy goodness, and I'm curious to see what the garlic breadcrumb crust tastes like. I'm a firm believer that any legit mac & cheese dish sports a savory, delectable crust. "Cheesy Spinach Dip": I love a good spinach and artichoke dip for an app, and though there aren't any artichokes in this version, I would still want to try it. This app features a combination of creamy spinach and melted cheeses baked to a golden brown, and it's served with a side of salsa and fresh tortilla chips. As long as there's lots of cheese involved, I'm sure I'll be a happy camper. "Triple Layer Chocolate Cake": There are several different desserts I would want to try from D&B, and this moist chocolate cake is one of them. This decadent cake features alternating layers of rich, creamy frosting topped with a fudge drizzle and a dusting of fine cocoa. Sounds absolutely perfect for a chocoholic like myself. "Hot & Sugary Donut Bites": This newer addition to the dessert menu sounds great if you're pretty full from your meal but just want a little something sweet after. It comprises a basketful of warm sugarcoated plain and chocolate donut holes with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauces. I like how you get the best of both worlds in this dessert--plain AND chocolate donut holes--and I probably would only use the chocolate dipping sauce to coat these bite-sized morsels. "Maker's Mark BBQ Burger": This burger is one of the newer menu items, and it sounds appealing to me because it includes some of my favorite BBQ elements. It consists of a half-pound burger, grilled and smothered with tangy Maker's Mark bourbon sauce and topped with two slices of American cheese, smoky ancho pulled pork and caramelized onions. This loaded concoction is served on a toasted brioche bun. Yum, what a winning combo! As if pulled pork wasn't enough to make this burger sound good, it also includes that succulent patty, caramelized onions and cheese. I have a love-hate relationship with onions (like them fried but other than that, not so much), so I'm not sure if I would eat them all, but this burger is worth trying because of the BBQ factor alone. read more

Ordered an appetizer that was on the menu than get told that they only serve it at a certain time I had to wait till 10pm to order it and it was 8pm when I got there, which is kinda of annoying, why have it on the menu if you can't order it ? I used to come here for happy hours with my friends all the time. And for birthdays where friends just wanted to be drunk and play games. The happy hour is alright. Inside, there are two distinct sections. There's the more dim, relaxed area with like pool tables...I feel like I'm in a cozy den or something. And then there is the side that is loud and basically a chuck e cheese type place filled with arcade games. You can even trade tickets from the ticket games for prizes. I just had the worst experience with MOISES "security" He didn't ID 5 people before me but once i was up asked for an ID I let him know my family was inside, he did not bother and said "get the fuck out of here". I was taken aback and demanded to speak to the manager, as soon as I requested to speak to the manager, Moises placed his hand on his gun. I felt threatened at that moment, RAY (manager) came out and I explained the issue and all he said was "okay, what do you want me to do. He wouldn't say that". I requested corporates number (which he did not provide me with) and ignored the situation. I decided to go elsewhere, and I will not be returning anymore. I don't know how this place stays in business. Their food is not good at all. The drinks are ok. The bathrooms are horrible. The only thing good is you can count on it not being to crowded for a large happy hour group. Back to the bathrooms... you have to straddle the toilet to open and close the stall door, there were 5 sinks but only 3 had faucets in them (it's not a new place and didn't look like it was being remodeled, also it's the only bathroom for a large place), there were no soap dispensers but there was one bottle with the pump broke off. read more

I never had so much fun at Dave n Busters in my life, till the other night!! This one is located in the block of orange, outdoor mall, with lots of stores, alot of kids, and the crowd is very diverse. I know the Irvine crowd is a little better, but orange is closer to home so i dont mind coming here for fun... At the end of the day its the same thing. I never knew how much fun this place can be, I came here all the time, but I guess with the right people and the right amount of alcohol, It can make a pretty fun time. I like all the drinks here cause its so cheap, and the games are so fun when you play against couples. IT secretly gets competitive, and Its just a good time. The food is good, and I believe its free entry before 10pm. ITs about $20 for 100 points, and we fly through them over 2 hours of fun n laughter! read more

I love Dave & Busters! I go there to watch football games, eat, and play games. They also have the best pie........in the world! It's the Bananas Foster Pie. The restaurant has a very large menu with a big variety of items; soups, salads, steaks, burgers, pasta, desserts, and much more. The food is good. Two entrees I've had are the double chicken breasts with the Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce and the double chicken breasts with the chipotle sauce. They also have my FAVORITE pie of ALL-TIME, the Bananas Foster Pie. Oh my god, it's sooooooo flavorful!! I love it!!! They also have tons of games and 2 full bars. read more

Service is horrid at every D&Bs, including this one, but I guess it's too much to expect ? Bartenders serve you really well though.
